Element House stuga är rymlig och charmig, belägen intill Element House på en vacker 5 tunnland paket med 3 tunnland vinstockar. Det är ganska lugnt med hisnande vyer.

Nice retreat near multiple wineries

A great stay with only minor issues: (1) gate code was very temperamental and (2) you have to pull the cottage door towards you when trying to lock the door. Love the location. Close to wineries and a gas station.

Beautiful place

This was such a cute little cottage! It was our first time away in almost 3 years since we have kids so it was very special. Kelly allowed me to check in early so I could decorate the room to Surpise my fiancé . And when we got there, there was a welcome board personalized with our names and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. It couldn’t have been any more perfect.

The property was perfect for us. It was a great location. Close proximity to the wedding we attended and so many wineries nearby! The place was extremely clean, well decorated, and plenty of room. Les and Sharon were great hosts! Very friendly and so easy to communicate with. Their winery, Element 79 was amazing as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend this property!

Hidden Gem in the heart of wine country!

A wonderful cottage close to element 79 with a great set up that was comfortable for us and our 8 week newborn to share. Plenty of space heaters to keep us warm too :)

No kids weekend

We always love coming to the Fairplay area. This was a new place to stay for us and we really enjoyed it. It has everything you need in a beautiful spot. Our only complaint is that the bed is really hard, too much for our liking. Get a foam mattress topper on there and it would be perfect.

Weekend stay

Everything was just wonderful! The cottage was very clean, welcoming, and quiet. We enjoyed staying there and celebrating our friends that got married in the area! Efficient cottage on a peaceful property in the hills.

We spent most of our time at a wedding nearby and very much enjoyed our stay in the cottage. The host worked with our schedule and was immediately helpful when we were unable to figure out the gate. Thanks!

Wedding and Wineries Weekend

What started out as just a place to stay while attending a wedding in the area turned into a nice weekend get away. The Element Cottage was clean, comfortable and great place to relax after a day exploring area wineries and the historic town of Placerville. We will definitely return.

We have been big fans of the Fair Play / Somerset area for many years and have been coming up here to wine taste and cut our family Christmas Tree for many years. In 2015 we purchased the vineyard and created Element 79 Vineyards and Winery. We make Element House Cottage available to our club members and guests and also want to make it available to others that need a place to stay while they are enjoying all that the area has to offer.
