Awesome stay!!

Tina was wonderful!! She greeted us when we arrived and gave great detailed info about everything available in the space for us to use. The unit is the basement, separate entrance from the upstairs. Everything that's a household essential is stocked. Stayed nice and cool the whole stay!

I can't say enough good things about our stay. Tina is hospitable and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and had all we needed. Location wise, Park Hill is a lovely neighborhood and close to many sites, shops and restaurants as well as as easily accessible to the interstate. I would stay again and recommend it highly!

Very easy check in and check out process! Clean and comfortable space. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The dogs were super sweet and was so nice to just chat with Tina, she’s the best! We will definitely be coming back to Denver and staying again!

Great comfortable rental !

We had great communication with Tina before, during & after our stay. We had awesome accommodations in our entire basement space. A full kitchen area & living area & bed was very comfy. Her outdoor backyard was private & therapeutic with all of the plants. We will definitely will stay at Tinas again in the future !

Great couple's retreat

Tina was a fabulous host and we did not want for anything at her place. The basement apartment was cozy and extremely clean. We enjoyed the backyard and the dogs were a nice bonus. This basement aparment was very well thought-out. We enjoyed our time here.

Visit to meet our new granddaughter!

We had a wonderful stay here at Park Hill Garden. We enjoyed visiting with our host, Tina. She was very attentive, making sure we had everything that we needed. Home away from home with all the amenities. Two fireplaces made for cozy mornings while having our coffee. We were close to downtown Denver where our son and his family live. Wonderful!

Tina was absolutely wonderful and gave us many recs on places to eat as well as potential neighborhoods to live in! The place was very clean and had more than enough amenities for my friend and I! Loved being able to play with the dogs as well! Overall a really good stay would definitely recommend!!

Being a host fulfills a long-term goal. I've done my fair share of traveling and used that insight to make sure the space caters to all travelers.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

My home is quiet, serene and a great place to live. We do live upstairs, so it is not suitable for guests to work remotely full time. You will hear some noise, but most guests say it is minimal.

My home is close to major thoroughfares, the city and the airport. This make it an easy place to explore the area. I bought this home to renovate the basement to become a stand-alone apartment.

Denver is a metropolitan city, no longer a cow town. We have excellent business opportunities, an entrepreneurial spirit and the people here are laid back and health oriented.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Private entrance, private gate and walkway, and your own front porch with a glider. The huge back yard is made for hanging out and watching the dogs play.
