Perfect Location for Tahoe Fun!

This comfy home is in a PERFECT location. It's less than a 5 minute walk through a residential area to the main drag filled with shops, restaurants and a small beach with a park. It was convenient to drive to other beaches in the area as well. The hot tub on the large deck was clean and the perfect way to end a long day. The host was extremely quick to respond to inquiries. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place. The location is very convenient and it is indeed quite walkable to downtown. The foosball table helped keep the kids away from the TV for some of our time there. Nice deck, practical kitchen, comfortable beds.

Spring ski trip

The home was just as advertised. The hot tub and deck were fantastic, and the hot tub was very clean and well maintained. We used it every day after skiing. The location was great, it was a short 5 minute walk to restaurants in town.

Cozy house, good location

We had a very comfortable stay at the house. It had plenty of space for us and a well stocked kitchen. However, the hot tub was not very clean when we checked in. And the kitchen only had 4 chairs and we were a group of 7. It did have a high chair which was helpful. Otherwise the house was great and I would rent it again if the hot tub is clean and there are more chairs.

Great place and right in town

The house had everything you could have imaged and then some. Set up for people traveling especially long distances. Location is perfect to watch to Tahoe City.

House was great with all the supplies needed for cooking. Wi-Fi was a little iffy at times but overall fine. Did not use hot tub or roof deck; but looked as described.

Comfortable cabin in easy walking distance to the lake and downtown

A very comfortable cabin, with a great hot tub that the 2 teenagers loved! A quiet neighborhood in easy walking distance to downtown Tahoe City. A very well stocked kitchen, with lots of cooking equipment and spices. Truly a special place!

Only thing I would wish to change a little would be the temp when we checked in. It was set at 50 degrees, and took pretty long to get to 65 or so before fully comfortable in the house. everything else great!

This home was perfect for what we were looking for, close to Alpine/Palisades and located near grocery stores/restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the central heating kept the house warm. The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of towels. The only thing that would make this place even better would maybe be to update the pots/pans. Some of them were very warn out, and could not be used to cook with. Other than that, we would book again and enjoyed our stay. Thanks Matthew for the booking!

Great location and comfortable home

This home was in the perfect location for a ski trip at Alpine and Palisades, easy drive to the resort and walkable into town. We really enjoyed the rooftop hot tub and lake views after ski days along with the large comfortable seating to relax.

Perfect Winter Wonderland

I take a lot of pride make sure my home feels like a home away from home for my guests. My goal is for you and your family to have a relaxing time and enjoy all that Tahoe has to offer. The location was a key factor when I bought my home, as I want my guests to be able to walk to downtown Tahoe City. There's a TON of trails, hikes, and OHV Dirtbike/ATV/4x4 areas nearby. They all offer amazing views and are maintained very well.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This a great to place to unwind with a glass of wine or cold beer/cocktail. You can literally walk to everything and won't need to get back in to the car until you check out. There are plenty of restaurants with great food and live music nearby. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with full time residents and ideal for family trips.

ROOF DECK HOT TUB!! The house is located on a quiet street with a large deck for family meals. Quiet Hours are 9pm - 9am. Deck use not permitted 9pm - 9am.
