House har nyligen uppgraderat och ligger på farleden på golfbanan Dunes med en spektakulär utsikt över bergen. Det är en kort promenad till restauranger, affärer och spa på La Quinta Resort & Spa. En pool och badtunna är tvärs över gatan och tennisbanan ligger några minuters promenad.

Nya uppgraderingar inkluderar nya apparater (kylskåp, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, central AC / värme, badrumskranar), nya fönsterbeläggningar, nya uteplatser, nya köksartiklar och några nya vardagsrum och utemöbler.

Huset har sovrummet (kung) med badrum, gästrum (Queen) med eget badrum, och separat casita (2 tvillingar) med badrum. Det finns ett stort vardagsrum / matsal (säten 8), pulver rum och kök med tillhörande matplats. Köket är välutrustat med nytt servis och bestick och inkluderar en ny brödrost och Keurig (ta med dina favoritbelägen). Det finns också ett tvättstuga och garage med två bilar.

Huset är utrustat med trådlöst internet och stora tv-skärmar med HD-kabel. Gården har ett paraply bord och gas BBQ. Poolen och badtunnan ligger tvärs över gatan, tennisbanor är ett kvarter bort, och La Quinta golfbanor är utanför vardagsrummet dörren.

Great location and amenities

Beautiful Villa in Desert with Amazing Mountain/ Golf Views

Had a wonderful trip and stay at this beautiful home with so many amenities and so much provided ! Karen was so helpful and lovely to work with !!! Home is so spacious and the views of the golf course and mountains are amazing ! Easy walk to pool and Marketplace at La Quinta Resort … Many wonderful restaurants on and off property…. We rented bikes from Village Peddler who delivered them to the property … Was fun to ride around the area ! Can’t wait to go back !!

Palm Springs Retreat

The condo had a great layout for our family of 6 with a cute casita in the courtyard patio. The location was great and close to everything with beautiful views of the golf course lake and mountains.

Prime Location

A wonderful condo in Santa Rosa cove with a great location along hole 1 of the Dunes course. Well stocked home with all the necessary creature comforts. Run by a nice woman who was responsive and laid back

Spring Break in the Desert

We had a lovely trip and the place was as advertised. We love Santa Rosa Cove and the format of this home is similar to others in the area. While some fixtures, appliances and elements of the home are a bit dated, everything is clean and in working order. We would stay again.

Beautiful property. Easy to get in and out of the gated community. Spacious home with everything you could need for cooking. A little dated, but meticulously clean. Views spectacular to have coffee on the back porch. Would stay here again!

Felt like home away from home

Sparkling clean, excellent location and impeccable views

We had such a great week at this property. We had our 3 year old son with us and found it so convenient that they live right by the path to walk to LaQuinta resort. It was a 5-6 minute walk. The house was decorated well and was much nicer than some of the other ones we looked at. Karen always responded right away to any question we had. We hope to go back next year.

Wonderful Location In La Quinta

We were overjoyed by the location of this very comfortable La Quinta house. The view off the back porch of the golf course and mountains is fantastic. The house has three very spacious bedrooms, all separated from one another for privacy. The kitchen is well supplied and the living room and dining room feel very comfortable with a high ceiling and lots of windows. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful with green lawns, flowers, and tall palm trees. We enjoyed the walking path to the neighboring La Quinta Resort. The house was a great base for exploring La Quinta, where we enjoyed the art festival, and hitting any number of golf course options. Thank you very much!

Perfect place for Girls Getaway

Our ladies group has stayed a number of places. This one was fantastic. The layout was really great! Spacious kitchen with eating area. We used the HUGE dining room table for our crafting and it worked perfectly. The craft area was separate from the bedrooms so no worries about sound. We really enjoyed working with Karen too.....Great place!
