Denna fastighet ligger vid Windsor Palms Resort (FLORIDA'S PREMIER VACATION SPOT) strax utanför Highway 192 (väst) nära World Drive. Beläget i ett gated community med en 24 timmars bemannad säkerhetsport, är detta hem mindre än 5 miles från Disney, 25 minuter från den internationella flygplatsen, 15 minuter till Sea World, 20 minuter till Universal Studios. Mindre än 5 min från den nya Margaritaville (Opening Spring 2019). Mystic Dune Golf Course ligger tvärs över gatan från Windsor Palms Entrance.

Denna nyligen uppdaterade villa har fyra sovrum och 2 badrum. King size-sovrum med eget badrum med utsikt över den privata poolen och bubbelbadet, queen size-sovrum, tvåbäddsrum och våningssäng sovrum (tvilling på toppen med fullt på botten). Tvättstuga precis utanför köket (tvättmaskin och torktumlare). Ät-i-kök samt formella matsal. Vardagsrum med skjutbara ytterdörrar till din egen pool och bubbelbad. Pool och Hot Tub (ingen extra kostnad för uppvärmd) Full storlek poolbord finns i bifogat garage. Propangas Grill och en Charcoal Grill tillhandahålls. (propan och kol ingår inte)

HD-TV i vardagsrummet, 32 tum i King-sovrum. Fri användning av DVD, video, brädspel och läsa böcker. GRATIS WIRELESS INTERNET i huset.
Villaen har egen privat / skärmad / upplyst uppvärmd pool och Hot Tub Spa komplett med utemöbler och ett brett urval av pool-nöjen för alla åldrar. Detta poolområde är söderläge med fördel för hela solen hela dagen. Mycket ledsen men Husdjur är INTE tillåtna, Rökning förbjuden i fastigheten.

Family vacation

Our stay was wonderful besides it raining on us a few days. Didnt let it get us down. The home is beautiful and is within a couple min drive from walmart and all kinds of restaurants, gift shops. Owners and very responsive to any questions or concerns you have. We are a family of 5 and there is plounty of space in the home for everyone to be comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Everything you could wish for!

What can I say? Everything about the villla, location, community and amenities were all excellent as was the communcation with Tim and Kim answering any queries we had before our arrival. Very easy to find and check in was very smooth, even at the time we finally arrived after midnight.Great location, easy to navigate to from the airport and close enough to all the parks and other fun stuff besides.Highly recommended!

Excellent Property p

This property was excellent, a home from home. It was very well equipped and comfortable for a family of five. It is is very close to the Disney parks which took the stress out of travelling. Being a gated community made us feel very safe. Would definitely stay here again and owners were great with their communication.

Superb villa, would easily recommend

Communication with the owners was superb, nothing was too much bother. All details regarding the checkin etc were timely and excellent. The villa itself was in a brilliant location which made getting to Disney really fast. Everything about the villa was super.

Great Stay!

We had such a lovely time at Tom’s house. The communication was stellar, location ideal for park hopping, and a comfortable and well appointed property. We plan to stay again if we go back down to visit Mickey!

Perfect rental

My family stayed here for our Universal and Disney trip. It was absolutely perfect from the pool to the hot tub to the comfort of the beds. Very clean house. Highly recommend and will definitely book again on our next Florida vacation!

Amazing stay!

This was the perfect home to stay in while visiting the Disney parks! The house was well equipped and had everything we could need. The pool and hot tub are a huge perk after long day of walking. When we arrived, the property was spotless!! The owner, Kim, was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this home!!

Lovely home-feel property close to Disney parks

We thought it was a lovely welcoming and well kept property, size was perfect for our family of 4 with teens wanting their own space and it was only a short drive from Disney and supermarket. The house was very well equipped with anything we needed for a comfortable stay and the girls particularly enjoyed the private pool. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to our queries. Given the chance we’d definitely stay here again.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

We couldn’t have picked a more perfect home and location for our Disney/Universal trip! Close and easy drive to all the parks , house had absolutely everything we needed , plenty of room for us all, very clean, and priced very reasonably!! You get so much more for your money than at the jammed packed resorts with the small rooms for more money. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Property Review

The location of the property was excellent, the property itself was well maintained & had everything we needed. Our check in details were very easy to follow. We had no need to contact the owner during our stay, but they contacted us to make sure all was ok. If we come back to Florida we would like to stay here again.

Awesome place to stay near the parks!

Great place to stay and convenient to the parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. The pictures on the listing were so helpful in planning our stay and the property met all expectations. After a long day in the park it was so relaxing to have a private pool to unwind. Tom & Kim are great hosts, they were very quick to respond to our messages, and they provided great explanations of the processes and property. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity comes our way.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our Disney vacation. The hosts were very accommodating. The house is nice, needsjust a few updates that the hosts are aware of. Heated pool in the back is great to have. We also loved the main pool-salt water and heated-and other amenities. The development is very child friendly. Definitely recommend.

This place was wonderful. Great beds. Plenty of extras. Extra linens, extra towels, pool toys, many kitchen supplies including spices, waffle iron, blender. Would def stay again. Loved every minute. Loved the hot tub and pool all to ourselves. Great area.

My parents have rented this home for the past couple of years from John. This past time my husband and I went to join them for a week after hearing such wonderful things about the area. We had made the decision that we wanted to purchase a home that would allow my parents to spend some time out of our long New England winters. After researching multiple resort communities and viewing many homes, the 4 of us decided that the home we were in was what we all wanted. My Mom sent a message to John to ask if he thought of maybe selling. Much to our delight, his answer was Yes. So we are now proud owners of this wonderful vacation home.

John has rented this home for many years and has a list of repeat renters just like my parents. We intend to keep up the wonderful hospitality that John offered. So with that, we would Love for You to Be Our Guests.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The location and the resort community are what makes this vacation home unique. Within a half hour from leaving a major attraction you could be back at your vacation home, in your bathing suit hanging out at your private pool and hot tub, relaxing after a long day at the park. If the kids still have any energy left they can be swimming, or playing games at the house, or up to the club house for many activities (game room, playground, basketball, volley ball, tennis).

If you are a Golfer there are many Golf courses around. Mystic Dune Golf Course is right across the road from Windsor Palms.

If you love the beaches, this location is centrally located to get to the Atlantic side for Daytona Beach or Cocoa Beach (1 hr 20 min) or to the Gulf side for beautiful Clearwater Beach (1 hr 50 min)
