Renoverad 2017, är Blue Oak Cottage charmig men med moderna bekvämligheter. Beläget på en pittoresk trädkantad gata, är stugan bekvämt beläget några kvarter gångavstånd från Donnelly Street och downtown Mount Dora. Stugan är fullt möblerad, 650 kvm boyta med ett välutrustat kök, frukostkrok, full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare, vardagsrum, 1 sovrum och 1 badrum. Utomhus inkluderar en 200 kvm skärmad veranda med möbler och en separat, asfalterad uteplats med Adirondack stolar och en kolgrill. En queen size-säng och utfällbar soffa rymmer upp till 4 gäster. Ägaren bor på plats, i huvudhemmet.

Funktionerna inkluderar centraliserad AC / värme, en tankvattenberedare, strömmande tv-tjänst och trådlöst internet i hela. Stor tvättmaskin och torktumlare har kostnadsfria tvättmedel / torktumlare.

Perfect Cottage

Great location, easy to get downtown and to the lake. Owners were fantastic, we were able to check in early and check out late. Everything in the cottage was fantastic and thoughtfully planned out. Will always recommend and stay on any other trip to Mt Dora

Sweet Cottage

Exceptional VRBO. It had everything you might need for a week stay. Close to virtually everything, one or two miles. Very quiet and clean with super air conditioning. Theresa and Todd are great hosts.

Perfection in Every Detail

Absolutely incredible stay! I have pretty high standards when it comes to vacation rentals, and this charming little cottage completely blew me away. It was immaculate, beautifully maintained and thoughtfully stocked with absolutely everything you could need, and then some. The extra touches throughout made it feel especially welcoming and truly above and beyond.The location was fantastic, just a short pleasant walk (under 10 minutes) to downtown with sidewalks almost the entire way. We also loved taking the provided bikes out for a relaxing ride on another day.This was the perfect getaway in every way. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect accomodations

Wonderful Cottage

Cute cottage

The cottage was well organized, cute, clean and a short walk to several restaurants. It’s walkable to historic downtown, but wear comfortable shoes because it’s a hike. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this cute cottage.

Now back in Florida, we fell in love with the small-town charm of Mount Dora, with the amenities of Orlando not too far away.

Also known as "The Festival City", Mount Dora is a historic central Florida town located on the shores of Lake Dora -- and is home to antique stores, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, and some of the oldest and largest festivals in Florida every year. From Renningers Antique Center and Flea Market down to the small bakeries and coffee shops of downtown, my husband and I are in love with the Mount Dora!
