Interior of house was great. Minor suggestions for interior would be that either more outlets are needed or maybe power strips near the beds as outlets were very limited. Exterior could use some attention as the trees over the driveway are very over grown amd the plants around the front of the house are very very overgrown. There isn't any curb appeal to the property at all. Communication with the property owner was great.

Nice easy stay in Henrietta

House was clean and accurately described. Nice neighborhood and close to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Very responsive host and a clean house with all needed linens, air conditioners for every room, electronics, cookware, and dishware. Family gathering to attend graduation at U of R.

Very pleased with house and location. The town was a pleasant surprise. Location convenient to family living in Fairport. Not bad drive to Niagara Falls.Overall, very nice weekend.

Wonderful home & location!

We stayed at Henrietta House for 8 days and it worked perfectly for us and what we needed “home base” to be. If you need a place to stay for a week+, we highly recommend this home. The owner was attentive and very sweet for checking in on us during our stay. We absolutely love the neighborhood and took advantage of evening walks. Very lovely time overall and will definitely be back!

Loved it! No stress.

Everything we needed was provided. We were able to spend time relaxing and visiting with friends. The house was cozy and close to dozens of places to shop and eat. If you stay here you must go to Wegmans!

A Great Place to Stay

This house continues to be a comfortable place to stay. It’s got a great location, is clean and nicely appointed with everything we needed. There’s a reason we keep coming back and staying in this property; it all boils down to our expectations being met, combined with great communication from property owner. We will be back.

4th of July Weekend

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, quiet house that is close to anything you need in the Rochester area. The neighborhood is excellent for early morning and late evening walks. The beds are very comfortable and the price was right! My family was pleased and we would definitely return!

Quick trip to Rodchester

For us the location was perfect. We attended the Rodchester Red Wings games and the location was 15min from park. We also attended Eclipse events at the park. The house was extremely clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had no problems at all with our stay.

All Good!

We've stayed here before (see our other reviews) and continue to recommend this property. It's clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. Close to ROC and downtown with plenty of shopping nearby as well as the Canal within a short 5-min drive. We'll be back!

Loved it!

The house and property were exactly as depicted online. The house was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, such as kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, laundry soap and iron/ironing board. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was a real home away from home and we loved everything about it!

Very Nice

This property I will have to say was very nice and clean. The area was peaceful and quiet. You were by everything that you would need and plus some. The owners communications were quick and on the spot. I would definitely use this location again when I go to New York.
