Villa Andaluza ligger i den exklusiva gated community av Pedregal. Denna vackra villa omfattar över 8000 kvadratmeter inomhus- och utomhusbebyggelse. Villan Àr byggd pÄ en bluff med betydande panoramautsikt över Stilla havet som ligger bara ett mycket kort avstÄnd.

Kök, skafferi, vardagsrum, matsal och underhÄllningsrum ligger pÄ huvudnivÄn och har ett 14 fot högt tak, 70 tums plasma-TV med surroundljud och ett vattenfall inomhus / utomhus.

Fyra av de sex sovrummen Àr byggda för att bemÀstra svitstandarder, med privata marmorbad. Det stora sovrummet har en privat jacuzzi och en eldstad pÄ den tÀckta terrassen. De tvÄ masterrummen har ocksÄ ett Bose Surround Sound Home Theatre System. Hela huset har marmorgolv bÄde inomhus och ute. Our stay was absolutely amazing. Everything was exactly as pictured, if not better! The chefs prepared incredible meals, and the home was spotless with daily cleaning. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with thoughtful snacks, and the team went above and beyond by helping us arrange travel and reservations for the week. Truly a 5-star experience all around!

Beautiful home and a great experience! The views are spectacular and the staff do a really good job of making you feel at home and taking care of all your needs. The chef did an outstanding job in the kitchen and Casandra goes out of her way to attend to every request. The house is spacious and comfortable.

Absolutely amazing

The best place to gather. We felt like it was a mini hotel- lots of privacy with bedrooms. Chef was fab. Cassandra was outstanding. I am dying to go back! It surpassed my expectations!

75th Birthday Celebration in Paradise!

From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Cassandra, Memo, Leo and an amazing spread of quesadillas, homemade salsas and chips, to the moment we left we were treated like family. We were celebrating a milestone birthday with mostly adults but also brought a 2-year old grandchild. Our every need was accommodated. We ate in most nights and enjoyed delicious and fresh meals. Juan and Rufino were also so great. It was the most relaxing 5 days we have had in a long time thanks to the care and excellent service of this team not to mention the spacious and beautiful villa.

The property is beautiful, the views are spectacular. The only thing I did not like was the noise ordinance but we had a rowdy bunch and still managed to have a good time within the rules. Cassandra, Guillermo, the other chef which name escapes me at the moment and Leo were all wonderful and did a great job making sure we did not have to lift a finger. The staff there did a wonderful job taking care of us from start to finish. Lastly the house was incredibly well taken care of and very clean and it stayed that way thanks to the incredibly housekeepers the property employs. Thank you to everyone it was a trip full of memories thanks in no small part to the staff. I hope they all get to read this!

Wonderful House with a Wonderful Staff

We had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the concierge service along with the excellent chefs. Highly recommend using Marti in this house for your next day. They kept it immaculate throughout our stay. Very easy check-in and check out. You’ll enjoy the views.

Fantastic House and Excellent Service

My friends and family booked the house to celebrate a 40th birthday, and the experience exceeded our expectations at every step. Cassandra provided great communication before and during our stay, helping to provide everything we could possibly want. Our meals were delicious, and the hospitality was second to none. Getaway with friends

Great location for all of the great restaurants, bars, and shopping by the marina. Casandra is a rockstar! My amazing big fat Cabo birthday extravaganza

I just had the most fabulous four days at Villa Andaluza! I traveled with five friends coming in from all over the world and honestly the photos don't even do this place justice. From the beautiful, tasteful furnishings and decorations to the delicious food to the excellent recommendations for beach, dinner, etc., everything was perfection. A special shout out to Casandra, Memo, Elizabeth and the whole team -- so efficient and delivering consistently with high quality Bravo!

Perfect for our large group

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property size was perfect for our large group of 11. Two fan favorites of this house were the top floor second hot tub and fire pit and the pool table in the main living area. What sets this home apart is the staff. Our concierge Casandra was very attentive to our every need. We were able to have all meals cooked for us when we were not dining out, and daily cleaning services were wonderful. Two things to be aware of: The community of Pedregal is VERY hilly, so be aware before you book. If you want a fitness facility, you will not find one in the community.

Amazing Views!

Fabulous staff and home. They took care of all ours needs, arranging transportation, shopping, breakfast, lunch and dinner! Casandra, Juan, Memo were great! Incredible views and saw literally hundreds of whales breaching over 5 days.

Fantastic Property and Limitless Views

Our family stayed at the property over Christmas. We all enjoyed the house and the fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean. Cassandra was awesome and very helpful setting up adventures for the family. The chief cooked wonderful meals and was super friendly. Great time and we will be back again!

Great Home

The Villa Andaluza was the perfect home for our group of 10. Cassandra and her team were super responsive to all of our needs which included cooking incredible meals, bartending (Leo was great), grocery requests and even a visit from a doctor on our last night to give a lucky member of our group stiches!
