Perfect Location

This location, near Corn Hill Beach, rekindled memories for us, our adult children, and the grands. The house is comfortable for a family group, with a new deck, large grill, and beautiful new kitchen. It was a great week.

A be as tofu retreat in the trees

I love this house! It is warm, has splendid views and is very well equipped. Jolie was very helpful and responsive. I hope to return to this wonderful, serene place.

Beautiful house and location

My family enjoyed our week very much! Jolie was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. The location is an easy bike ride to wonderful bay and ocean beaches.

Woodland Getaway

Spacious, comfortable home with great nature views & close to the beach. We had a few minor issues which were resolved quickly thanks to the owner's super communication. Jolie was a wonderful host. Highly recommend this rental.

Nancy was a wonderful tenant. She planned her trip carefully, communicated well any questions and concerns she had about what the house provided so there weren't any surprises. When the house had problems, as houses tend to do, she didn't hesitate to inform me and work with me to resolve the issues. The house was left in perfect condition and I welcome the Allyn family back at any time.

Wonderful stay close to Corn Hill Beach

This house was perfect for our family of 8. Even more perfect is its proximatey to Corn Hill Beach--one of the most beautiful bay beaches on the Cape. The open layout of the first floor worked well to keep an eye on small children and we enjoyed the deck for coffee in the morning. Mosquitos were busy during our stay so the deck wasn't used much at night. The bedrooms are large, unlike many rental houses and 2 1/2 baths really helped with 8 people. My favorite was the outside shower which is totally private and felt great after a day at the beach. A few more fans would have made our stay perfect.

Deborah was a lovely guest. Communication was excellent from start to finish. She was responsible with the house and left it immaculate. I and glad she enjoyed her week on the Cape and welcome her back at any time. She made a recommendation that we buy more fans for the house and we'll take it seriously.
