Detta vackra och rymliga 3 sovrum / 2 badhus ligger centralt. Det ligger i ett vackert bostadsområde i Lake Havasu, bara 2 miles från sjön.
Detta är din Dessert Oasis där du kan gå och slappna av och komma bort från all livets rörelse. Denna semesterort har helt nya plattor hela, ett privat sovrum med en Kalifornien Kings size säng, ett vackert spa-liknande badrum som ger lugn i sin nyligen ombyggda rock-scape dusch. Det finns också 2 sovrum som har 2 full size queen sängar. Det nyinredda gästbadet har badkar / dusch. Alla rum har takfläktar. Soffan i vardagsrummet har ingen utdrag, men kan sova ytterligare 2 personer. Soffan kan sitta upp till 10 personer. Det finns en helt ny LED Flat Screen 42 "HDTV och BluRay DVD och gratis filmer på Netflix. I vardagsrummet och alla rum har plattskärms-TV. Badrummen är utrustade med handdukar och tvätttvättar. Köket är utrustat med all matlagning, mat och underhållande behov. Större apparater inkluderar ett kylskåp, elspis, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, mixer och kaffebryggare. Köket har också ett inbyggt skafferi, helt nytt matbord och stolar som sitter 6. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare med inträde i 2 bilgaraget som har automatisk garageportöppnare. Det finns en stor inhägnad gård och ett vackert kaklat täckt sittområde med takfläktar som du kan koppla av och titta på solnedgången. Njut av att använda grillen för att laga mat på grillen. På sidan av huset område kan du parkera en RV eller en båt. Vi ser fram emot att boka din avkopplande semester !!

Very comfortable and quiet.

Decorated nicely and very comfortable. Not a peep from the neighbors and close enough to town. The car port and garage are nonassessable as stated in the listing. The kitchen is supplied with everything you would ever need. The master bedroom has high end finish's but the bed is very high in size for a short person.

Awesome Havasu Stay!

Booked this property for a weekend trip with another couple. The place was in a great location, clean, comfy, and had all the amenities one would need for a stay. The owners were very nice and even had a welcome bottle of wine for us! Highly recommend this house. Thank you!

Truly a Desert Oasis!

So happy to walk into a welcoming and clean home away. Everything needed for an extended stay was on hand and the location was perfect for us. Host was helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend property.

Family Trip to Havasu!!

The house is beautiful! Three good size bedrooms. The main bedroom/bath is on the other side of the house which is nice. It looks like everything you need for cooking is there. We were at the lake all day and didn't use the kitchen much but it did have the bottle opener we needed! :-) We had a hiccup, but it was handled perfectly for us. Great communication!! I have already recommended the house to a friend, and we will definitely be back!

Fabulous stay

This property is so incredibly nice, close to the water and the pictures don't do justice to how nice this place is. There is even a lake view when you go to the backyard. It was newly remodeled and I can't believe we got it for the price we paid. You can tell the owners have exceptional taste. The owners responded immediately to all requests. The wine was so nice and unexpected. We will def be back and so appreciate all our accomodations. If you are looking for an upgraded place at the river I strongly suppest you stay here. This is nicer then any place I have stayed at the river. Thanks you for a wonderful vacation in Havasu..

Was really impressed with the boat parking! The house is also very nice and comfortable. Very nice neighborhood. I'd reccomend this house to anyone looking for a nice vacation get away that has all you need. Was able to extend my trip a couple days pretty easily. The project manager and the owners hooked it up!

Lovely Home

House was very clean and organized. Kitchen is well equipt with pots and pans. Room are all very well kept and beds are very comfortable. Backyard has a small comfortable lounge chair for 3 people. We enjoyed the home a lot. Owner communicated with me really fast when I texted her. Thank you for the Welcome Wine bottle.
