A group of three families rented this home for a wedding in town. The home had plenty of space and was perfect for our needs. It is only a short 15-20 minute walk into town. The house looked just like the pictures and was well stocked with everything you might need. We loved that each room had it's own private bathroom!! Rich always responded quickly to any of our inquiries. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking at Nantucket properties.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The home was stunning, beautifully designed, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect location for the Christmas Stroll, with an easy walk to town and even to Stop & Shop. We also loved how spacious the house was; it fit our group perfectly and never felt crowded.Rich was an amazing host: responsive, engaging, and truly thoughtful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing stay

This house was perfect for a girls weekend in the Nantucket slow season. Our host, Rich, was incredibly responsive & made sure our stay was nothing short of spectacular. From helping ensure we made it on a ferry in inclement weather, to being flexible with check-in/check-out times - he made everything a breeze. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent location and property

Host was very easy to work with! The location, near town, is very advantageous. We had several cars in our group and parking for them all would not have worked at most other places. Rooms are well laid out and everything worked very well. Shared spaces were perfect for gatherings. We were in Nantucket for a wedding, and our group included the bride and groom. All of us were comfortable and enjoyed the space.

Amazing ACK Stroll Stay

The property was amazing and exactly as described while being in a super convenient, walkable distance to all of the downtown shopping and restaurants. Our group of adults were all blown away by the property and we all had enough space that at no time did we feel cramped at all. Will definitely be looking at this property for future stays Rich was an incredible host and was easily accessible with any questions about the house in general. Check in and check out was a breeze!
