Vackra stora upp och ner hem omgiven av 500 tunnland bevarande mark. 4 sovrum på nedervåningen med egna dörrar till bondens veranda för den privata tidigt på morgonen. Även TV-område, läsare, 2 fulla bad och stort tvättstuga. På övervåningen, ljust öppet vardagsrum, matbord med plats för 14, gourmetkök, studieområde och badkar. Det finns också en skärmad veranda och ett stort däck. Dörrarna mellan däck och vardagsrum glider in i väggarna och fördubblar det öppna sociala utrymmet. Avstånd utsikt över staden och hamnen från däck. Och på översta våningen finns en master-svit med egen sittgrupp, king size-säng och badrum med badkar och dusch. Pool, pingpong, fotboll, vikter i källaren.
Utanför finns en wiffle-bollplan och en volleybollplan. Hängmattor för den lata eftermiddagen. Och eldstad för s'mores. Nära Polpis-Sconset cykelväg och allmän buss. Mindre än en mil till Quidnet-stranden. Solfisk, kajak och cyklar finns tillgängliga.

This house is perfect for large groups to be able to socialize together. Fully appointed kitchen. Large dining table for all to enjoy meals together. Comfy living room with fireplace.

Amazingly beautiful

Such a beautiful house, with everything you need. Plenty of space for everyone - perfect place for a family reunion. Everything was so lovely. So many happy memories were created around the large dining room table. Truly a remarkable property!

Overall, this is a very nice property. The 5th bedroom is not really a bedroom - no closet and quite small. Otherwise, the property is very nice and the extra towels, including beach towels, is a nice feature.

What a beautiful house! Fully stocked kitchen… great for entertaining. Lovely host… very accommodating. Only drawbacks: No platform tent as in listing, very few toys… if you have children under 5…. Bring toys!!! There were tons of card games:) overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!:)

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home tucked away surrounded by hundreds of acres of conservation land. It is by far the best stocked VRBO we've ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The house has lots of games for kids as well as adults, e.g., ping pong, pool, board games, etc. And outdoors is a swing set, wiffle ball, fire pit, etc. Our three generation family all had a great time.

Perfect stay in Polpis!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is perfect. Spacious, clean, and gorgeous views. We had the most beautiful sunsets and spent most of the time on the deck. We are so excited to go back next year!

Perfect for Family Destination Reunion

The house is well-appointed and the middle floor with its open layout between kitchen, great room and two patios is perfect for large family gatherings. The large kitchen table was big enough for 13 of us to eat together. We made all our dinners at the house and found everything we needed for cooking and serving in the well-stocked kitchen. We loved playing ping-pong and pool in the basement in the evenings. The house is in a lovely, quiet area of Nantucket, but a car is a must. Penny, the host, was very responsive to the many questions we asked about activities, restaurants, and packing. We cherished our time on Nantucket!

Perfect for a group of 8!

We loved staying at Papanannas. We were there for a lower key bachelorette and were seeking some place that had ample space for 8 30+ year old ladies, where everyone had their own bed and this was perfect. the neighborhood is quiet, and everyone around town was familiar with the family which was awesome. We were able to grill and have dinners at the house, and even do yoga outside on the deck with 8 people comfortably. I would definitely recommend staying here, and would love to stay again!

Beautiful Island Getaway

Absolutely beautiful island home is better than the pictures. Open floor plan on the second level is perfect for everyone to gather and the large sliders opening to the deck provide the perfect back drop of evening sunsets. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Secluded location but minutes to down town. Kitchen is well appointed with everything needed. Can't say enough, its a great place.

The home is beautiful and in the most gorgeous setting with spectacular views. We were six adults and a toddler and we were all very comfortable. The house has space enough for everyone to be together or to have some quiet time to yourself! I would highly recommend this property to anyone, you will not be disappointed!!! Great winter getaway

Wonderful winter escape for us. Lots of room indoors and lots of room outdoors for our two families with 3 kids ages 4 and 5. Kitchen well stocked for us as we had all our meals at home due to corona. Would come back again.

Spacious Quidnet hideaway

Thanks to the Herlihys! Comfortable home, lots of beds, cheerful decor, spacious kitchen and decks, in a quiet, private nook of Nantucket. Basement hosted epic pool and ping pong battles, and the teenage boys were thrilled w/the weights. Highly recommend!

Excellent home!

Great house for 3 families with babies and toddlers! Kitchen is an excellent size for cooking large dinners for a big group! Beautiful and unique house! We loved the swing set and fire pit as well! Thank you!
