Easy check-in and allowed to check in a little early on request, Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, great location for our fishing trips, nice fire pit, nice landscaping. All around nice comfortable stay.

Nice holiday weekend getaway

The house was comfortable. The yard was great for my dog to run around. The creek out back is lovely. The road is a dead end, so barely any traffic at all. Very quiet. There were games, puzzles, movies, kitchen supplies, etc. Everything was easy to find and navigate. Nice place to stay.

Cottage on River

As described, an immaculate cottage close to the Beaver Kill for fishing and the Little Beaver in the backyard. Very accommodating host with great communication. Would recommend!

Cozy cottage

My initial impression of the property was not great; the property definitely needs some external TLC.But, you can't judge a book.by its cover!The interior was lovely and has even we needed for a very enjoyable visit.

Property as advertised-scary on the outside but lovely on the inside. Location was good .

Spring flyfishing weekend

Great location for some of the finest trout fishing water in the world. The house was comfortable, welcoming, with attention to many helpful details, supplies, working WiFi. Quiet location right on the Little Beaverkill. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Cozy getaway

Cozy cabin

We enjoyed our time there. The house was very clean and neat and had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the boardgames and the creek in the back of the house. Also nice to have a bone fire at night and watch stars.

Livingston Manor weekend getaway

Nice house once we got past the outside, front was a little scary. could have used more fans & the living, dining room was rather cramped. Great well stocked kitchen.

Peaceful Stay

The house was well equipped and clean. The property was very nice, lots of space to walk to the creek and I enjoyed the firepit. Quiet street so you can relax and listen to the creek and watch the stars. Theres an AC in the closet upstairs for the bedrooms that I didn't see at first. Overall great stay especially if you are going to Bethel Woods, 30 mins on back roads perfect place to stay for concerts. Thank you to the host .

Top notch, start to finish

It's no wonder that this is a Premier Partner property - lightning quick and smooth communication, first class amenities, and the house was clean throughout. Two thumbs up on this rental. Will certainly hope this place available next time I'm in the area.

Family vacation

Came home for a visit where I grew up. House was clean and fully stocked. We mainly slept there but we did have 1 night with some family over and were able to accommodate 10 people for pizza. Thank you!!
