Vackra 5 bÀddar / 5 badhus i ett gated community. Snabb Ätkomst till flera pooler (april-oktober), inklusive plantagepoolen som nyligen har renoverats med en stÀnkskydd, lat flod, noll tilltrÀde och wi-fi utrustad. 5-10 minuters bilresa till flera strÀnder. TillgÄng till Port Royal Sound pÄ Intracoastal Waterway, inklusive Pine Island med en helt ny strandpromenad och vandringsled lÀngs stranden.

Vid intrÀdet öppnas huset till ett stort vardagsrum och matsal. Vardagsrummet Àr utrustat med en 70 "TV med kabel och Apple TV. Köket inkluderar rostfria vitvaror, helt nya kvartsbÀnkskivor och sittplatser för 12.

Huset har 5 sovrum, alla med eget badrum. Det finns tvÄ sovrum, alla med en king size-sÀng. Det tredje sovrummet har ocksÄ en king size-sÀng och det 4: e sovrummet har en drottning. Det femte sovrummet har en vÄningssÀng med en full sÀng pÄ botten och tvÄbÀddsrum pÄ toppen. Alla sovrum (utom vÄningssÀngen) har en TV i rummet med kabelanslutning och Roku-TV. Ett av sovrummen har en barnsÀng och det finns en pack-n-play tillgÀnglig för anvÀndning.

Huset innehÄller allt du behöver för att ha kul i solen inklusive 10 solstolar, ett paraply, rullkylare och 2 vagnar för att ta allt till stranden. Det finns ocksÄ 3 cyklar för att anvÀnda de mÄnga cykellederna i hela plantagen och ön.

The stay was awesome as usual! This is the 3rd year we stayed at this property. It has everything! The entire family was very sad to leave after the week! The communication with the host is the best!! We will be back next year for sure.

The property was just like the pictures showed. Host was quick to respond, within minutes, for a minor problem ( a missing face cloth) & the problem was taken care of immediately.

We had 9 of us from 70 to 7 mos stay for a week and after 6 hrs the family decided they wanted to come back next yr. Communication was great Had a minor issue and property mgr was there in 10 min to fix. Pool was probably the biggest hit

Nice property! Lots of bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen. Weather was too cool for the pool, but it was a lovely back yard!

Outstanding experience.

Truly a hidden gem. Rich the property manager and Alec the owner were very responsive and accommodating. the house is large and well stocked, and the pool is incredible. we cannot wait to return for the next trip to stay here!

Beautiful Home for the Whole Family

Relaxing vacation with family

This is an exceptional house and location. Although it's an older home, it is very well maintained, and it has modern amenities. The host thought of every detail (i.e., TV remote and local attraction guides) which made our stay relaxing, memorable and stress free. The pool and patio are the icing on the cake:) Definitely recommend this home.

No need to leave!

This property had everything you needed, and even more than you could want. The details, space and amenities at this home exceeded our expectations. Great for a family vacation! The home offered both privacy as well as spacious living areas to congregate. The POOL was amazing! Great time was had by all...five stars for both accomodations as well as service. The owner and property manager were both highly responsive. North end location convenient to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this property!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property.

The property was very clean, everything we needed was available, very comfortable and cozy, location was perfect,. We would definitely stay again if available. We've rented a house for the past 6 years but our first time being please with everything about the property. Also, parking was excellent for our four vehicles. The owner of the property is awesome. He responded quickly to emails and was willing to accommodate in all aspects.

Family Vacay

We loved our stay at the Heron House. The house was well depicted from pictures on VRBO. I chose this house for the number of bedrooms, but primarily for the pool and it being well protected with a fence. We had our young grand children with us and safety with the pool area was a must. The home owner was very responsive and cordial in providing us with anything we needed! Would certainly recommend to to all!

Everything we were hoping for... and more!!

We booked our family vacation to celebrate our Dad's milestone birthday. Heron House exceeded our expectations in every way. Alec was very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. The house is private, spacious, well equipped, extremely comfortable and conveniently located to all area shops and restaurants. And the pool and spa were spectacular! While we enjoyed a few days at the beautiful local beach, most days we unanimously chose to stay at the house to enjoy the pool. It was an ideal family vacation... truly relaxing!! We will definitely return to Hilton Head and we would definitely book this home again!!

Fantastic Spot - amazing pool

House was clean. Very safe and friendly neighborhood. Way more space than it appears in the photos. Plenty big for many guests, but we were very happy as a family of four. The pool was the highight. Amazing pool. Kids loved it. Everything worked the way it was supposed to work. Couldn't have been happier with how it all worked out.

Family Spring Break

Our family of ten which included four grandchildren, thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Heron House. The pool area is the highlight of the house and it includes an excellent supply of lounge chairs and pool toys. The house is furnished very nicely and it included an ample supply of house necessities (paper products and kitchen bags). The beds are very comfortable. There were five bicycles of various sizes that were all used by us and a large number of beach chairs. The wagon was very handy on the days we went to the beach. This was an excellent spring break vacation! Thank you for having us stay in your beautiful home.

Amazing! Best Vacation Ever

This house was fantastic. It is even better in person than the pictures. We had two families with four kids total between 3-8 and it was a wonderful family house. You couldn't beat the pool with pool toys and the toys in the house were a wonderful addition as well. Alec was extremely responsive. The neighborhood was beautiful and we loved scootering and biking through the streets. It was about 6 minutes to the beach and only a mile away from the grocery store (with a starbucks!). I can see why this place has all 5 stars - don't hesitate- book now! We will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation home. We hope to return again.

Amaaaazing home. Exactly as described and pictured, but shines and comes alive in person The bedrooms, each with private full bathroom, were spacious and comfortable. The living area was comfortable for a large group but still feels cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The extra living room “within” the kitchen was a favorite. Every room had a large TV, and access to everything via Roku and AppleTV, with easy instructions for it all. The 5 bikes were in great shape and easy for adult/teens, with 3 of them well sized for older kids. The pool was magnificent - warm, stunning and perfect- a highlight of our trip. The neighborhood in Hilton Head Plantation is a quiet one, dark at night (no street lights), and private. Great for peaceful evenings hearing the wind and birds. There’s plenty of stores, restaurants, etc right on Main St in the community, within 5 minutes. Otherwise, getting to other Hilton Head activities is a quick 10- 20 min drive. The owner was great, with super detailed instructions throughout the house, and almost immediate responses to our rare questions. Thanks!
