Detta vackra och rymliga 3 sovrum / 2 badhus ligger centralt. Det ligger i ett vackert bostadsomrÄde i Lake Havasu, bara 2 miles frÄn sjön.
Detta Àr din Dessert Oasis dÀr du kan gÄ och slappna av och komma bort frÄn all livets rörelse. Denna semesterort har helt nya plattor hela, ett privat sovrum med en Kalifornien Kings size sÀng, ett vackert spa-liknande badrum som ger lugn i sin nyligen ombyggda rock-scape dusch. Det finns ocksÄ 2 sovrum som har 2 full size queen sÀngar. Det nyinredda gÀstbadet har badkar / dusch. Alla rum har takflÀktar. Soffan i vardagsrummet har ingen utdrag, men kan sova ytterligare 2 personer. Soffan kan sitta upp till 10 personer. Det finns en helt ny LED Flat Screen 42 "HDTV och BluRay DVD och gratis filmer pÄ Netflix. I vardagsrummet och alla rum har plattskÀrms-TV. Badrummen Àr utrustade med handdukar och tvÀtttvÀttar. Köket Àr utrustat med all matlagning, mat och underhÄllande behov. Större apparater inkluderar ett kylskÄp, elspis, mikrovÄgsugn, brödrost, mixer och kaffebryggare. Köket har ocksÄ ett inbyggt skafferi, helt nytt matbord och stolar som sitter 6. TvÀttmaskin och torktumlare med intrÀde i 2 bilgaraget som har automatisk garageportöppnare. Det finns en stor inhÀgnad gÄrd och ett vackert kaklat tÀckt sittomrÄde med takflÀktar som du kan koppla av och titta pÄ solnedgÄngen. Njut av att anvÀnda grillen för att laga mat pÄ grillen. PÄ sidan av huset omrÄde kan du parkera en RV eller en bÄt. Vi ser fram emot att boka din avkopplande semester !!

Great Place

Owner made 1st time process easy. She was responsive when we called. Home is very clean. Loved that were were able to detach our boat from truck and not have to haul it around when we’re not in the lake. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Very neat and clean

Stayed over christmas holidays. House seemed as if the owner still lived there. Everything you could need was there and neatly aranged. Would recommend this property.

Very comfortable and quiet.

Decorated nicely and very comfortable. Not a peep from the neighbors and close enough to town. The car port and garage are nonassessable as stated in the listing. The kitchen is supplied with everything you would ever need. The master bedroom has high end finish's but the bed is very high in size for a short person.

Booked this property for a weekend trip with another couple. The place was in a great location, clean, comfy, and had all the amenities one would need for a stay. The owners were very nice and even had a welcome bottle of wine for us! Highly recommend this house. Thank you!

Truly a Desert Oasis!

So happy to walk into a welcoming and clean home away. Everything needed for an extended stay was on hand and the location was perfect for us. Host was helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend property.

Family Trip to Havasu!!

The house is beautiful! Three good size bedrooms. The main bedroom/bath is on the other side of the house which is nice. It looks like everything you need for cooking is there. We were at the lake all day and didn't use the kitchen much but it did have the bottle opener we needed! :-) We had a hiccup, but it was handled perfectly for us. Great communication!! I have already recommended the house to a friend, and we will definitely be back!

Fabulous stay

This property is so incredibly nice, close to the water and the pictures don't do justice to how nice this place is. There is even a lake view when you go to the backyard. It was newly remodeled and I can't believe we got it for the price we paid. You can tell the owners have exceptional taste. The owners responded immediately to all requests. The wine was so nice and unexpected. We will def be back and so appreciate all our accomodations. If you are looking for an upgraded place at the river I strongly suppest you stay here. This is nicer then any place I have stayed at the river. Thanks you for a wonderful vacation in Havasu..
