Nyrenoverat privat rent sovrum intill ett nytt badrum med egen ingång från ett andra rum. Ett litet kaffeområde. Mini kylskåp och frys, mikrovågsugn, brödrost ugn, Cuisinart blender, varm panna brännare, värmare, luftkonditionering, Keurig kaffebryggare, och en pack och spela. Mest allt du behöver i ett kök minus en kökshandfat. King size-säng i ett rum. En pool och nybildad bakgård och uteplats med grill finns att tillgå. Ägare bor på fastigheten och rummen är anslutna till huset. Var vänlig respektera och fester är inte välkomna. Ligger 5-7 min. utanför Hwy 50 i ett lugnt och säkert grannskap. Harley vänlig. Nära till restauranger, golf, forsränning, vandring, cykling, skidåkning, museer, guldgruvor, kasinon och parker. Dess 4. 5 miles till downtown historiska Placerville, 9. 1 miles till Apple Hill, 64 miles till South Lake Tahoe, 54 miles från Sacramento och 6. 2 Miles till Coloma med vingårdar som omger området.

A great stay

Renee’s place was very nice, very clean and a great bed. Good amenities. Cooking and dishes are a little tricky in the tighter space. The room you enter in is the second bedroom that isn’t part of the 1 bedroom rental so you have to keep that clean. The main bed is right on the other side of the owners front door and can be a little noisy when they leave and enter the house.

Quiet, Peaceful getaway

We were looking for a quiet, pet friendly base for visiting the Gold Country and wineries. Between the barbecue and lovely deck, pool area and the room amenities, we were able to prepare most of our meals which was very helpful as the property is a fair distance from town. The pool looked nice but we did not take advantage of it as we didn't want to leave our dog in the room while we swam and we were afraid she would try to join us in the ,pool which would be frowned upon.

Paying for 1 bedroom but there’s 2, if you pay extra. It’s confusing.

Unfortunately not what we wanted. The listing stated a 1 bedroom for 2 people. When we got there it had two bedrooms and said we could have the extra bed for an additional 35 a night. Huh 🤔? We signed up for a night away, just wife and I. Upon arrival there is a sign that asks you to remove your shoes, similar to when you go to your grandmothers house, again 🤔. We are paying for a room, not visiting someone’s home where we should be asked to remove our shoes. When we arrived it was super hot and a very small window ac was all we could see to turn on to try and cool the room. Two small windows with a view to a dirt hill and the driveway, made you feel like you were in a cave. In the end we didn’t stay, it was not the nice night away we were hoping for.

Secluded Gem!

Renee was wonderful! Quick, clear, friendly communication! The property is private and just beautiful! The room was very clean, comfortable, and provided many conveniences. We definitely plan to try to book a stay here again the next time we are visiting the area!

Quaint get away

Rooms were very clean! enjoyed the big shower and the pool very quiet peaceful stay. Enjoyed staying there would highly recommend it looking for a peace and quit home away from home!

Beautiful rooms

This is a beautiful property with everything you need. The drive to find it is a bit crazy - don’t do it at night like I did! The only thing I didn’t like were the essential oils that made me sick. Unplugged them and opened the window and the 2nd night was fine. It was a cool place and very enjoyable.

Awesome!

I took a 3-day retreat to do some hiking in the area and rented the one bdrm. The stay was absolutely great and private. It had all the amenities one would need for a stay. While the weather wasn't the greatest to truly enjoy the pool and deck area, the view was fantastic. I'll be returning soon, thanks Renee! Jeff P.

absolutely lovely!

this is a relatively small space, but it has all the things you could need. the kitchen & bedroom kind of converge, but for a few days stay, it’s absolutely perfect! besides that, the king size bed & huge shower are the kind we all dream about! all in all, certainty much more affordable than a generic motel room & much more comfortable. do not hesitate to book here!

Better than a hotel!

Aside from the rain we had a wonderful stay. I can't think of anything that was lacking with the accommodations. We met our future daughter-in-law, ate at some wonderful restaurants, enjoyed shopping downtown Placerville, and had some amazing sightseeing drives. Only thing lacking was the sunshine. Thanks for making our stay comfortable!

This property was absolutely wonderful!

We had a great time staying at Renee’s place. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and really close to Apple Hill and yummy restaurants. The property itself was cozy, welcoming, and very clean plus it had a pool, hot tub, and amazing view! Renee was very nice and quick to respond to our messages and attentive to our needs. A couple of my favorite things about this property was the welcome tray that had two wine glasses, an aerator, and opener, we thought that was very sweet. The shower was also wonderful, it sounds strange but I’m a fan of really nice showers. So overall I highly recommend this place, we absolutely loved it and hope to be back soon!

Have yourself an experience that is an upscale from your hotel or motel experience. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Private entrance to a clean bedroom that will be used only for entering and exiting and a second private bedroom with 1 bathroom with a new shower. The backyard, beautiful deck with a country view and pool is available. Please let me know if you will want to use the pool area so I can give you your privacy. My boys are here 50% of the time and want to respect both our privacies.

I have had a lot of fun decorating and making up this space to be a cozy place in the country yet luxurious home like private setting. I have a very friendly dog. Let me know if I need to lock him up before you arrive or he will most likely greet you. You enter into the 2nd room. The 1st bedroom has most of the amenities with the king size bed. That is the room you pay for, for 2 people. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Please do not sleep in it unless you want to pay $25 extra for it.
