Karibien Reef är din egen privata och pittoreska villa. Det har dock egen privat uppvärmd pool och spa, privat uteplats och privat parkering. Ingenting delas med den intilliggande villan utom en gemensam vägg som är betongblock och välisolerad för att eliminera ljudresan. Denna söta som en knapp 3 sovrum och 2 badrum hem är centralt beläget på ön och ligger bara en kort 2 minuters promenad från de vita sandstränderna!

Detta hem var bara omdesignat av en av de bästa inredningsarkitekterna på Anna Maria Island. Nya soffor, konstverk, inredning, sängkläder och täcken och utemöbler. Köket är fullt utrustat och innehåller rostfria vitvaror och bänkskivor i granit. Varje sovrum är möblerat med ny plattskärms-TV och charmig ö-tema inredning. Den privata och tropiskt anlagda bakgården är en fantastisk plats att tillbringa kvalitetstid med dina nära och kära! Koppla av och luta dig runt vid poolen, njut av en familj BBQ eller bara koppla av lite lugn tid på det förhöjda täckta däcket - detta hem erbjuder allt!

Karibien Reef har 3 sovrum. Det första sovrummet (2 sovplatser) är ett sovrum, som ligger till vänster när du går in i korridoren och har en king size-säng och en TV. Beläget bredvid sovrummet är det andra sovrummet (2 sovplatser) som också har en king size-säng. Slutligen har det tredje sovrummet (2 sovplatser), som ligger till höger när du går in i korridoren, två enkelsängar. Dessutom hittar du 1 bäddsoffa. Denna enhet rymmer bekvämt en grupp av 6.

Det finns två badrum på denna fastighet. Det finns en Master badrum som är ansluten till sovrummet. Den har två handfat och en duschkabin. Det andra badrummet är ett separat badrum med badkar och ligger precis vid andra och tredje sovrummet.

Idealiskt beläget på ön ligger detta vackra hem nära den populära Pine Avenue i norra änden och Holmes Beach - Island Shopping Center strax söder om fastigheten. Det är också en snabb vagnsresa eller en trevlig cykeltur till det populära området Bridge Street på Bradenton Beach. Tillbringa dina dagar med att utforska den 7-mil långa vita sandstränder, prova det lokala köket eller shoppa de pittoreska butikerna på ön - det finns något att göra för alla!

Wonderful property

Enjoyed the pool since the ocean is chilly, enjoyed the short walk to the beach roughly 2 blocks, property is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Girls week

Great location, easy access to get white private beach and the trolley. Ice machine stopped working, we called the guest number next thing we knew he was there with ice and also fixed the ice maker. We will definitely stay again.

Great place and convenient to beach

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a 5-6 min walk to the beach which wasn’t bad at all. They had chairs available to use which was great. A kit was provided in each bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bath soap as well as some kitchen supplies (kitchen sponge, trash bags, and paper towels. There were only 2 washcloths in each bathroom so I’d recommend bringing additional washcloths or a loofa. There are no flood lights on the outside of the unit, just a small light on the porch and by the front door. A little hard to see at night when taking out our dogs, but wasn’t a big issue. Check in process and check out process went smoothly. Would stay again.

Nice midsummer break!

The house was in a great location - 2 blocks from the beach. It was also very clean and well equipped. The pool was a great alternative to the beach. Loved the swim up bar with umbrella. Our only complaint was that the beds were very uncomfortable. They were hard and made a lot of noise. I had to buy a topper for the mattress in the guest room because the bed was so hard. The bed in the principal bedroom was higher at the foot than at the head, giving you a feeling of sleeping upside down. You might want to replace the mattresses. Overall, we had a lovely trip.

Wonderful Stay

The house was well equipped and lovely decor. We loved the pool! We were a 4 minute walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart which I highly recommend. You can load your gear and find parking right by the beach access.. or use a wagon or walk or bike. Was very close. If you book through the property manager link it will save you the delivery fee. AMI locals sent us I for Action as promised and checked in several times. Appreciated the attentiveness. Would highly recommend this property. They provided a nice little start up kit of things you need. We had an amazing time and would go back again in the future! Thanks for a lovely stay!!

Fantastic week on AMI

We had a great stay at Caribbean Reef. This almost never happens but the house was even better than pictured. The pool was a great alternative to the beach for quick dips or on chilly days. The kitchen was well equipped for a week stay with good cookware and knives, even a crockpot and griddle. Barbecue was clean and worked great, oven was sparklingly clean. The rental company was responsive and accommodating when we had a late flight on checkout day. Next time I’ll plan better and bring my own soap and dishwasher detergent as the rental comes with a tiny amount. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back to this house again!

Nice home layout, backyard was ok

The biggest problem we experienced with the whole process was before we even got there. This area was devastated by two hurricanes two months before our stay. We live in Florida and understand what that can do to a community so we were very understanding. In early October we were told there was a moratorium on vacation rentals the expired November 15th. In that same email we were also told that we would get an update about a week later. One week went by. Them two weeks went by. Then we got to early November with very little information on whether we were even going to be able to stay at the property. I understand there was lots to do after the hurricanes but you’re providing a service. Not everyone visiting is just driving in from Florida like we were. If I had to worry about flights and all the other travel related things I would

Great home with good location

Home was wonderful but needs more blankets. The Tv’s in the bedrooms also struggled to work and are not smart Tv’s. Ice machine in fridge also broken and was never repaired so we had to buy bags of ice.

Perfect Family Getaway!

This was our first experience renting through VRBO, and it was our first time in Ana Maria Island after a colleague recommendation… Highly recommend visit this beautiful place, and we hope to return again soon! The rental process was super easy, and they even accommodated our request to extend our stay upon arrival due to have beautiful this home is! The house was clean, and it had the amenities we needed for the week. We drove down with a toddler and an infant to reduce our potential for Covid exposures, and the yard with private pool was ideal for our little guy to jump and swim in. The beach was also a three minute walk from the home, and the wagon and beach chairs provided by the host mean for easy transport with kids to relax on the beach as well.

Great Covid Getaway!

We needed to get the heck out of Michigan for a bit and this place delivered! We decided last minute (like booked 3 days before we left) that we were heading back to AMI. House was great, had everything we needed from bottle openers to kitchen towels! The master bed wasn’t super comfy, but whatever. I just took a nap in the sun later in the day! Haha! We’ll be back!

Spacious location close to the beach

Best vaca-ami Holmes beach

This property is perfect. It offers a pool, clean home, allows kids and has everything you need in the kitchen (even for an extended stay) I baked a homemade birthday cake and frosting for my son and I had enough mixing bowls. And hand mixer/beater. My family and I were very pleased with the home and the two minute walk to the beach. For your convenience, Beach chairs, beach wagon and pool toys are found at the home. Management is A+. Kelly made sure that issues were taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. Love, love, loved ...already planning next years trip with All my family

if you want to really relax and just chill out this is the place. it i so warm and welcoming done so very tastefully in a beachy theme with all the comforts of home. the place was immaculate and the pool absolutely clean and refreshing with lots of chairs. i would definitely recommend for people looking for a safe clean house near the beach with good restaurants. the feckled fin is such a great pub good food and good prices with wonderful staff. we will be going back again since this place is truly paradise and lisa made sure we had everything we needed for our comfort. thank you AMI it was an amazing trip.

This was our first time to Anna Maria Island. We had a lovely time. Our home was very nice. Close proximity to beach. We want to return. We found good restaurants that were fun to visit. Easy to get around the island. We enjoyed renting the golf cart. We loved the pool and deck area especially in the afternoon after being at the beach. Ate all of our meals that we ate at home o on the deck. Will try to return to this home.

Great location, nice pool, plenty of space

If you are a first timer to Anna Marie Island and have a dog, this is where you want to stay. An easy two block walk to the beach, with minimal road noise, this house was nicely outfitted. If you are staying for any length of time be prepared to bring along basics like toilet paper, tissue, dishwasher soap, spices, etc. The pool was great - they kept it warm and usable even in cold January when we were there. The pool gets afternoon sun and is protected so again, even in slightly chilly temps, it was great to relax at the pool. If you haven’t used the Spectrum TV system that is installed in that area, you will eventually figure it out. WiFi worked great. Lot of good restaurants located within a mile or so of the house, so you don’t have to drive very far.

Fun Times in Florida!

We absolutely loved our stay with AMI Locals! Our cottage was SUPER CLEAN and decorated absolutely DARLING! Our pool was cleaned twice while we were there for the week, as well as our trash picked up. I loved having a washer and dryer too, very convenient! It’s only 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. It was quiet, and we felt very safe. Eric, the property manager, was very accessible, gave us his personal cell, and answered our texts promptly and in a kind manner. Hurricane Michael passed by while we were there, but AMI kept us up to date on everything we needed to know to stay safe. We will most certainly book with them again when we return to Anna Maria! We can’t say enough nice things about our stay!

Great spec for a family breakout

We loved spending two weeks @ Caribbean Reef. The size and quality of the rental was perfect for a family of four and a few pups in tow. Great location near everything you want and need for a great holiday. The management team is awesome and responsive as well. Not a problem or care about our time there. Will contact them again for our semi-annual AMI experience.
