Detta hus ligger i sydöstra hörnet av Aquidneck Island mellan Wapping Rd. och indiska Ave. Huset byggdes 2016 och sitter på ett två hektar rensat fält med en serene pastoral utsikt. Sweet Berry Farm, en lokal gård och matplats med småvaruprodukter och tillagade måltider ligger inom gångavstånd, liksom Peabody och Third Beaches. Downtown Newport kan nås med bil inom några minuter eller i genomsnitt sju dollar UBER. Detta är ett tre sovrum hus och erbjuder en mängd olika alternativ. Sovrummen har en king, två spjälsängar som kan ersättas med en drottning och två enkelsängar. Och för familjer med barn finns det två barnstolar, skötbord och andra barn och småbarnsbehov. We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect—just a short walk to Pebble Beach with pretty views. The house itself was clean and very comfortable, with cozy beds that made it easy to relax after long days out exploring. Tayla and Brian were super responsive whenever we had a question, which made everything smooth.The kitchen was well stocked.We loved that it was only about a 15-minute walk to Sweet Berry Farm, and it was also an easy trip into Newport. Ubers were easy to get, and we even had DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Instacart deliver without a problem. Our dog especially enjoyed the backyard—it was such a nice spot for her to run around.All in all, a great place to stay, and we’d happily come back.

Communication from owners was welcoming, responsive and helpful with activities and recommendations.Beautiful setting with room to rome in gorgeous yard with lots of birds and area for games, grilling and zip lining. The home is beautiful and fully updated with well appointed kitchen to create memorable meals. 10 out of 10!!

Super Stay - Picture Perfect Cottage

A Newport Wedding weekend was only enhanced by our stay on Peckham Ave. This picture perfect cottage is so spot on. Its just relaxing to walk in. The reality amplifys what you see in the pictures. The furniture is super comfy, the decoration relaxing, the layout is open but not isolating....just kick off your shoes and chill-lax. Upstairs - perfect mattresses, clean and stylish bathrooms & fluffy towels.....I'll take it all day. The homeowner communication was also on point - prior to arrival she reached out and gave clear and friendly instructions and advice. A couple of questions were texted back and forth and as the saying goes...its all good! Its a great cottage and one that has been put together perfectly. Anyone would be thrilled to call it their own, but for now you'll just have to be happy VRBO-ing it! We will be back.

Rhode Island Experience

We had a blast in Newport for the week. The house was in a perfect location for our daily trips to second beach. The quiet, peaceful nights were perfect for our theee boys getting a good night’s sleep.

Great Spot

This was our first trip to RI. The house was great and well stocked. The kids felt at home quickly with all of the toys. The owners went out of their way to be helpful and responded quickly if we had any questions. Highly recommended!

What an amazing retreat to this quiet spot of serenity!

Tayla and Brian were fabulous host. Very attentive and available for all of my questions. The house is impeccable!!! Love the simple decor and the location in a wide open meadow! The house was just perfect for our family and we can't wait to go back!

Simply Sublime!!

This property is absolutely beautiful! Pictures showcase it exactly as what we saw when we walked through the door. Location was wonderful as it allowed us to come together as a family and soak up the Middletown and Newport charm! It was a short ride to multiple beaches and you could jump on a bike and drive to a small rocky beach down the road for a quick dip (which I did)! The property owners were super generous to us (even had 2 surfboards and 1 boogie board) waiting for our teenage boys. I cannot say enough about this house it was amazing! We also loved being able to jaunt over to Sweet Berry Farm to pick up specialty fixings for a great meal at the house. Can't wait to come back to Middletown - hoping this property is available for us to enjoy again!!
