Nyligen renoverade Cape Style-hem med tre sovrum belägen vid havet av Eastham. Detta mycket trevliga hem är undangömt med tillgång till cykelleden i närheten. Kustbevakningen och Nauset Ljusa stränder på den vackra nationalstranden ligger också i närheten.

Det finns trägolv i hela huset, uppdaterade badrum, nya apparater i köket och en ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Det finns ett sovrum på första våningen med en dubbelsäng och två sovrum på andra våningen - ett med en dubbelsäng och det andra med två enkelsängar.

Var och en av de tre sovrummen och vardagsrummet / köket har luftkonditioneringsenheter.

Det finns ett badrum på första våningen med dusch och ett badrum på andra våningen med badkar / duschkombination. En utomhusdusch finns också tillgänglig för din användning tillsammans med strandutrustning.

Wonderful location/home/vacation

House was better than our expectations. You can feel the pride of ownership when you step into the door. The home is very welcoming and comfortable. The house is well appointed, and the layout provides ample room for guests to spread out. In addition to a comfortable living room, guests have access to a finished basement with TV/game room, and a den with TV.

Fantastic Cape Getaway

We had such a nice week at the house - it truly was perfect for all our needs and day/night activities! Quiet location, close drive to both the ocean and bay beaches, walking trails for us and our dog, short drive both north and south to other parts of the Cape, and close to the local grocery store and other Eastham sights. The house itself was great - plenty of space, the grill/large deck/fenced yard out back was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather days that we were so lucky to have all week. Great water pressure in the outdoor shower which was a treat. Inside the house, the beds were comfortable, everything was updated and clean, and more than enough space to enjoy each other’s company but also some down time. Jeff was super communicative and the house “binder” of local tips was a great resource that we used for food and activity recs, much better than blindly looking online! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Pleasant week

We had a wonderful week. Perfect weather and a lovely house. It was just what we needed in a house. Our dog Phoebe had a great week too. It was great to have her with us. Jeff was very easy to get In touch with and he got right back to us when we had a question or comment. A lovely week down the Cape!

A perfect week away

Great house! Really clean and easy to keep that way too. Good location for visiting various beaches. The fenced in yard was so nice for the dogs. Loved the collection of games so we could stay “unplugged “ even though the house is well equipped with cable and WiFi. A perfect week away

Perfect beach house

This house is spacious, clean, well maintained, and private. It’s in a great location for ocean or bay side beaches, as well as restaurants, and bike trails. We were happy to be able to bring our dog and enjoyed the large fenced in yard. Owners are responsive and friendly. We are looking forward to returning!

True home away from home

This was our yearly week out to Cape Cod, but this time with our new family member, a labradoodle. Check in was a breeze. Co-owner Jeff, was on point from responding quickly to queries prior to our stay and then sending out information as we got closer to our stay. We love the town of Eastham as it is in close proximity to delicious seafood (Mac's is our favorite), National Seashore beaches (get the season pass!), and shopping. The house was so clean when we arrived. I loved the wood floors and the beach house decor. The house is not cluttered which is great for a dog and kids. Our pup LOVED the fenced in backyard. Rooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We made good use of the games and foosball table provided when it was raining. The labels throughout the house were quite helpful and provided gentle reminders. Be aware that the house is in a wooded neighborhood and I think due to the weather conditions this summer, the mosquitoes were out with a vengeance. Make sure you bring insect repellant and hydrocortisone! What suggestions would I have regarding this immaculately kept house? Well, the living room air conditioner was super loud which made watching tv and nighttime quiet conversation difficult. It also did not cool the area very well although the fans did help. I think a powerful window unit would have worked better. However, the window units in the bedrooms were great and I loved the energy saver setting. The other small suggestion which isn't a big deal is switching out the toaster for a toaster oven. Using the oven to heat up my daughter's chicken nuggets used up too much energy and heated up the already warm room. Overall, wonderful house and would DEFINITELY love to return. Very Nice Stay

We had 5 adults and 2 dogs stay for 2 weeks. The house was the perfect size with plenty of room to have separation, living room, den and basement. The backyard was quiet and it was nice to sit in the deck. The beds were comfortable. Close to bay, ocean and bike path. We thought it was perfect, really appreciated that we were able to bring the dogs, and will stay again.

Great Cape Home!

We had a great time! The house is super clean. Exactly as described. We greatly appreciated being able to bring our dogs and the fenced in yard is perfect. Great amenities - including beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Great games in the house including foosball that we all enjoyed! It was a perfect spot with everything we needed and more. Thanks, and we hope to be back next year!

This house is beautiful, the location was perfect on a nice quiet street. Close to the beaches and all of our favorite restaurants. Clean and extremely well maintained house, I will definitely be renting this home again. Thank You.

Lots of space and all the conveniences.

We loved the set up, with one bedroom and bath set aside from the rest the house, with a separate entrance. The other 2 bedrooms were upstairs with their own bath. The house was very clean, looked like new! Except for the basement, which smelled like mildew or perhaps a flea bomb? The one minor drawback was th backyard. It was fenced in and we were hoping to let our dog off leash there, which we definitely could have done. But the yard was all sand, maybe from installing a new septic system? Overall a wonderful place to stay! Would have given it five stars if not for the basement smell and zany backyard.

If you prefer a more action-filled day or vacation, the Cape Cod bike trail is less than 1/2 a mile away. You can use the trail to explore the beauty of Cape Cod or ride to nearby restaurants and attractions.

Despite the house being located in a quiet neighborhood, Route 6 with all of its dining and entertainment options is close by for easy access.

The beautiful Coast Guard and Nauset Light National Seashore beaches are about 2 miles away, so the surf and sand are right around the corner, too.
