Thank you for staying with us, Neena! We appreciate you letting us know about the doors--that's getting taken care of. That said, we hope that you had a really lovely time during your stay. Come back and visit us soon!

Welcome to Sandestin, Anita! We're so glad your first experience was pleasurable overall. It's a beautiful resort community with so much to do. We hate that the water had an excess of seaweed--it's just the ecosystem, especially in the summer, but we're glad it didn't put too much of a damper on your beach getaway fun! Speaking of fun, we're delighted you plan to come back for more! We can't wait to see you when you do come back!

Thanks for the kind words, Joe! We are thrilled you enjoyed your time here and are grateful for the opportunity to host you. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Thanks for the great review and feedback! We thank you for choosing to stay with us and look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Thanks for the feedback, Ken, and we apologize if there was a problem accessing the app. Sometimes cell service is spotty in areas here due to the congestion. We hope this did not cause you too much of an issue and we look forward to the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're glad the property met your expectations and that our team quickly resolved the umbrella issue. It’s great to hear you enjoyed your stay, and we look forward to welcoming you back!

We're happy to hear that you were pleased with your stay overall, Armond! We love that you were able to enjoy the pool and the location. It's so nice to be near the beach. We appreciate you letting us know that the balcony door was a little tough to open, but we also very much understand not wanting little ones to be able to go outside unsupervised. Again, we're so glad you had a wonderful getaway with us. Feel free to come back any time for another lovely adventure!

Courtney, we truly hate about the vehicle break-in and that the resort didn't have cameras in the garage. We know that put a damper on things for you, but we do appreciate you telling us that you enjoyed the condo as well as the pool and beach access! Let us know when you want to take another convenient and beautiful beach vacation--we will help you find something with more security to ensure this (very uncommon) issue doesn't happen to you again.

Hi Alexandr, Thank you for leaving us this detailed review. We would like to apologize for any and all stress these inconveniences may have caused. Our check in time is standard and listed in the rental agreement so unfortunately that cannot be changed. We will look into some of the other issues that are within our control.

Thank you for letting us know that you felt well cared for during your stay, Deborah! We love that you found the property to be perfect for your R&R getaway, and we can't wait to see you when you return!

Short walks to the beach lead to long memories. It sounds like you had a great time making memories during your trip, Rachel. We are delighted to know that your condo was clean and that it was exactly as you expected. We hope you plan to come back again soon!
