Wonderful property with great hosts. Check in was easy and hosts communicated prior to our stay, as well as checking in while we were there to answer any questions. House was perfect for our family of two adults and two teens boys. Plenty of room for everyone and the boys loved the game room. Property was well-stocked with all kitchen essentials, towels, toiletries, etc. Located close to everything but also quiet at night. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic house and stay. We came to Groveland to whitewater raft and visit Yosemite. The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean, super cute, and the most comfy mattresses I've slept on in a rental. The owner was super communicative and we could not have experienced a better stay. We are super excited for our next trip here!

We loved our stay here, the house was real nice and had everything you would need. The location was perfect for us with Yosemite not too far away for day trips there.

Yosemite vacation

This was a great home base for visiting Yosemite. We appreciated the hot tub at the end of the day and loved having coffee on the porch with with deer in the morning!

I don't even know where to begin. For family, couples, singles, with kids, pets? This is it. The property itself is mint. The neighborhood is quiet, very clean, very friendly. A lot of good places in the area to go to and relax, have fun... and close to good local grocery stores that has everything.The house itself is very homey. We literally felt like we are home, not renters. Well furnished in every room, well equipped for long or short stays. Kitchen has everything... we love that as my husband and I love to cook home made meals. All the rooms have their own character and style. The garage is pretty much a den for games, drinks with large screen tv... did I mention every room has their own entertainment system as well?The living room is spacious and bright. That's where we spent most of our time. You are at home, but still can see and enjoy nature. All rooms have access to a patio. The hot tub... not secluded, but very much private. Night temperatures were chill, so the tub was a perfect place to relax after a day's adventure.There's a lot to say, can't describe it all. BUT, big thanks and shout out to Ron and Marlo, our hosts. Who were very responsive to all our communications. Great people... you can really feel they truly care with our messages. They touched bases during our check-in. Guiding with all our questions, and almost bittersweet on checkout as it was a very pleasant stay for us. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we're going back for sure.

Beds were very comfortable after spending long days in yosemite. Plenty of space for all 6 adults in our group. We'll equipped with all the basics and plenty of towels. Very nice!

The property owners were accommodating and helpful at every step of the process. The property was just as advertised and offers a lot of fun for a friends stay or family. I highly recommend any property offered by Ronnie & Marlo.

Wonderful experience!

Best rental experience I've had so far - beyond exceptional. Property was clean, well stocked, beautifully appointed, and the owner provided great information about the home and the surrounding area beforehand. Location was perfect - close to Yosemite but away from the crowds, in a great community with restaurants, stores and walking trails nearby. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect!

The house was perfect. It was well maintained, beds were very comfortable and all amenities were thought of. We enjoyed the deer and turkies that visited us as we relaxed on the deck . The location is close to Yosemite. Grocery store just 10 minutes away . Could not have asked for more. Already booking this for next year .

Family Yosemite long weekend

We had the best weekend family rendezvous and this rental was perfect. It is spacious, clean, well equipped with several deck areas for enjoying the nice weather and nature. We had visiting deer, rabbits and wild turkeys during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. We spent 2 days visiting Yosemite from Groveland it was about 1 1/2 hours to the visitor center. Ron the host was really friendly and extremely helpful answering any questions we had. He also checked in to us to make sure everything was

Tidy, Modern home for a very comfortable stay near Yosemite.

The owners made a point to send a note to make sure we got settled in on our first day. They were super responsive when we had a question about the hot-tub. They even had someone come over within a matter of minutes to help us out. Impressive. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the coziness of a warm fire while we waited out the rainstorm.

Lovely home

We had a lovely stay, the home had ample room, comfortable beds and my granddaughter especially enjoyed the little cubby off the master bedroom! Lots of things to do in the game room. Lovely kitchen and seating area. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and enjoying our breakfast and dinner. Very quiet and private.. The host is very responsive if you have any requests or concerns.. We will return!

Family & pet friendly, well appointed home

This is a great place to stay. The location is wonderful and the decks have gorgeous views and comfortable and clean furniture. The owners are very communicative and helpful. The kitchen has everything you’d need and then some. The hot tub is clean and is a wonderful place to view the deer in the morning or the stars in the evening. The beds and linens are very comfortable and there is tons of seating in every room of the house. We walked to a close by hiking trail and the house is a very short drive from the Lake Lodge and main marina beaches. I highly recommend this home for a family or friends getaway, and it’s even better with your pet. Thanks so much Marlo!!

Nice property

Our stay at Egret's Landing was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet. A few deer came to visit and we got some nice pictures of wildlife.The house was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Loved it.

Great spot in the woods

The house is well located to hiking trails and right vibe for relaxation. Ron & Marlo are GREAT to work with and respond to inquires ASAP. Something not always found. Highly recommend have a few friends or family vacation here.
