Denna vackra havsfront första våningen 2 sovrum, 2 badrum 1384 kvm ft lägenhet belägen på Palacio Del Mar har fantastisk utsikt och uppgraderingar i stort! Gå bara 80 meter och du är vid stranden av Cortez Sea. Rocky Point ligger bara 65 mil söder om Arizona. Det är en mycket lugn, lugn semesterort med restauranger, butiker och en färsk fiskmarknad. Vackert kupoltak i tegel, bänkskivor i marmor, takfläktar, härliga mexikanska plattor, mycket smakfulla möbler och täckt uteplats! Sovrummet har franska dörrar som öppnar det stora rummet med en fantastisk utsikt över havet! Anpassade skåp och bänkskivor i granit kompletterar den eleganta inredningen! Mycket bekväm king size-säng och queen size-säng med madrasser över kudde! Dessutom drottning storlek dra ut bäddsoffa.
Pool och badtunna kanske inte värms upp på vintern.

This place was super clean and beautiful! We would definitely stay again. Brenda was also a great host and very responsive if you have questions or anything comes up. This property was in an awesome location near lots of things to do and had great vendors that come by delivering margaritas and other services. Sitting in the pool watching all the amazing wild life in and by the ocean was our favorite part. Lots of dolphins, seagulls, pelicans and we even saw a couple falcons and watched them hunt! Thank you for letting us stay at your property! 5

Several pros, with a few cons, for this property... Location is pretty awesome, being right by the pool, hot tub, and beach. But the beach wasn't really swim-able, so you have to walk about 5 mins to a better spot (in front of Manny's). The unit itself is quite nice, with plenty of space (we had two teens in one room, two adults in the primary room, and a child on the pullout couch). Well furnished, interior designed (really cool brick living room ceiling). But there were notable flaws, such as TVs setup without outlets/power nearby, as if they were just props (in both bedrooms). And both showers were very clogged, quickly filling with water during use.Lastly, it was nice to have Manny's nearby for their beach, food, and drink. But the neighborhood itself is pretty depressed these days, with very few options walkable beyond Manny's.

Peaceful beach stay

So soothing to just sit and listen to the waves. Relaxing massages, great places to eat nearby. Owner is wonderful to work with. We have stayed multiple times and plan to stay again.

Condo is great! . As advertised. The Direct Tv with all American tv channels/cable tv was fantastic. DVD players in the bedrooms worked perfectly. It was very clean and comfortable. Tons of electrical outlets everywhere. In my experience most condos have very few and I have to run extension cords in every room. Not with this condo. Plenty of them in every room. We were able to bring our 2 small dogs which is why we chose this condo . The kitchen has all the pots,pans, and utensils. There are no spices tin foil, or containers for leftovers so be sure to bring your own. The condo sits within 20 feet of the pool and hot tub which is great however be aware that all the other guests with all their families that are using the pool are standing in your patio space and gathering at your door step. It's very loud. This is to be expected with a ground floor condo at the pool. The curtains that cover the windows/door to the pool are very thin so there is no privacy. Everybody at the pool can see indide the condo. There is very limited parking. We were there October 4th-7th and we had no issues at all with parking. I suspect in the summer months when it is much busier the parking could be a challenge and I don't know what the alternative would be if there is nowhere to park. The Pros definitely outweighed the Cons. I found this condo to be much more modern than most of the condos in this area. I recommend it.

Stress getaway

We really enjoyed Brenda’s condo. We’ve stayed here once before and find it to have most everything we need. The location is great! Not too busy. Her condo feels like home. Brenda is so kind and easy to communicate with. Best of all, she’s pet friendly! We will definitely stay again!

Perfect location

This was a fantastic condo. The view is amazing, the accommodations were superb. The host is very thoughtful and detailed in her instructions about the condo. My adult children and their family stayed a few complexes down the beach, my daughter and I had the condo to ourselves. However, we were able to fit an additional 5 people over for an impromptu swim party. Will definitely book again

Seashell hunters

Everything was great. Great place for a pet to be with you. Found lots of shells people are friendly. Thou there were not to many this time of year. Everything was very nice a week is not enough time. That is all we stayed. One thing I would say is that the hot tub was cold and so is the pool. They only run the hot tub on the weekends. But I would go back.

The best vacation ever

This property was absolutely stunning. Definitely exceeded our expectations and photos on line . This Vrbo was super cozy clean and spacious.. I would highly recommend this specific property to anyone looking for aspecial experience with the perfect views . I personally will only rent from Brenda each and every time myself and family go to rocky point Brenda and the whole staff at the Vrbo are very tentative kind and super friendly 10 with out a doubt

Best Condo Location Ever

Brenda was amazing! Her condo does not skimp on anything. Everything you need is at your finger tips. Bedding, BEDS, Showers, Towels, Chairs, and VIEW! Safe and secure location. AND LIterally walking approx 500 yards from Manny's. But dont get discouraged, as Manny's closes on the beach strip at 10:00 p.m. every night. So peaceful resting.

Would Rent Again

This was a very nice condo and Brenda was very responsive to answer questions. Only issue we had was the noise from people getting into the elevator. The elevator is right outside the 2nd bedroom window. We were there during spring break so there was a little noise each night when the clubs closed. Any other time probably wouldn’t be an issue.

Week at Brenda's

Very nice condo. Great views. Nice pool, but not heated. Condo sets on the shore, but boulders cover the beach area and so there is a short walk across a vacant lot to the closest sandy beach. Also on that same beach there is bar/restaurant that plays loud music Fri.-Sun. and depending on how busy they are the music can lasts until 3. This was a negative for us, but others might like the action. Rocky Point is easy access, we found the the town to be a contrast of new and old with nice areas and impoverished areas.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Condo had everything we needed. It was clean and bed was pretty comfy, but the absolute BEST was the view! The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved that we could just walk out our patio door and the pool and jacuzzi were right there with that view! The jacuzzi wasn’t heated until Friday evening, but Brenda had let us know this in her description. We had the place mostly to ourselves during the week, but there were a few more people on the weekend, which was to be expected. We were glad that Brenda accepted our pets and she was great with communicating! We could hear the music from Manny’s, but we brought our white noise machine and we’re able to tune it out at night while inside. There were some people who came from the condos next door to use the pool and set off fireworks. I’m not sure if they are supposed to share the pool or not. They were a little noisy, but they had young kids, so not surprising. The Fireworks, however did upset our fur babies. I realize it’s Mexico and legal, but it never really occurred to me that people would set them off at the condo. Overall, we would stay here again and even discussed possibly buying something there. Thank you Brenda, it was just what we needed.

I grew up in Indiana and have been in Arizona for 25 years. I have a son, daughter-in-law and grandbaby who live near me. I also have 4 dogs...Rocky, Roxy, Molly and Manny.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I started going to Rocky Point in early 1993 and immediately fell in love with the beauty and tranquility of the sea. I love the culture and the small town atmosphere. I bought the condo in December 2008 and spend as much time in Rocky Point, as possible. I drive there by myself all of the time and feel completely safe.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Breathtaking view from the condo! Very relaxing, peaceful property with not many tourists during non-peak times, yet close to everything! Furnished very nicely!
