Family Reunion

Lots of space and fun things to do! The kitchen was lacking in food prep and cooking equipment. No large pots and pans. If you're visiting with a large group, there should be pans to cook for a large group. There were places for them to be in the big cupboards! When we arrived, there was a broken railing on a bunk bed that they came and removed quickly. And when we left, we forgot a whole drawer full of clothing that they graciously collected and met up with us to return! I recommend this place highly!

Broken hot tub

We were super disappointed that the hot tub was not Working. The private hot tub was honestly the reason we chose this property even though the rate and fees were so high.

Nice condo, great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the rental was great. A few little problems like a knob missing on stove and a knob mot working on bbq. A hot tub was recently installed too, but hadn't been put on maintenance. They got it up and running for us before our stay was over. Didn't really need it anyway, since rental is across the street from the pool complex. Rental was very clean and furniture was comfortable. There were a lot of fun amenities.

Food and shopping and activities are all close by. The swimming areas were used a lot and we had plenty of room for our group.

Family Reunion

The location was perfect. The water park was definitely the highlight of our grand children’s stay, since St. George was experiencing heat wave the week we were there. The game room was also a fan favorite. They were 18 in our party and we felt like we had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this property!

Great house terrible management company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and the location and the amenities, However, my daughter forgot to get all the clothes out of the dresser. We filed the forms and she has called multiple times. They keep saying they will check but nothing has happened in over a month. Very frustrating!

Best family reunion ever!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed for 5 days in this beautiful home! It was clean and roomy! We were right across the street from the pool area and the kids spent hours there. Many of us took bike rides on the trails around the community, the bikes were provided. Sadly the tandem bike was out of commission but the other bikes worked fine!! The games upstairs kept the adults and kids entertained!! All of our basic supplies were provided, like TP, garbage bags, hand and dish soaps, which was very convenient. Having two family room areas and a huge kitchen/dining room gave us lots of space to have different activities going on at the same time! Same with the 8 bathrooms, no waiting!! We loved it so much we’ve already booked it again for next year!!

Family Soccer Weekend

The photos of the property were realistic. The house met our expectations and was comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Everything functioned very well. The only apparent needs were several window blind control rods and the closet doors were off track in one of the bunk rooms.

The TVs were not working properly- we had almost no options to watch. For the amount of money we spent, we were disappointed!

Only complaint was we couldn't access ether of the pool areas. I visited with pool maintenance man and he said hot tub was broken. This was a little disappointing when spending that much money and expecting pool access. other then that all was well!

Great location and layout but needs maintenance

Reviewer Comments: This house is a great location and layout but the age of the carpet and furniture is showing badly and some things need to be replaced. The kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of towels, some of the sheets need to be replaced but in general just looking at the older items and updating them would be a good idea in a competitive market like this.

Nice Spacious House

We had difficulty unlocking the front door and the garage door remote did not work half the time even after we replaced the batteries and TV remotes took awhile to get use to using. As far as the sleeping accommodations, a few of the bedroom mattresses need to be replace as they sag in the middle which makes for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Other than that, my team loves staying at Paradise Village rentals. This is our 4th consecutive year renting homes here.

Christmas Vacation in September.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked the vacation rental earlier this year as a Christmas present for all my kids and grandkids. Booking was very easy and I received all the needed information. We have stayed in this community prior so we were excited to be staying closer to the pool this time. The home was large and comfortable for all of us. There were plenty of supplies in the home. The little kids had a blast. However I was not happy with the cleanliness of certain areas. The carpeting on the stairs was filthy. My grandbabies clothing was dirty from climbing up and down. The kitchen floor was also dirty. The ceiling would leak in the kitchen when someone would shower upstairs. It was also evident that there was leaking in the ceiling of the master bathroom. We immediately notified the on call maintenance service advertised on call 24/7 via phone, text, and email. We had no response the entire stay. I also filled out the paper in the welcome binder stating my concerns and the leaking and no response following our stay. I found that to be unprofessional.

Lovely Home in Santa Clara!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 15 staying in this house for the week and the house and location was PERFECT. The kids spent so much time in the "water park" across the way (we never went to the other pool!) and had a great time exploring the area. A couple of things to note: There are no "pantry staples" in the house (coffee filters, sugar were the two main ones I was looking for). There are some spices. I've never been to a vacation place that didn't have left over items from previous guests! Everything was contactless so we never met anyone from the company, but that was all very smooth.We arrived on a Sunday and had to take the 3 overflowing garbage cans from previous guests down to the curb. Not a big deal, just a little off putting. The WIFI was weak, probably because the house is so big! All in all though, we had a FABULOUS time and I would 100% recommend this house to any other big families.

Bed Bugs and TERRIBLE customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Initially we thought our condo was awesome but then we found bed bugs in one of the rooms so a whole family was left to sleep on the floor and couches. We called UBVR the next morning and they sent someone out to confirm it was bed bugs so then they transferred us to another condo. But because it was bed bugs and they like to spread and lay eggs, we spent the greater part of the day washing and drying all our stuff because we obviously didn't want to take them home with us and the exterminator told us to. So instead of doing the things we had planned that day, we spent it packing up and moving and doing laundry. After they transferred us UBVR never asked how we were, if we got things taken care of and NEVER offered any kind of discount, offer or refund for inconvience it caused us. When you spend $600+ just in fees and taxes on top of the nightly rate and then you have to deal with bed bugs, moving condos and UBVR's AWFUL customer service - its not worth it. I will never book with them again and neither should you.
