BRAND NEW HOME med pool och CABANA bara några steg till toppen av Main St, 10 min promenad till stan.
5 sovrum med eget bad, klädkammare, svarta nyanser + 2 halvt bad. Dubbla våningssängar + nöjescenter på lägre nivå. PLUS en cabana som sover två med ett badrum, våt bar (kyl / frys, ismaskin) och black-out nyanser. Perfekt för flera familjer!

Första våningen - Ljus översvämningar första våningens ingång, öppet koncept vardagsrum / matsalar "vita shiplapväggar och toppmoderna vita kök (Wolf spis / ugn, Subzero kylskåp, Bosch diskmaskin, granit bänkskivor). Rymligt sovrum med king size-säng och eget badrum med badkar till vänster om entrén. Mudroom med tvättmaskin / torktumlare / tvättställ och pulverrum.

Andra våningen - Ett andra, mycket rymligt, sovrum med king size-säng och badrum med dubbla fåfänga. Dessutom finns det två sovrum med queen size-sängar, båda med eget badrum.

Garden Level - Retreat ner till det stora vardagsrummet med Media & Entertainment Center stora smarta TV och bekväma läder soffor. Två uppsättningar våningssängar ligger bakomväggen i detta rum, en perfekt plats för barnen att sova. Det tredje sovrummet med king size-säng och badrum med dubbla fåfänga är tillbaka från huvudrummet .. Det finns ett pulverrum på denna våning.

Cabana - Naturlig shiplap cabana med stor inomhus / utomhus sektion som sover två. Full badrum (sluten utomhusdusch), våt bar (kyl / frys, ismaskin) och black-out nyanser.

Great weekend away! The homeowner was very responsive to any questions. A few issues came up while we were there and they responded within 15 minutes and sent someone out to help! Great location and the pool was an added bonus for everyone.

Wonderful renovated house with 3 spacious king bedrooms (plus 2 queen bedrooms) all with ensuite baths. Nice open first floor plan for our group with heated pool.

We had an amazing time at 6.5 Winn. The house is beautiful, very well maintained, close to town, and great for kids. Every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom which was amazing as we were a large family. The pool was a hit with the kids. I would highly recommend staying here! We will be back again!

This house is the best! It is so spacious and well designed. Each bedroom felt private and the main living areas were big enough for everyone to hang out. The house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need! The pool was always heated and the kids loved it. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Great house for a large group

We were thrilled with the house. Lots of space, and full bathrooms in every bedroom made it ideal for our group with numerous couples and toddlers. Easy walking distance to downtown. Check-in was easy, and the property manager was very helpful and responsive to questions throughout our stay.

Nantucket in a monsoon

We arrived for a wedding and it poured rain all four days… The house was adequately prepared for our arrival although there were fewer towels that we needed for showering… We even swam in the pool in the pouring rain. It would’ve been wonderful had the sun shown.

Amazing stay! Highly recommend!

Great experience! We arranged a group of friends to visit for a bachelorette party. The rooms were spacious, up-to-date, clean, and well decorated. The pool (surrounded by hydrangea bushes) were beautiful with 4 chairs for laying out and noodles / floats for the pool. About a 15-18 minute walk from town and a lovely street! Property manager was very communicative. All around, an excellent stay!

We had 4 couples staying at the house, as we were on the island for a wedding. The house and amenities were excellent and the close walk to town was very convenient. Would definitely look to stay again!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay on Nantucket. The house was perfect for three couples with room to spare. Each couple had a king suite on a separate level of the home. Well appointed kitchen and proximity to town (10-15 min walk) made dining in and out a breeze. We also enjoyed the pool a few afternoons. We will be back!

Jacks Nantucket wedding

Amazing spot - Nantucket is 48 square miles and this location is walkable from downtown, if eager. The interior space is fantastic, all new with plenty of bathrooms and overall extremely comfortable. We would rent here again

Amazing long weekend stay!

Beautiful and clean property. We loved the location- with ability to walk down town every morning , and we even walked to “something natural” for lunch and then to Jetties beach. We utilized the pool, which was pristine. It was very convenient having so many extra towels and sheets stocked in the linen closet. The owner and caretaker were very responsive! Overall amazing stay and we would highly recommend a stay here!

Friends wedding weekend

We had an amazing time at this house! It was perfect for our group of friends, plenty of space and loved that we all had our own bathrooms. Proximity to town was great. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great new home for family and friends. Super close to town

Our group of 10 had a fantastic vacation on nantucket. The home manager and owners we very communicative and quick to respond/resolve an issue we had with the pool. You can not beat the location if you want some space + pool with in walking distance to town. Would recommend and come back!

Incredible House - Highly Recommend!

We had an incredible time at this property! Stunning home, very spacious and fully stocked with everything you may need while on Nantucket. Can walk in town very easily, to Jetties beach, Galley restaurant and even the Chicken Box! Highly Recommend!
