Detta 3-stjärniga Kingswood Village-hus är helt ny, en kilometer från sjön. Det är bekvämt beläget i hjärtat av North Shore Lake Tahoe, också en kort mil från Kings Beach, och mindre än 10 minuters bilresa till Northstar.
På sommaren kan du njuta av golf, vandring, cykling och tennis samt de fantastiska sandstränderna i den vackra Lake Tahoe. Eller umgås vid den nyligen ombyggda poolen med bastu på fastigheten. På vintern är världsklass utförsåkning och längdskidåkning, plus snöskoter, några minuter från din hem-hemifrån-lägenhet. Efter en dag på backarna återgå till en varm och mysig öppen spis. Koppla av lite hemma och gå eller ta en snabb cab ride till kasinon på Crystal Bay. Plus det finns gott om affärer, restauranger och barer att utforska i närliggande Tahoe City, Truckee och Incline Village. Eller, om du föredrar att stanna kvar, är ett fullt och välutrustat gourmetkök ditt, komplett med gasbbq på en av de två täckta däcken. Det är alla bekvämligheter i hemmet, perfekt för underhållande och avkopplande.
Wi-Fi är stark och gratis hela tiden.
Entrénivån innehåller två sovrum. Det första, ett rymligt rum med en king size-säng och tillgång till en täckt däck. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Badrummet har dubbla fåfänga och badkar / dusch. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i tvättstugan.
Huvudnivån inkluderar ett mysigt tredje sovrum komplett med queen size-säng. Det finns också ett vardagsrum, matplats och modernt kök. Köket har rostfria vitvaror, bänkskivor i granit och en bar som öppnar upp till vardagsrummet där du kan titta på kabel och strömma filmer på den stora plattskärms-TV. Den stora eldstaden värmer upp utrymmet och har en gasstartare så att det är lätt att göra en eld. En naturgasbbq på den andra täckta däck är precis utanför vardagsrummet tillsammans med uteservering.
På övervåningen har loftet utsikt över det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet och inkluderar en andra plattskärms-TV med DVD-spelare och har en soffa som drar ut till en säng för extra sovande boende.

Another great stay

We booked this property again a couple of months after our original stay. It again, did not disappoint! We were 6 minutes from Northstar Resort, which makes it so easy in the morning to hit the slopes. The proximity to the lake, restaurants and grocery stores etc is approximately a 5 minute drive.We would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly clean and comfortable

I brought my two kids and one of their friends here for a ski weekend and it was wonderful! This condo was super clean, beds were cozy and had everything we needed to cook meals, play games and relax after a day on the slopes. The kids really enjoyed the Wii in the loft area and the wood burning fireplace was perfect. Note - the TART picks up and drops off very close to this complex to it's an easy option if you don't want to drive to Northstar or have teens that want to go home early ;).

Tahoe Snow Trip

Great property in an excellent location in the heart of Kings Beach. 10 minutes from Northstar Resort, and 2-4 minutes from Safeway, restaurants/shops, gas stations and the lake. We were two small families with one child each, so the number of bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (2) worked well for us. There’s a cute lofted space on the top floor with board games and video games, which the kids loved to hang out in.Very clean with comfortable beds, tons of closet space and renovated throughout. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

The apartment is very nice. Clean, well-maintained, nicely designed. The best part about it, though, was how well stocked it is. We have often gotten to vacation rentals and found the cupboards bare, or nearly so, and that's not a fun way to start a vacation. It was the opposite at this house. There was plenty of all the basics we would need -- for cooking (basic spices, oils, etc. plus lots of nice extras), toilet paper, laundry, shampoo -- everything. The only "ding" to the place is the view, which is of some beautiful trees ... and other apartments. That didn't get in our way of enjoying a great week in a beautiful place.

Great place to stay for skiing at NorthStar

Me and my family had a great experience staying at this property. It was exactly as described and very comfortable and more spacious than it seemed in the pictures. The hosts were also very helpful with additional questions. A short drive to NorthStar and Kings Beach.

This is a cozy, comfortable and clean condo. Thoughtfully & kindly equipped with the comforts of home. The property is well maintained and the location is convenient to the beach, grocery store and restaurants are close by also. This is an excellent choice for your Tahoe getaway!!

Cozy and comfortable

Great property and location. Overall, everything was great. Very easy booking and check-in and we really appreciate the extra little amenities stashed around the condo, as it was well stocked with supplies. It was comfortable and clean feeling. I only wished the deck and outside furniture was brushed off a bit from the pollen and dust, but it's understandable given the location amidst the pine trees/forest area. Would definitely love to book and stay again.

Beautiful condo with everything you need

We absolutely loved our stay here! The interior has a “Tahoe-cabin” feel while also being modern & beautifully decorated. The owners have so added so many things to make their guests comfortable, from lots of cozy blankets in the living room to night lights in the bathrooms & automatic lights on the stairs, to everything you could need in the kitchen and tons of games for kids and teens. There were lots of extra towels and “if needed” supplies in the closet. They thought of everything! They were super responsive when I reached out. The location was perfect- just a quick drive to Northstar. We would happily book this place again!

Great Condo for Tahoe Ski Vacation

Excellent place for a family to stay while skiing Palisades (~30 minute drive in the am depending on departure time and traffic). Plenty of room for all, Plus 2nd tv room. Kitchen is very well appointed, and the electric grill was a hit with the grill master. We enjoyed the fireplace as well. Kings beach grocery and restaurants are 2 min away; 10 minute walk to the regional park, which was lovely for walking in the snow.

Townhome w/cozy cabin vibes!

Stayed here with my husband and 2 children (10,11) over New Year's. Directions and instructions to get in were clear. Everything has been redone and was well thought out. We loved putting on a fire every night, cooking in the kitchen, playing games/puzzles at the large table and watching movies on the tv. We were even able to do some laundry before we left! Location is great just down the street from Kings Beach (and Safeway) and 10 min from Northstar. We ended up going to Boreal (about 25 min) and the drive was not bad at all because it is almost a reverse commute (people driving down to Northtar and then back to Truckee). Really appreciated the house heated up quickly! My only notes would be (1) don't do too many water "activities" at once (ie washing dishes, laundry, showers) as the water flow goes way down (2) would have loved more overhead lighting (but I did appreciate the nightlights and stair lights!). Thanks for a great stay and some winter memories!

Perfect location in Tahoe!

David and Alicia are fantastic hosts - very responsive and helpful. Our family loved staying at their property, just up the road from Kings Beach and a great location closeby to Truckee and Incline Village. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and had all the necessities you’d need. We’d highly recommend!

Awesome getaway at Lake Tahoe

This property exceeded our expectations. They provided everything we could possibly need and more. It was decorated nicely and very comfortable. Communication with David was excellent.
