Wonderful Gem

We truly enjoyed our stay the location (beautiful neighborhood) was perfect and the home was lovely. Our host was very attentive. Be sure to check out the Swirling Tiger for some great coffees and treats!

Lovely Stay in the Heart of Louisville

We really enjoyed staying at the property; we had everything we needed, privacy, and could walk to many restaurants and shops. We had no issues with parking and the home was very comfortable. We only had a couple of days, but would have enjoyed more time.

Beautiful historical home

This is a beautiful home with high ceilings, and hardwood floors. Very clean, and convenient location. The host was helpful, and checked in to see if we needed anything and make sure we were comfortable. I will definitely stay here again

Teresa the host owner was wonderful! The home is beautifully kept with all you could ever need. Close and easy to get to downtown less than 2 miles. We were comfortable in a home away from home with historical character and comfort! Thank you 😊!

Wonderful neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay in this historic home...perfect location for our sightseeing goals. Spacious, clean and accommodating. Most of our stay was during 90 and 92 degree temps and there were some issues keeping all the rooms cool, but the owner was prompt in responding to our needs and to help us out. Many Thanks to her hospitality!!!

Butchertown Stay

We enjoyed the beauty of this old renovated brick brownstone home. Perfect location for us. Close to downtown and easy access to freeway system to explore the Kentucky hills and the historic Bourbon Trail. Thanks for sharing your home. We loved it!

The home in Butchertown was immaculate, the trees were blooming and the church across the street stunning. Parking was an issue at times due to church services and events at the nearby sports complex, however we parked a block away and with an hour parking freed up. We willl undoubtedly look for this VRBO in the future!

Quaint and clean

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. It is a lovely, quaint home in a pretty centralized area from what we could tell. The house was very clean and the check in process was seamless. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

Butchertown

Beautiful apartment in a very nice neighborhood. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and extremely clean. Teresa was communicative and left nice goodies as treats to eat! I would definitely stay there again!

1411 is the place to stay!

Teresa and her property at 1411 are absolutely the best. The house is a charming shotgun row house whose history shines through. This was our first experience with a VRBO and I would definitely stay there again. Everything was as described. If you're coming into L'ville for the bourbon trail, this property makes a perfect home base. We were in Frankfort, L'ville and Bardstown during our trip and had no issues getting around. Do not overlook this property!

Loved this quaint historical house. Everything we needed was there and loved the smell of it when you came in. It reminded me of a expensive hotel. We will definitely come back.

Louisville Weekend

Really nice restored row house in a great area. Easy walk to many restaurants, breweries, and shops. We're bike riders, and its just a short ride to the Big 4 bridge area and trails (cross over to Indiana for a much nicer trail than the Louisville Loop in that area). The bells from the church across the street each morning were great. The laundry was a little hard to find in the basement, but worked out well anyway. We'd definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing stay. The house is ideally located for all that Louisville has to offer. The home itself was charming, clean and very well stocked. Ample on street parking. Excellent communication with property owner. We will definitely return to this wonderful home.

Perfect stay near everything

I was in town for a short bridge trip between a conference and a family vacation, and stayed in Teresa's home for my own brief getaway. The home is within walking distance of some great bars and restaurants, and just minutes from downtown. It is comfortable, and spacious, and working in the mornings on the porch was the best! Teresa is a fantastic communicator, and I will definitely consider staying here again.

Great stay. Quiet neighborhood.

House is in great condition. Everything works, is well stocked. Our hostess even provided tourist info and a few snacks. Very comfortable and clean. We forgot to pack an alarm clock, but, no problem - the church across the street rang its bell every morning starting at 7 AM.

Lovely home in a great neighborhood

My husband and I went to Louisville for a weekend. We had the best time! Our home was lovely. You could not ask for a better host than Theresa. All the ammenities you could ask for.. and more. The home was beautiful. Butchertown was close to everything we wanted to visit. I highly recommend this location.

Anniversary Vacation
