Alla nya vardagsrumsmöbler, apparater och många uppdateringar, inklusive nya kvartsbänkskivor i köket och badrummen. Nya toalettartiklar och badrum.

Vår villa, AR209, är perfekt för familjesemester eftersom den ligger cirka 50 steg från stranden! Den har ett fullt utrustat kök, sovrum med TV och en queen size-säng, gäst sovrum med två sängar och en drottning utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet. Matsalen har plats för 6 bekvämt.

Gratis trådlöst internet och 2 HDTV ingår liksom gratis tennis och användning av gymmet. På plats finns 3 restauranger - en sportsbar (Coconutz), en pizzarestaurang (Gator'z Pizza) och en avslappnad bar (Jamaica Joe'z) vid poolen med utsikt över stranden (specialiserat på frysta drycker).

Det finns en pool bredvid Admiral's Row samt en annan mycket stor pool med en kiddie pool bredvid. Här hittar du också massor av solstolar, bord med paraplyer, ett halvtäckt lusthus, hästskor, beachvolleyboll och shuffleboard.

Vi erbjuder fyra solstolar och ett parasoll för din användning. Vi erbjuder handdukar och sängkläder, men inte badlakan.

Det finns 8 upplysta tennisbanor och 6 upplysta picklebollbanor som är gratis att använda - bara registrera dig på Tennis Center.

Cyklar kan hyras på plats vid säkerhetsgrinden och det finns cykelställ på båda sidor om Admiral's Row.

Kolgrillar och picknickbord finns runt orten, med några på norra sidan av byggnaden. Väldigt passande. Det finns fler bredvid barnens lekplats som är ett bra ställe för en stor samling. Barnen kan leka på lekplatsutrustningen och de vuxna kan titta på dem medan de besöker varandra och laga mat några korv och hamburgar.

Slice of Heaven

This is our 2nd stay in this condo and we still love it! First of all, the property owner (Ian) is organized, responsive and friendly. The property is EXACTLY as advertised. Perfect location and view. I love sitting on the balcony watching the ocean, pelicans flying overhead in formation, and people traveling to & from the beach. Condo is closest 2 BR to beach, elevator and laundry room. HHI Beach & Tennis Club is also in a perfect location on the island. I strongly recommend booking this condo. You will not be disappointed. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful vacation! This is our third time staying at this property and the location is unbeatable. So close to the beach! The host is very communicative and goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Amazing Location

Just book your trip! Super easy check in. Extremely friendly staff in the office and security. Beautiful view of the beach right from the living room. Room is conveniently located right next to the laundry room and elevator! Community is very kid freindly and offers movie night at the pool. Beach access is as close as you can be without sleeping on the beach and it has a life guard! Condo was very clean and the kitchen had plenty of pots/pans and plates. Hosts also provide a very detailed list of places to go and see, which made sight seeing much easier!

Great Location close to the Beach!

This property is literally steps from the beach! Great location with an incredible ocean view from the balcony. Easy driving distance to great dining and 3 food options on the property for when you don't want to drive. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. He provided a really detailed summary of dining options, places to visit, and history of the surrounding areas which was extremely helpful. We will stay here again!

Great time at Hilton Head

This is not a new property but is in great condition. It is clean and well kept. It has a nice ocean view from the large balcony. The unit is spaceous, probably a bit more than was really need for the two of us but it was nice to have the extra space.

Ocean view!

We loved being able to keep the screen on the sliding door open to hear the ocean at night! Very clean, and spacious. The beds were a bit firm, but overall it was just fine! Would stay again.

Great visit!

Condo is exactly like it is in the pictures. It was hard for me to tell how close to the beach it was when I looked at the pictures due to the boardwalk, but rest assured it is REALLY close to the beach. So convenient! We loved the balcony and every morning my 9-year-old would wake us up by reporting the weather conditions. We all really liked the tide clock, too, as it was helpful to determine where to set up on the beach. There were some colorful characters staying on the property, but luckily couldn’t hear them with the sliding glass doors shut. We cooked in almost every meal and found the kitchen to be stocked with everything we needed.

Amazing View!

We had a wonderful week at Hilton Head! This was our first stay here, and Ian and Pat made it so enjoyable. When they say the condo is close to the beach, they mean it! We walked right out of the condo to the boardwalk and were on the beach in minutes. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves in the morning and at night. We also enjoyed the pool which was a short walk from our condo. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Ian and Pat were kind enough to provide lots of information about the island including restaurant recommendations and things to do. We so appreciate their hospitality and hope to return again in the future!

My name is Ian and I grew up in England. I reside between the Cincinnati Ohio/Northern Kentucky area and Hilton Head with Debby who is also from England. I have lived in the USA since 1976 owning at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort since the year 2000. I have never grown tired of the fantastic ocean view from the condo. Also, I can't say enough about all the wonderful things to do here at the resort and the incredible people who take care of us. I love to share this with our guests and nothing makes me happier than when I receive a note back from a guest who has just enjoyed their best vacation ever here at our condo.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is located in the Folly Field neighbourhood of Hilton Head Island. This is a well established older neighbourhood that is away from the hustle and bustle of the Coligny area of the island. You can walk to everything - the beach, on-site restaurants, and some beautiful streets in the old neighbourhood lined with Live Oaks and Spanish moss. You really don't need to leave all week except to go grocery shopping.
However, if you choose to get in your car, or rent a bike, you can be at all manner of scenic areas, attractions, restaurants, breweries, and historical sites in just minutes. If you like the beach and the ocean this is absolutely the place to be. The neighborhood runs along the oceanfront. There are 5 beach restaurant/bars within walking distance of our condo. You can walk to the Folly (a Marshland inlet) in one direction and to what we call the "Rocks" in the other.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The Admirals Row A building where we are located is closer to the ocean than any other building on the property - actually closer than most buildings on the island. Our condo is at the end nearest to the beach. Located at the edge of the dunes with the ocean just steps away on the other side, you can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the beach when you sit on our balcony. It's a pretty cool experience to enjoy that proximity when you get up in the morning, take a break in the day, or are relaxing in the evening. Also, I really like that we are not in a concrete jungle. We have space between low rise buildings. We have trees, vegetation, and natural dunes. I've owned in Admirals Row for over 25 years, and I'm still loving it.
