Detta var utvecklarens personliga hem. Det är den största i utvecklingen med avancerade bekvämligheter. Det finns inget annat hem i denna kaliber. Det har aldrig hyrts förut.

Gården ser ut mot Santa Rosa-bergen men behåller ändå integriteten för det extra stora badbadet med vattenfall. Den har en inbyggd grill och en utomhus servering på gården med öppen spis. 2 stora schäslongar.

Dramatiska volymtak och stora infällbara fönsterväggar ger enastående utsikt. Totalt 3 eldstäder och inredning av hög kvalitet. Det finns inget annat hem i Santa Rosa Cove.

Gourmetkök med high-end Viking-apparater, granitbänkar och specialanpassade skåp.

Gigantic Master Suite med direkt tillgång till spaet och extra stor dusch och badkar ger en lyxig semester som ingen annan. Dessutom är det den enda enheten med en utomhusdusch utanför befälhavaren.

Det andra sovrummet kan vara antingen två tvillingar eller en drottning. Det har ett privat badrum med duschmonterad.

Casita är fristående med tillgång till gården och har en dubbelsäng och eget badrum med dusch.

Golf: La Quinta Mountain and Dunes Course ligger i Santa Rosa Cove och du har full tillgång till dem.
Spa: Du har full tillgång till att använda spa enligt de normala priserna.
Pool: Santa Rosa Cove har 11 pooler. Santa Rosa Cove har våra egna pooler Poolerna på Resorten är endast för hotellets gäster.

Perfect house for 3 couples. Exactly as pictured. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed, and location was perfect for attending the Tennis Tourney. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely book again!

a beautiful, peaceful retreat in Santa Rosa Cove

We were looking for a nice 3BR/3BA home convenient to attending a conference at La Quinta Resort and enjoying a few rounds of PGA West golf, and this stay was absolutely perfect! This home is very spacious, clean and incredibly comfortable, elegant but not fussy, nestled in a very peaceful neighborhood. Easy walks to the Resort and to the PGA West Pete Dye clubhouse. We absolutely loved the floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as the plunge pool and outdoor shower, enjoyed daily. Super-responsive and helpful owners were A+++ communicators throughout. No hesitation whatsoever recommending a stay in this beautiful home!

Wonderful vacation home!

The home is beautiful! Sue was so wonderful to work with and provided a wealth of information about the area (I.e places to eat and activities in the area). We had so much fun taking the golf cart to the La Quinta resort and spa for meals and spa appointments. We will definitely rent this home again. Thanks Sue😊

Fantastic stay at a beautiful home in a gorgeous setting!

Casa Contento is a wonderful home— I t’s not a house. Everything is accounted for from linens to a well stocked kitchen. It’s was fun, convenient, and very comfortable. Everything was immaculate and we left it the same way. Rental Manager was superb, prompt, and extremely helpful with anything and everything we needed!

No coffee at all

It is a nice place, a professional cleaning will help as place is beautiful, and stocking coffee will be nice at least for the first morning, as finding a cup of coffee is not easy, other than that we enjoy it

Perfect Gathering Spot

My husband and I were headed to La Quinta to be on hand as our daughter was getting engaged. We wanted a place to stay, as well as have a handful of friends over to toast the newly engaged couple. This house was perfect! It was exactly as pictured, maybe even nicer. Sleeps 6 comfortably, and the living space is ample, made all the more special because of the bifold doors disappearing to create a beautiful indoor/outdoor feel. The management staff was very attentive, and quick to respond to any question. It was spotless, and was equipped with anything you might need. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, and the unit being on the corner is a plus. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful and Elegant

This is a phenomenal house for anyone looking for an elegant yet comfortable place to relax. The spa and waterfall are relaxing for a dip, or an elegant backdrop to an evening dinner or cocktail. The outdoor grill and fireplace area is a comfortable spot for a more intimate conversation. The kitchen has everything you need to create a meal or prepare cocktails. The oversized comfortable couches and chairs in the living room gives ample space for everyone to spread out and put up their feet after a hard (or not so hard) day! The beds and baths are comfortable and quiet. What more could you want ?!!

Beautiful House with Privacy and Great Amenities

Our husband and I have been going to La Quinta for over 40 years and this place is the nicest we've stayed. The modern kitchen, large windows, hot tub, and privacy made it a great stay. The house was clean on arrival and the owners went above and beyond to make it a terrific stay. Would certainly book here again.

Fabulous hosts, beautiful home!

Our family attended a wedding at LaQuinta Resort and we were fortunate to stay at Catherine and Andy’s gorgeous home. We enjoyed the open kitchen , dining and living room area, as well as the heated spa. Bedrooms are beautiful and each has it’s own bath. The hosts are amazingly organized, and the house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend !!

Christmas in La Quinta

We really enjoyed our stay at this very nice upscale home. It is quite comfortable and clean with modern appliances and well appointed overall. This home has a beautiful view of the mountains and is in walking distance to the resort and golf club. We would love to come back and stay again.
