Great stay!

Met and exceeded our expectations. Clean, beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and a great view of the beach. Reached out to the owner with a question and she called me right back answered my question and checked back to make sure we did not need anything. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Condo

Very nice. Gated community. Never had to wait on an elevator. Carts easily accessible to carry luggage or groceries to your condo. Condo was clean and well stocked. Great view of the beach and pool. Easy beach access. We had a great stay!

Another amazing week at Mainsail Resort!

This is the second year we've stayed at this resort (different condo) and it didn't disappoint. The location is perfect with it right on the beach and only half a mile walk from the grocery store. Right across the street is a huge outlet mall if you want to get in a little shopping. Overall, we absolutely loved it there and highly recommend. While we did go for a writer's retreat and desks would have been very much appreciated in each of the rooms, the table worked in a pinch. Nothing beats waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning!

Great place to stay!

Our stay started off a bit bumpy but the owners were great, fast responding, and friendly, handling the issue with urgency. They were kind enough to refund us our cleaning fee. Our family had a great time, and the location was perfect! The gated property was large but never had to wait for the elevator and the beach/pool never felt crowded. A big balcony with wonderful beach views. The condo was spacious and fully functional for our family of five adults and three children. Appliances and cookware / kitchenware made in-unit meals easy and convenient. We will definitely come back and stay in the future.

Everything was wonderful. And the location and view was the best. We will most definitely stay here whenever we come back. The only negative was not enough supplies like garbage bags and paper towels. But other than that this stay gets thumbs up from me and my family.

Great view

Condo was very nice for the price. Definitely could use some updating as far as appliances (it takes forever to dry a load of laundry, and the stove is very old school, took forever to boil some water) but overall everything was good. Had to communicate with owners about tv and they were very responsive and took care of the issue ASAP. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Conference

This was the perfect place to stay for 5 ladies attending a week long conference. The host informed us of a couple of things before we arrived that were fixed while we were there. The microwave stopped working and the host replaced it quickly. She and her husband were excellent to work with. The beds were very comfortable and the place is cozy. The extra space we had vs two hotel rooms was wonderful. The beach is beautiful, although we only got to enjoy it in the evenings. I would recommend this condo to any family or group looking for a great and welcoming place to stay.

Family vacation 2023.

Perfect beach, perfect beautiful water, the unit was pretty nice. The smoke detectors started beeping within an hour first 12 hours there,. The refrigerator freezer never kept anything frozen. I believe the unit above us was under construction, so there was hammering going on nice and early about 7 o’clock in the morning nonetheless, we had a great time!!

Great Getaway

This was a great condo....clean, modern furnishings, up-to-date accommodations. The security guard was very helpful upon arrival which made finding the unit easy. The condo is outfitted with everything you can need--even some beach toys and some cleaning supplies. How many times have we rented and needed to run to the store to get dish washing soap?? So pleasantly surprised to find some in this unit. Yes, you need to provide the normal things you would expect but just nice to find a pair of scissors even-LOL. The condos are centrally located in Destin and that cannot be beat! Jump over to Winn Dixie for groceries or Silver Sands if it rains. Starbucks close by too if you just don't want to make your own:). We would definitely return and rent from these owners.

Little piece of heaven!

This condo is absolutely breathtaking with a view of the ocean and easy access to everything! Trash access and elevator is right outside the door! The pool is beautiful and the grounds are very well kept and clean . It's very quiet and private. The check in process was simple and there is a Winn-Dixie, shopping outlets, and several other restaurants within walking distance. We went late May so it wasn't too hot yet and it's a private beach so everything was very clean and family friendly. Fyi, for families with young kids, the condo does have hard tile floors, so with small toddlers we had to be careful because the floors were slick making it easy for infants to fall. Definitely need a pack and play or floor mattress for them because the beds are very high for little ones. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the property is very beautiful! We had eight adults with us and there was plenty of room since the living room has two pull out sofas. I can't wait to go back!

Family Beach Vacation

Excellent communication with the owners! As advertised. Very close to the beach! Great views. Tip: on the beach…check in with rental guy daily, as some chairs are reserved but not marked. You will enjoy this condo. Very convenient to everything.

The property we stayed in was very nice. The only problem we had within the condo was the master toilet ran very loudly for about 3 minutes after the flush. The beds and all of the furnishings were very nice. The views were great too! We had a nice time.

Enjoyable Get Away - Great View!

Nice space for 6 of us. Beautiful view of the ocean. The mirrors in the living room made the room feel even larger than it was. Over all, it was the perfect place, and right on the beach from our elevator. Be sure to remember to bring own paper products, like toilet paper, paper towels, saran wrap, baggies and garbage bags as well as spices for cooking. You will enjoy your stay here!
