Everything was great. Easy to check in. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Heated floor was awesome. Probably one of the best stocked and easy to use kitchens. I’ve had and we stay in a lot of places like this. Great location just walked down the stairs, walk a block over to Main St. Shopping was very close for groceries. Would love to come back.

Great location. Just a block off of the main street. Perfect to be close to the action but not have the noise. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. During ski season the unit would also be a very convenient location for the gondola. The unit is well-equipped and very comfortable.

Lovey cozy accommodation and had everything we needed. Very handy for Main Street and the supermarket, plus the station for the free buses. Very comfy bed however to note it is has a high base and mattress so needs a jump to get in (I am 5’6). Would be happy to stop here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is I understand not a lot of places have A/C but we were very hot at night. Had an hard time cooling the place down even with fans blowing and open windows. Obviously this only affects the very hot times in the summer. Other than that it was great!

Ideal location. Just a few blocks from Main and all of the shops and restaurants, yet still peaceful. Easy walking distance to the gondola. Perfectly clean with all of the amenities listed. Both the queen size bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed were comfortable. Could not have asked for a better stay and would definitely book next time we are in Breck!

Perfect for a quick getaway (or a long one!)

My wife and I drop the kiddo off at camp a couple hours away and always make a stop in Breck. This was the perfect fit! Close to Main Street, grocery store and gondola, very easy coming and going. Parking was ample and the place is awesome. Very quiet at night, just what we needed!Host was very communicative, explained everything we needed to know and check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend and will most definitely check for availability next year. Staying here during the season would just be that much better. Very well done, A!!

Great Spot for Family Ski Getaway!

Condo was just as pictured, super clean. Communication was easy and check-in so simple! Kitchen is well stocked with all you could need. We loved the location for some spring skiing - even got lucky with fresh powder on BOTH days. Would definitely return.

Lovely stay, convenient location

Great location just a few blocks from town. Place was just as per photos, very clean and well appointed, even down to the foil and baggies in the drawer. Didn't have to be concerned with a key since a keypad was in use. Spot on for a lovely weekend filled with winter activities and fine dining!

Great Renovated Location

My cousin/his wife came from Poland to ski & enjoy the Christmas holidays with us in Colorado Springs. My communications with the property manager were outstanding - we had some logistical issues re: check-in. Those were resolved exceptionally well! The only issue for my relatives was an annoying noise - they think it was the heating system that made an audible ticking sound. Other than that, they were very happy w proximity to gondolas & town. Thank you!!!

It's a good place to stay in Breck. Not fancy but clean and functional. Thoughtfully accessorized. The bedsheets are somewhat worn snd the pillows were uncomfortable for us. Not a big deal.

My husband and I met and lived in Breckenridge decades ago. This town has always been a special place for us, and we know it will be for our guests too.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We purchased this property many years ago but a few years ago we decided to renovate and redesign it as a place where we'd like to spend extended periods of time. Given this goal, the unit doesn't feel like a stale rental, but rather a cozy retreat, and we believe you'll feel right at home in this unit since it is indeed our home away from home.

We've also invested in improving the indoor air quality of the unit. We created a unit with great indoor air quality by using carpets and paints with low or no VOCs, by removing all traces of asbestos, and by upgrading the unit's ventilation. We've created a crisp and clean indoor air quality that provides peace of mind and optimal health. With COVID we want to help protect our guests by leaving 24 hours between a guest departure and a new guest arrival giving our housekeepers plenty of time for a thorough cleaning. Safety first!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

In addition to the renovation and upgraded amenities, we love being able to do most of what we love in Breckenridge without a car. Whether it is dinner on Main St, skiing, hopping on the gondola with skis or bikes, or even getting groceries, this unit allows our guests to do all those activities via walking if they prefer.
