Great Stay!

My family really enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! It is in a great location and very close to many restaurants and stores. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the beach is a short walk across the street! We would definitely stay again!

Check in was so easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. We didnt cook there so i really didnt check out the pots and pans. Location was great! Just a heads up, tgere is no elevator and you have to go up 2 floors so pack lightly.

We came for my 70th Birthday My partner and her daughter were in this condo also. It was perfect for our needs. The first night there was a party on the property pretty much all night. Not good for sleep! But the place and the view were beautiful!

Girl's Trip

My high school girlfriends and I try to spend a few days together every year. We typically like to stay near the water, and this place did not disappoint. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The pool and sandbar on the property was lovely. It is also conveniently located near public beach access, shopping, and restaurants. We enjoyed watching the Blue Angels practice from the balcony as well. We will be booking again in the future.

Quaint and Quiet

Beautiful condo off of the bay across the street from the gulf. Greg and Audrey were very helpful throughout our stay. The condo was perfect for what we needed. Close to restaurants and attractions but still tucked away from tourists so it felt private and quiet. Loved being there and will definitely come back.

Perfect every time!!

I think I lost count of how many times we have stayed at Gregg and Audrey's beautiful Condo. They are so welcoming every year and make us feel at home. The condo if fully furnished with everything you need. It is perfectly located on the beach and within the property (covered parking is a huge bonus) and beautifully decorated. We stay a full week (it's never enough time), and my family really just enjoys walking across the street and relaxing on the beach, or fishing off the pier. Much of my time in the morning after I run the jogging path is spent on the balcony drinking coffee and reading...and watching the activities in the bay. We saw dolphins every day!This is always our week we look forward to most in the year, and it never disappoints! We started bringing my kids here when they were young teens. They are now grown and busy, but NEVER want to miss out on this trip! It's Perfect!!!

Great location and clean. Easy place to access establishments in Pensacola Beach with less activity as just a short 1.8 miles down the road. Although nice- esthetically could use updates in main living space.

Pensacola Wedding Stay

We were busy with a family wedding, going to different venues and gatherings. At the end of each day, it qas nice to arrive at a quiet nicely appointed place and enjoy looking out over the water.One of the few challenges we had was with the thermostat and it would be helpful to have some notes on how to adjust it.

First time VRBO users

The condo was very nice. Very clean and organized. Great views from the back to the beach from the front. Gregg and Audrey are really easy to communicate with and are really prompt replying to any and all questions. They had given all the little extras that are appreciated when you are on a vacation. We would definitely rent from them again if we are in the area. Thanks Gregg and Audrey for a really nice time.

After living throughout the country, Audrey and I wanted to escape city life for beach living. We relocated to the Gulf Breeze/Pensacola Beach area 10 years ago and absolutely fell in love with the area! We enjoy traveling, cooking and spending time on the water when we are not hard at work

As soon as we entered the property my first comment was "This is exactly what I am looking for every time we go on vacation"! The great water views, the deck, the proximity to the beach, it reminds me of pure relaxation!
Not to mention, it is exquisitely appointed and no detail is overlooked.
