Lovey cozy accommodation and had everything we needed. Very handy for Main Street and the supermarket, plus the station for the free buses. Very comfy bed however to note it is has a high base and mattress so needs a jump to get in (I am 5’6). Would be happy to stop here again.

Great location. Just a block off of the main street. Perfect to be close to the action but not have the noise. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. During ski season the unit would also be a very convenient location for the gondola. The unit is well-equipped and very comfortable.

Lovely stay, convenient location

Great location just a few blocks from town. Place was just as per photos, very clean and well appointed, even down to the foil and baggies in the drawer. Didn't have to be concerned with a key since a keypad was in use. Spot on for a lovely weekend filled with winter activities and fine dining!

Great location for in-town staying.

The building is dated, but the apartment is nicely redone and has everything you need. It's small, perfect for a couple or single person, though you won't need to spend time indoors when visiting Breckenridge. Lots to do in this great mountain town!

The best location!

Nicely remodeled condo in an amazing location. Its a 5 minute walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Gondola, Briar Rose....

Weekend Stay

The property had all the amenities needed. It was clean, comfortable and very convenient to Main Street and the gondola lift. Kristi communicated promptly and provided the access code for the key pad the day before arrival. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Breck home base!

This condo was as described in the listing. We found it to be in a great location, two blocks from Main Street, close to restaurants and shopping. The mountains views from the unit are wonderful. The kitchen was fully equipped, king bed comfortable, and the unit was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and hope to return soon.

Lovely remodel

The location was perfect for walking in town and for driving out for day trips south to rafting on the Arkansas or north to ATV rides in Kremmling. The condo was very nice with the new remodel from top to bottom. The view from the front window was gorgeous! An added bonus was the free parking in the back of the building. And finally, it was a good value compared to other nightly rentals.

Our stay

Place was very clean , bed was extremely comfortable. Did wish the place had air conditioning but I understand why it doesn’t. My only thought for improvement is the paint the front door, does not give the best first impression for such a great place.

Great Renovated Location

My cousin/his wife came from Poland to ski & enjoy the Christmas holidays with us in Colorado Springs. My communications with the property manager were outstanding - we had some logistical issues re: check-in. Those were resolved exceptionally well! The only issue for my relatives was an annoying noise - they think it was the heating system that made an audible ticking sound. Other than that, they were very happy w proximity to gondolas & town. Thank you!!!

Amazing, Clean and relaxing!!!

Everything about this place is perfect! Kristi is so great to work with. There is nothing you need other than you groceries and clothes! Forgot your charger? No worries! Even that is by the bed. Newly remodeled and the location is perfect for anything you want to do. Thank you, Kristi and Ray!!!

Ideal location for any time of year!

Great location!!! Comfortable and tastefully decorated interior - worth mentioning the cozy and firm mattress and very nice bathroom and shower. All the amenities you would be looking for! Only negative but worth mentioning is bedroom window level to apartment parking lot and front window, where there is a beautiful view of the mountains, is on the narrow walkway for tenants. We were reluctant to keep blinds and windows fully exposed. Loved walking to town in the mornings and the evenings. Owners accessible and accommodating.

A Real Gem!

This condo was everything we could have wanted, and more! The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen contained all of the necessities. The bathroom was beautifully updated and there were plenty of soft towels. Extra blankets were available as well as a table fan and humidifier. The owners thought of everything! On top of that, the location can't be beat, just two blocks from Main Street. We didn't have a car and were able to walk everywhere or take a free shuttle bus. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this condo!

My husband and I met and lived in Breckenridge decades ago. This town has always been a special place for us, and we know it will be for our guests too.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We purchased this property many years ago but a few years ago we decided to renovate and redesign it as a place where we'd like to spend extended periods of time. Given this goal, the unit doesn't feel like a stale rental, but rather a cozy retreat, and we believe you'll feel right at home in this unit since it is indeed our home away from home.

We've also invested in improving the indoor air quality of the unit. We created a unit with great indoor air quality by using carpets and paints with low or no VOCs, by removing all traces of asbestos, and by upgrading the unit's ventilation. We've created a crisp and clean indoor air quality that provides peace of mind and optimal health. With COVID we want to help protect our guests by leaving 24 hours between a guest departure and a new guest arrival giving our housekeepers plenty of time for a thorough cleaning. Safety first!

In addition to the renovation and upgraded amenities, we love being able to do most of what we love in Breckenridge without a car. Whether it is dinner on Main St, skiing, hopping on the gondola with skis or bikes, or even getting groceries, this unit allows our guests to do all those activities via walking if they prefer.
