Ny på hyresmarknaden i april 2018, är vår lägenhet redo för din semester i paradiset! Ta med familjen eller några par och njut av orten i hjärtat av Waikoloa Beach Resort. Ligger på det fjärde hålet på Waikoloa Beach Course kan du spela en runda eller så kan du sitta på Lanai och titta på!
Du kan gå till The King's Shops och Queen's Marketplace som erbjuder ett brett utbud av affärer, restauranger och aktiviteter för att hålla dig så upptagen som du vill vara. En "lyx" biograf öppnades tidigare i år. Ta med din solkräm när lägenheten ligger på gångavstånd till den vackra Anaeho'omalu-stranden där du kan sitta, snorkla, paddla ombord eller bara titta på människor. Fairway villas

Trenae and Paul’s place was great. This is our third stay in this complex and this is by far the best. Loved all the room to spread out and they had everything we needed for our 5 week stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Spring Break Trip

The property was beautiful. We had plenty of space for six people which met all of our needs and was as exactly as advertised. We had a great time visiting the beaches and waterfalls around the island. Our personal favorite was Beach 49, a beautiful black sand area that we lucked out on because it was empty. Paul and Trenae were amazing hosts giving us recommendations and advice for several parts of our trip.

Excellent Escape

This place was as good as it gets! Lots of space, beautiful views and wonderful amenities. Paul and Trenae were amazing hosts and saw to it that we were comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

All that you need!

As a family of 5, we often have to squeeze into spaces meant for 4. This condo was great - no squeezing! Table seats 6 and there were 4 beds. Great for our family, including two teens who like their space. We loved the abundance of towels, including neach towels.

Wonderful stay - highly recommend

Terrific condo with pride of ownership throughout. Clean, well stocked and in great condition. Trenae was so thorough in her communications and was very accommodating throughout the process. Our family of five with grandma loved our stay and we would recommend renting without any hesitation. Thanks for opening your home away from home to us !

Quiet condo in Waikola

The condo was clean, quiet and well appointed. The grounds are well kept and the pool is a nice place to cool off. The condo is within easy walking distance of the King shops and the Queen’s marketplace. We enjoyed the condo very much.

Beautiful and relaxing vacation

The location is lovely, everything is so close by, shopping ,restaurants and beaches. Its at the center of major attractions, 30 mins from airport. Hosts are super lovely and welcoming, all great amenities in the house.

Amazing stay as usual!

This is our third time staying at Paul and Trenae’s beautiful condo, and it was wonderful! Love the sunsets on the lanai, the wee geckos that came to visit. A perfect and relaxing vacation. Can't wait for next time!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This unit is perfect for a family trip. We traveled with a group of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 near-teenager), and the setup was great. The location was convenient for many activities, and the beach equipment was much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Great condo!

Very comfy, well equipped condo. Excellent communication from owners. There’s a helpful notebook on the counter with info about local beaches and restaurants. The kids loved being walking distance to the shopping mall and Starbucks!

Great stay in Waikoloa

We had such an amazing time staying at the condo for our week in the Big Island. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I plus our three college age kids. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked with everything we needed, and the selection of beach gear made our trips to the water a breeze. We definitely hope to be back again!

We loved absolutely everything about our vacation at Paul and Trenae’s condo. Communication was excellent from the start through to the end, and the condo exceeded our expectations. We have never stayed in such a well stocked condo - it had everything we needed! We hope to come back again soon!

Relaxing Getaway

This place was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, well furnished. We loved sitting out on the lanai watching the golfers and enjoying the sunshine. Nice to be able to access the garage and all the beach gear. The loft/view made the bit of teleworking i had to do while on vacation very enjoyable. Hosts friendly and easy to work with.

Wonderful stay in Waikoloa

This was our 2nd time to the Big Island and to Trenae and Paul’s condo. They are very responsive hosts and have stocked their condo with everything you need - from kitchen and bath items to everything you need for the beach. Their condo is clean and homey, is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and A-Bay, and only a few driving minutes away from some of the best beaches on the island. Having breakfast on the lanai is one of our favourite things. We definitely their condo and give it a 5 stars.

PERFECT GETAWAY

Clean condo in a beautiful location

We loved our stay here! The condo was clean and really comfortable for our family. It was great to have access to beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The balcony has a beautiful view of palm trees and the golf course. We sat outside every night before bed! The location cannot be beat. It’s a short walking distance to the Kings shops, the beach, and the Marriot. We loved taking walks on all of the sidewalks leading from the condo to the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

When looking for the ideal location for our family to visit Waikoloa Beach Resort had it all. We love to golf and can walk to the beach with a snorkel, or take a break at the shops. The fact that the Big Island has such a variety of things to do was attractive to our teens and hopefully keeps them traveling with us to our home in paradise!
