Vår familj hyr vår vackra lägenhet i byn vid Squaw Valley. Detta 2 sovrum, två badrum på översta våningen är översvämmad av solljus och utsikt över Red Dog. Det välvda taket ger denna unika enhet en rymlig känsla. Dessa lägenheter ligger i hjärtat av Squaw Valley livliga butiker och restauranger. Parkera din bil i vårt underjordiska uppvärmda garage.

Obs: Vi hyr INTE till någon under 25 år och vi kan behöva bevis på ålder.

Det stora sovrummet har en plysch kunglig säng i Kalifornien. Det andra sovrummet är perfekt för vuxna eller barn med en drottning / två våningssängar. Vardagsrummet har en helt ny utdragbar soffa.

Enheten har höghastighetsinternet och en 50 "TV.

2-dagars minimum, långa helger, 3-dagars minimum.

Vår lägenhet är en av de största enheterna med två sovrum du kan hitta i byn. Vi har 1 063 kvadratmeter golvyta med utsikt över Red Dog stollyft och berg. Det finns två badrum inklusive ett stort master badrum.

I hjärtat av Squaw Valley Village kan det finnas ljud av livemusik, snö som plötsar över natten (musik för mina öron!), och enstaka bilalarm.

Beautiful place, so convenient!

The condo is a top floor, corner unit - very quiet. We enjoyed the view from the condo, and high ceiling. The condo was beautifully furnished - like a high end-hotel! The owner was very responsive. The coffee bar just downstairs was amazing. We woke up at 8, enjoyed the luxury of breakfast & coffee and still made it at 9 at the lift! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything.

Gorgeous unit with breathtaking views!

This unit was perfect. We have stayed in several units over the years at the Village at Squaw and this was by far our favorite. The location, size and decor were amazing. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The whole unit had such a great feel. The vaulted ceilings with the panoramic window views were breath taking. The owner Norman was great to work with! You would not be sorry if you chose this unit! It’s more beautiful in person than the pictures! We love the Village at Squaw!!

Adequate

Expected a larger unit for the price, although was adequate. Not a luxury property as advertised. Could use a plumbing upgrade. Also, would have been nice to have had more than one bar of soap in bathroom. Thought we'd be closer to ski lifts than we were.

Spent 3 nights with family and friends. Great space and location for access to village and slopes. Property owner very accessible and responsive to any needs. Highly recommended

In the heart of Squaw!

Great home! Corner unit with tons of light, incredibly clean, and lots of space. Both bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen has all necessities (silverware, pots, glasses, etc) Dinning table to fit 7 and living area with comfortable seating. TV is new and good sized. Host was quick to respond and a great host. Highly recommend to families or small groups. The village allowed for all dinning needs, shopping and skiing. Parking below units in secure lot.

Great ski condo

This condo is in the perfect location at the base of Squaw. It is very nicely furnished and maintained. Easy access to shops, dining and the slopes. I would highly recommend this condo!

Location, Views, Decor - Phenomenal!!!

We spent a weekend away at this beautiful condo and had an incredible time. I would highly recommend renting. Our host Norm took care of every detail in advance providing us with information about the unit, parking and all the fees. Upon arrival, there was a small basket of treats waiting for us. The condo is on the top floor of the Squaw Valley main lodge with incredible views of Red Dog and KT-22. The high vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and well-designed interior made for a 5-star stay. The condo is very spacious and has two bedrooms and was perfect for our family of 5. The second bedroom has bunk beds. We hiked the trails, dined in the downtown, had breakfast and lunches in the condo and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. The kids swam in the pool and the hot-tub and I even got a workout in the downstairs in the gym. We will definitely rent here again.

Do NOT rent this condo! The owner SCAMMED our security deposit!

BEWARE! THE OWNER FALSELY CLAIMED OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT! We rented this condo and after arrival emailed the owner numerous times about a broken toilet seat, broken smoke alarms, broken lights in the dining room so we had to eat with little or no light, broken ice maker, broken telephone... the list goes on. We got no response except when we were leaving to say “thanks for letting us know” only to have the owner claim we had caused all these PRE-EXISTING issues including a broken slat under the master bed (which destroyed my husbands back to the point he couldn’t ski and had to repeatedly see a chiropractor for later [more $$] but which we thought was a bad mattress so we didn’t report). I am 60 years old and have rented homes all over the world and NEVER had any issues. This guy charged our card a HUGE unauthorized security deposit to pay for all HIS deferred maintence, claiming he needed to buy new furniture and repaint the walls (apparently there was a little grease we missed when we cleaned the kitchen wall by the stove and we left our trash bagged and tied in the kitchen and there were too many towels to wash). That’s what his (hefty) cleaning fee was for! I am STILL in a dispute almost 5 months later trying to get the falsely charged security deposit back and we didn’t even complain about the fact that the condo is misrepresented- it is as far away as you can possibly get in the Village from the lifts and right above the bus stop that causes so much noise from before you wake up until late at night, stopping doors opening and closing and idling at all hours RIGHT under the master bedroom window. Instead of Home Away it should be STAY AWAY!!!
