Hilton Head Resort Àr ett gated community med 24-timmars sÀkerhet. VÄr lÀgenhet ligger i byggnad 1 pÄ första vÄningen. Du Àr bara nÄgra steg frÄn poolen, deli / presentbutik och utomhusbar. Du kan promenera till stranden pÄ vÄr privata strandpromenad och njuta av utsikten över salt trÀsk, dÀr du kan se ÀgretthÀstar, hÀgrar och krabbor eller Äka med vÄr kostnadsfria golfvagnstransport för att enkelt kunna ta dig till stranden. NÀr du anlÀnder till stranden har vÄr resort en volleybollplan, en bar vid havet och grill som heter Cocos och toaletter, för att inte tala om den fantastiska stranden.

Det finns 3 pooler pÄ plats. En utanför i byggnad 1 med en butik, deli / presentbutik och en utomhusbar. En utanför pÄ Bldg. 4 och inomhuspool, barnpool, badtunna, bastu, trÀningsrum, spelomrÄde och gÄngvÀg pÄ Bldg. 3. Byggnad 2 har en solterrass pÄ taket.

VÄr lÀgenhet har 2 sovrum, 2 badrum. Vardagsrum och matsalsmöbler Àr alla nya. Det finns platt-tv i bÄde sovrum och i vardagsrummet. WiFi Àr ocksÄ tillgÀngligt. Köket Àr fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för matlagning. AndelslÀgenhet har förrÄd upp tillbehör (pappershanddukar, toalettpapper och tvÄl.) Trevlig matplats. Det finns leksaker, boogiebrÀde, nudlar, spel för stranden, tÀlt till stranden, stolar, paraplyer, paraplytÀlt och en vagn att dra dina saker in. Allt du behöver Àr din lotion och handdukar. Den vackra stranden vÀntar pÄ dig.

VÄr enhet Àr rökfri, men det finns utsedda rökomrÄden pÄ orten. Husdjur Àr inte tillÄtna.

Det finns 6 tennisbanor, badmintonbanor, picklebollsplan, picknickomrÄde och grillar vid byggnad 4 och cykeluthyrning pÄ ön som levererar till orten. Det finns ocksÄ tvÀttmaskiner och torktumlare i varje byggnad pÄ andra och fjÀrde vÄningen nÀra hissarna.

Det finns mycket att göra pÄ ön. Golf, fisketurer, delfinturer, parasailing, helikopterturer, sightseeing, bra shopping, fantastiska restauranger eller bara njuta av den vackra stranden.

Great Location and Perfect For Our Needs

This location had a great view of the pool, deli and bar area as well as being centrally located to all the restaurants we were interested in. Perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 2 toddlers and the walk to the beach was just long enough to get some exercise after a heavy seafood meal;) Would recommend and would stay again! Beach Getaway

The property was clean and exactly as pictured. The host was fantastic and responsive to any questions. The beach was a short walk away and the pool was just steps away. My husband, myself, and our seven year-old son loved everything about the condo. We made great memories and hope to come back!

Good property to base out of. Good for a couple people to share. The area was nice. It felt safe and was pretty quiet. Good beach access and many pools at the complex if that’s what you want. Check in was a breeze.

Hilton Head Resort

Our family stayed for two days. The pools were heated, both indoor and outdoor, which was great since it was a little cold for the beach during our stay. We also had buoyed the sauna and steam room. The host was very responsive and the condo was clean. It was also in close proximity to bike ride to grocery stores and shopping.

Generally nice property, bathroom and rooms in general are a little smaller than what the pictures appear. Couldn’t accommodate more than 3 people comfortably, but would stay here again.

Low Key Beach Vibe on HHI

Enjoyed our stay in this low key, seriously beach themed decorated 2br condo. Well stocked kitchen with both old school basket drip and Keurig pod coffee makers. Conveniently located for on and off island day trips. Lots of kids at the pool during our June stay, so recommend a stay during the school year for quieter times. But very quiet once pool hours over, so good nights sleeping. Handy beach shuttle. Cocos on the Beach highly recommended bar and grill! When the island calls, we'll be back.

This was our second stay at the HHR. This condo was superior to the one we stayed at in 2022. Although the condo is on the small side for five, two adults 3 teenagers, it still worked. First floor in building 1 is in my opinion where you want to be. Beach locker is directly below the room and has everything you need, at least six nice beach chairs, 3 wagons, tons of toys, and most importantly a shibumi.

wonderful experience

Property was as listed. We had a problem with the air conditioning, but after speaking with the owner the condition was immediately corrected. I have nothing but great things to say about our stay and of the owner. We are already looking to come back to Hilton Head and when we do we will be staying nowhere but here!

Great little comfy condo

This is a great condo. I really liked that it was in bldg 1 with the pool and had a front sitting area. After the beach, we'd sit out front, in the shade, cool off and people watch. Deanna had everything you need for a beach day, I especially appreciated the beach buggy to cart everything down to the beach in. Deanna was great at responding and very accommodating of our request. Totally recommend.

Multiple stays

Me and my family love this property. We would visit my grandfather and we’ve stayed in this condo multiple times. It’s the best bang for your buck in all of Hilton Head Island! The condo is always well-stocked and they even have necessities you wouldn’t have that about (first aid kit, for example.) I love that the beach is within walking distance and the bridge over the swamplands to the beach is a highlight. Also the pool areas, saunas, and play space for kids makes every hour on vacation fun. I definitely recommend this place!

Our Happy Place Too!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo looked just like the pictures online. It had everything that we would ever need. It was well stocked with beach chairs and beach cart and toys and anything you would need for the beach. The owner was wonderful, very easy to work with and communicate with. The whole complex felt very safe, quiet, orderly and well taken care of. We hope to return in the future. Thank you Deanna!

Disappointed.

Overall the stay was satisfactory. The condo had room enough for two people. The condo was clean but needed updated with a coat of paint, etc. Ample towels and wash cloths were provided. The location was close to resturants and activities.The kitchen had sufficient cutlery and pans. The only reason a 3 star instead of a higher rating was given was because the tv in the living room did not work. Although the host was notified nothing was done to repair it. Very disappointing and inconvenient.
