I was racing in the Ironman World Championship. Great location to stay in such a beautiful area. Easy to get back to Kailua-Kona. The condo was perfect!

Fantastic stay on the big island

This place was wonderful! 7-10 min walk to a great beach. 5 min walk to grocery stores. Close to Kona-related activities and activities north of Kona. Kitchen had everything we needed; snorkeling gear worked well. Just perfect.

Love the Fairway Villas at Waikaloa, this was our first time in a three bedroom and were not disappointed. Having three separate rooms with bathrooms is nice for a long stay and my adult daughters loved it. This our 7th time staying at the location and love the area with the King and Queens accommodations that are an easy walk to.

3 bedroom unit on Waikoloa fairways.

Nicely kept unit on a very peaceful golf course setting. We enjoyed our morning coffees and dinner on the patio. Well stocked with kitchen amenities and ocean activity gear. Nicely located for walks to beaches , stores and restaurants. Loved our week there. Thanks.

Wonderful condo with stunning views and everything you need

We really enjoyed everything about this property. It was spacious, well appointed, and decorated tastefully. We had plenty of room for our group of five adults and one kid. There is a grassy area in front of the outdoor patio behind the golf fairway that our child loved to play on in the mornings and we would watch the sunset on in the evenings. The kitchen had more than enough utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, cups, plates, and even Tupperware. We weren't missing anything. With the A/C and fans in the property it was a very comfortable temperature. The pool was close by, big, warm and looked out on the golf course fairway. It even opens early (7AM) which is nice for families with young kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Rental

This rental offered fantastic amenities for our family vacation. The space was very comfortable and everyone slept well. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked to get us started. The hosts provided a wonderful array of beach towels, chairs, and toys to take with us on outings. Prior to our visit I was able to communicate with Vacasa staff regarding questions. Responses were generally prompt and very helpful. Access to the rental was easy and communication came through the Vacasa app and text message. Two of the days that we were on site the complex was doing tree trimming near the rental and parking was limited. Signs were posted to give warning and we were able to find parking closer to the entrance of the development. This rental was within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, and resorts. Larger grocery stores were a short drive from the complex. The pool and spa were beautiful. The pool area closes at 9:00pm and complex staff were friendly when informing people of the closing time. We traveled with two families (4 adults and two children) and we were very comfortable. We would consider staying here again.

The entire place was lovely! We loved that they had all of the beach equipment there like towels, chairs, boogie boards etc. we brought our own snorkel equipment but it too was provided in the beach closet. The patio view was perfect for sunsets every night. The space was spacious and the pool was wonderful!

Can’t wait to go again

Spent a week here on a “staycation.” We live on the other side of the island. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place. The unit is well equipped with gear for a beach or pool day, and is set up in the perfect location. The views of the nene every morning and evening along the golf course was just an added bonus. We will definitely be back for our next staycation. The unit is perfectly located to anything you may need. I don’t know what else to say other than we love it and regretted not making the trip longer than one week.

Will be back....

Unfortunately, we had to cut our vacation short because of happenings back home with the Coronavirus. But, up until then, our stay was great. Condo was fully loaded with beach items (towels, umbrella(s), chairs, etc.), kitchen utensils, and needs to make the condo feel like home (cable, games, books, etc.). The patio furniture was used daily to watch golfers, birds, or to simply enjoy a cup of coffee.

Great Time!

Very well supplied unit: snorkel equip, beach- chairs, -umbrellas, -towels, and boogie boards. Adequate supplies of kitchenware. Microwave was new and great! Stove top temp control was difficult to work with, oven would not consistently work get above 379 deg. Ice maker virtually inop and we had to make ice in shallow plates. Cleanliness was okay. Location of unit is the best in Fairway Villas!

Everything was incredible.

Rented this condo over Christmas. Plenty of room, perfect location and everything we needed. From beach towels, chairs and boogie boards to all the kitchen necessities. We come as a family every couple of years and love the Waikoloa area. Short walking and driving distance to many of our favorite places. Would love to be able to come back to this condo again.

All Great!

The location was great, close to the Hapuna beach, 10 mins driving, the closeness to a sand beach was very important for us. The Condominium has everything you need for a very nice stay. It has items to enjoy the beach, the proximity to the swimming pool was great, we also BBQ in the complex. Walking distance to a supermarket and nice malls. The only thing was that in busy days it is difficult to find a parking space, it will be nice that the condominium has its own parking space available. The condominium was very comfortable, the rooms were great and you can find all items to cook, kitchen with great equipment

Exceeded my expectations

I would not say this is a five star place but it is solid and we were happy with everything. Sometimes rentals are not clean. . This unit was clean and fit our needs perfectly. We used the kitchen and everything was fine. Loved being on hole #4 and the convenience of stopping in to refill water bottles. (Beware there is NO water on the beach course. That’s just wrong. ). The addition of hand towels in the bathrooms would be appreciated. We didn’t use the beds other than the master (which seemed ok), nor the pool but it looked nice. I think we were there during a quiet period, which was nice but I would bet parking is an issue. We only used a visitor spot to park but the directions are unclear; they said we have a dedicated parking spot but only park in visitor or non-resident spot. Confusing but it worked out for us. Just all around a great trip.
