Detta är den fjärde våningen, viken främre, ändenhet i byggnaden närmast viken. Hela enheten ligger på viken, med panoramautsikt över viken från alla rum.

Det finns ett fullt surrounddäck som går 70 meter längs viken. Vi har just renoverat denna enhet med nya skåp i hela och granit bänkskivor. Professionellt inredda med en stor matsal för familj middagar.

Detta är verkligen en vacker enhet, med några av de finaste utsikterna i Destin. Du är bara några steg från hissen och sedan några steg till, och du är på stranden. Utsikten är så trevliga att du kommer att känna att du är på stranden, innan du ens lämnar lägenheten.

Beach Beauty

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here when we celebrated our anniversary. The condo is clean and kitchen is very well stocked. The view of the gulf is amazing from every room. We could not ask for a better unit and can’t wait to come back! Greg is a very nice host and a pleasure to work with.

Mainsail

Great location. Great condo. Master bedroom would not cool off even after leaving the curtains closed all day We bought a box fan and left it there for the next guests. Elevator closest to the unit was out of service all week. Which is not the fault of the owner but just an inconvenience. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Beautiful Condo and View

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Mainsail! The oceanfront balcony and the view of the ocean from inside the condo made this condo one of the best we’ve stayed in! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach location

Views galore! This was our second stay at this property, and both times were amazing. Even if you’re not down on the beach, you still get to experience the ocean from the whole condo, inside and outside. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony and our days at the beach. Having two beach chairs provided with the condo was so convenient. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook and beds were comfy. Greg was very responsive when we needed to contact him. If you’re wanting a condo right in the water, this is your place.

Paradise level views

We often stay at Mainsail and this was our first with a full front balcony unit. The views were amazing from just about anywhere in the unit. Plenty of seating inside and out on the balcony. Nice, clean room. Close to elevator and steps from boardwalk. Plenty of cookware and plates. Good pillows. My only recommendation would be to add more cereal/ice cream bowls, dish towels, bath towels and washcloths. We did have to wash towels daily. In unit washer and dryer makes that easier and I prefer not to need to waah daily. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location within the property was fabulous.

Beachstay

The unit was great. The beach service with the complimentary umbrella & chairs was not great. Did not have a good view of the ocean. The front row was for owners of condos. We were stuck on second row & was not able to get to the water because front row umbrellas touching one another when opened. The renter should be able to get the owner of condos chairs & umbrella. The view was great from unit & balcony.

Great location and easy access to facilities. Well stocked for cooking and plenty of space to stretch out. No adjustment on tennis nets for proper pickleball height but a small thing in the overall scheme!

Perfect Location

We loved our stay! The location of the condo, both in Destin and in the condo complex itself, were amazing. The views are fantastic and we often commented about how this condo is the best in the complex unit due to those very views. Greg’s incredibly fast response to anything we reached out about were wonderful and left us feeling very well taken care of. If we find ourselves back in Destin, this condo will be our first choice!

Comfy and Perfect Location

My wife and I have been staying in the unit below this one for years, but someone beat us to booking this time. We found Greg’s unit and it might be our new favorite. Plenty of pots and pans; comfortable living and bedroom furniture; truly one of the best views you can find.

My sister and I brought our 94 year old mother on vacation! It was an extremely lovely place to stay. The view from every room was outstanding as was the condo itself. This unit was perfect for our family. Close to everything but away from hustle of downtown Destin. Steps to the private beach with chair/umbrella beach service included. Awesome stay, awesome vacation!

Room with a view!

This property is all about the view and location! We enjoyed our week and were thankful for beautiful weather and crystal clear water! Pay attention to flags posted on beach regarding surf conditions. Red flags mean no swimming. Condo has the basics; and as with most properties if you have never rented a condo, you have to provide your own supplies beyond a sample size shampoo, dish detergent, and soap. Agent was easy to work with. Unit is near Winn Dixie, Chick fil a and outlet malls. Took a while to figure out the lights. Will need deep cleaning during "off" season. Chairs/umbrella were included from rental on beach; however front row seats are reserved for owners. Will need to be on beach early, daily, for first come/first serve seating behind owners chairs. Wouldn't be an issue in off season I assume. Overall the unit was everything we needed and would stay again!

Beautiful condo

The condo is just as advertised and very nice! The views are gorgeous and we loved the large balcony. The beds were very comfortable which is very important to me. There were 7 of us so there wasn’t always enough space for us to all sit and watch tv in the living room but not a huge deal. I would suggest adding an ice cream scoop and a pizza cutter to your utensils. We loved this unit and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone! You couldn’t have a better view or location. We were in close proximity to the grocery, outlet mall, restaurants and fast food without having to get stuck in the traffic on 98. My only complaint is the master bedroom gets hot while every other area in the condo is ice cold! We finally figured out the fans operated by remote but otherwise it stays pretty toasty in there so come prepared with an extra fan if you’re like my husband and sleep hot or… if you enjoy the toasty temps- you’ll love it!

Beach/Birthday Memorial Day/week

Such an amazing vacation. The condo was beautiful with unforgettable views and very large balcony. The condo was clean and well decorated and comfortable. You may have no control over the sea weed or the beach... but the water was crystal clear and beach's white sands were the most beautiful I have ever see. I hope to return over and over again. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place in paradise.

Immaculate View

We had a great time and wonderful weather, it was our first time staying in Miramar and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The water was amazing, the views from the balconies, kitchen, and dining room were tranquil. Cosmetically it could use some work but that doesn't take anything away from the feeling that you are in paradise. We will definitely be back and plan on making this a staple for future vacations.

We looked around alot before we bought our unit, and we picked this one because the views were head and shoulders above anything else we had seen. You are looking at the gulf from just about every spot in the unit. We also liked that Mainsail is a gated community, with 24 hour on site security.

We have the best views on the gulf. Umbrella set-up each day and access to 2 swimming pools and hot tub. tennis court and weight room on the premises.
