Felt like Home!

It was such a beautiful and very comfortable place. All the amenities were in place. We didn't have to worry about anything besides the food. It's a quiet community and walking distance to the beach. I love the location and this condo! We will definitely be staying here again.

Short weekend trip to the beach

The condo and complex were perfect for us. All that we needed was in the condo and it had a nice setup and balcony. AC was cool and it was nice to have pool access when it was too hot to head to the beach. Easy walk to the ocean was a bonus.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay and I plan to book this lactation again soon. The beach was great and less than a 5 minute walk. I just wish the Wi-Fi was better.

The condo well located a very short walk to the beach. Every amenity one could need was available. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We will definitely return!

Fiesta Siesta

Pleasantly surprised. Super Comfortable stay, very clean, location is great-if you don't care to be in the party scene. Beach just a hop skip and jump away. Loved Loved Loved it.

Great Experience

Such a great condo. Property well maintained; staff all welcoming and friendly. Safe and secure and quiet. Beach access within minutes of property. Views from the 6th floor are amazing, especially at sunset. Host are very welcoming and detailed with tips and recommendations for your stay. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!

Fiesta Siesta was a GREAT stay! The host were very responsive and answered all questions, they even sent a bunch of very good info beforehand. Property and Condo was very clean and secure. Condo is very spacious and has everything you need. The only Con, is that there is only 1 stair case 1 way up/down the condo is the last one so its a bit of a walk. Also at night not very good lighting.

Great rental near the beach

The location is awesome. It’s near what we found to be the best stretch of beach around the area. It’s located a short 10 minute drive to the city. The place was SUPER clean and well stocked with the things you’d need to spend a week or more at the beach. They have all the appliances you’d need (bring a grinder if you like to grind coffee beans). New appliances. Beds were okay. The grounds of the place were a little strange. There seemed to be a lot of work going on. The gate workers remembered us quickly and were hospitable. The hot tub was not working the whole time we were there, but the pools were in good shape and well maintained. Lots of kids in the pool. Overall, I would definitely recommend if being directly on the beach is not a priority. The owners were responsive and helped us get some very minor issues resolved quickly. For the price, it’s a great situation.

Pleasant

Hostess had quick responses and very informative. Check in was hassle free and gaurd was very welcoming. We got in later then we had expected. So I was excited to hear that the pool closed at 10pm, but was a little disappointed to find out the water was luke warm and more on the cooler side then our liking for a jacuzzi, but was still enjoyable. We only made coffee and used the toasters but all kitchen items were available to cook meals. On the last night We wanted to watch a movie, but the main TV remote was not there we searched had no luck finding it. Short walk to beach. There was no iron/ironing board. Overall very nice would stay again good spacious, and clean.

Beautiful location

We loved our stay! This condominium is spacious, very comfortable and clean with a beautiful balcony to enjoy your coffee and spend time relaxing. I highly recommend this particular apartment. Excellent communication from property owner/manager. Very safe too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent stay

We stayed as a family during spring break. It was a great location, a short walk to the beach, but not in the middle of town with the crowds. The amenities were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the set up of the condo, proximity to the beach, easy drive to town and was just what we wanted.

Family Memories

Great place to stay. With a short walk to the beach makes it easy to carry what you need, or drive 1 block to drop everyone off with coolers and beach cover. Made great memories with Family on a 4 night stay. I would book us here again no problem.

Jeff and Tammy Ford are business owners in Mesa, Arizona. They have been traveling to Puerto Penasco for close to twenty nine years. They would bring all their young children, now all grown, to stay on the beach in tents and campers. The beautiful surroundings and people made this special place a favorite for the Ford family!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our dream was to one day own a home, close to the beach in beautiful Puerto Penasco! The Las Conchas area is not as much of a "party zone" as Sandy Beach is, but if you like the "party zone" it is still just minutes away!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Quiet area. Cedo is just down the street! Beach is not crowded and just a more laid back atmosphere compared to Sandy Beach! Much less congested and serine!
