Vacker nyare stad hem, The Commons på Seashell. Detta är ett utmärkt ställe att hyra en eller flera enheter för familjeåterförening, reträtt och sammankomst av vänner. Det finns en stor gemensam pool, hängmattor för avkoppling, picknickbord för utomhus cookouts under skuggan av en cabana i mitten av enheterna. Varje enhet har en utomhusdusch för att skölja av sanden från stranden. Det är en promenad eller en rolig golfvagnsresa till stranden. Denna nya enhet är vackert inredda och har 3 sovrum och 2 1/2 badrum (BR1 - Queen, BR2 - 2 enkelsängar, BR3 - Queen) med en drottning bäddsoffa i nedre våningen. Det finns smarta plattskärms-TV i varje sovrum och en 55-tums smart plattskärms-TV nere. Golven är färgad betong ner och furu på övervåningen för enkel rengöring. Väggarna är 10 "tjock betong för att hålla sakerna tysta och mysiga.

Definitely recommend staying at the commons!

We had a great time ..this was our 2nd year in a row to stay there & it was just as fun as the first time.. great restaurants, stores & places to rent a golf cart all near by & the beach is just around the corner..definitely want to go back next summer!

Perfect for Port A!

The property is well appointed and nicely thought out. Great location near beach and downtown shops/restaurants. Property management is attentive, appreciate they will text with you for any needs/questions, many times that’s just easier. Had a great stay in Port A!

Family get away

We had a great stay with family and friends. The location worked perfect for us, as our friends stayed in a house nearby. We also rented a cart from this leasing agent. Top notch and we will definitely be back.

Get away

Overall nice place. Well kept. Only problem is at nith the kitchen gets infested with little reaches for some reason. This place does need to be sprayed with some bug killer.

Middle of the action

This was our first time to not stay on the beach in Port A, but in town. It was a great space. Clean, roomy, and convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It’s definitely in the middle of the Port A action. The complex has a small pool that was usually full of people, so we only used it once. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get around town and to the beach.

Immaculate and comfortable

Husband and I decided to do a last-minute trip with our 3 kids. I’ve been coming to Port Aransas my whole life. This was, hands down, the nicest and cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Ample room, everything was nice and new and clean, all the pots and pans you could ask for. The pool was awesome, chilly but would warm right up with a couple hours of afternoon sun. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book it again. Thanks!

Great Place in Port A

Only issue is the squeaky beds, the cheap box springs squeak as soon as you sit on the bed or move and it was annoying. Otherwise, great, clean comfortable place.

Awesome Stay

We go to Port A every year and have stayed at several places in town. This place made the top 3. From booking..to communication..to cleanliness..to the location..I was very impressed. Would highly recommend this condo and hope we can stay there again soon!!

Charming beach getaway!

We loved the property from the minute we stepped inside! The decor was perfect for the beach. It looked newly renovated. The beds were comfy. It was very spacious. It was a quick golf cart ride to the beach, dining and fun shops! Can’t wait to return!
