För utomhusmatlagning finns en gasgrill precis utanför solrummet på däcken. Matplatsen har plats för sex gäster med extra bar sittplatser. Med mysigt sittplatser och en ny platt-tv är familjerummet bekvämt och inbjudande! För mer bostadsutrymme finns det ett extra solrum med utsikt över däckområdet på flera nivåer. Perfect place for our family

It was spacious and clean. Even had a crib for our grandson. Just for future reference because it’s not in the description they only allow one car. We definitely will be renting again

Friends Wedding.

Loved the house. Stayed there with 3 friends for a wedding. Perfect location. Friendly neighbor. Really clean and super comfortable. Everything was truly wonderful. The golf cart is such a bonus! I would have given 5 stars but there was such limited supplies. We were only there 3 nights but we had to buy salt pepper, spices, sugar, oil, and washing detergent. The directions are to leave no food so it all went to waste since we all flew in from other parts of country. But, I would highly recommend staying here we had a blast.

Great golf cart and back patio

We had a great time. The back patio was awesome-saw ducks and turtles in the pond every day. The fridge was nice and big. The only complaints are lack of storage containers and the walls in the primary bathroom need to be addressed-they have mold on them. Everything else was great!

Great unit - would stay again

This was our fifth time staying at Sandestin, and hands down this unit supplied aspects of relaxation that we weren’t expecting but were pleasantly surprised with. Can’t beat the brand new golf cart, the breakfast on the back patio, feeding the ducks and turtles, catch and release fishing, great outside grill, and clean unit. Beds were decent, sofa was a little hard but that was expected since it has a pop out bed. Only negative aspect is the neighbor is a nosey “Karen” that shares the driveway. We read about her in other reviews so we were mentally prepared.

Sandestin vacation

Deck is great. Neighborhood is lovely and great for walking. There were three of us and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Beds were comfortable. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. We did not use the golf cart so can’t comment on it. It was our most relaxing vacation and we will return .

At the end of our stay it would stop intermittently. We called Beach Blue & they were at our house within a half hour. Hopefully they got it fixed. Sitting on the decks in the winter was great.

Pleasant (not perfect) stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we made the most of our trip and enjoyed it, I would not stay at this unit again. Without going in to brutal detail, it was very dirty and there were some safety concerns, which I’ve sent to the property manager and hope will get fixed. The golf cart broke down on us on the second day (disappointing but we knew it wasn’t guaranteed), but we were not disappointed in the helpful community! We had three others helping and offering help. Sandestin is a great place, where everyone is pleasant and kind. I’d love to stay there again, but will rent directly through the resort to get those added guarantees.

Bachelorette Weekend

The area where the Fairways is beautiful and the house is in a good location but the decor, the furniture and the plumbing was less to be desired. The front bedroom with the two twin beds are about two feet from the floor and one of the bed frames is either broken or undone. The carpet has stains and should be replaced and the toilet did not want to flush properly. The master bedroom bed frame was also either broken or undone. It may need to be replaced. The tub/shower in the master bathroom did not drain properly (real slow). We also noticed the tile floor had not been cleaned. A short time after we arrived we took our shoes off and walked around the house and within a few minutes the bottom of our feet were black from the dirtiness of the floor. At that point we wore flip flops while in the house. For the price we paid to stay at this property we could have stay in one nicer. Definitely will read the reviews more carefully and pay closer attention to the decor.

Quiet resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time there, weather happen to be warmer than expected so we used the decks a lot. Speaking of decks one of the steps has sagged and cause a tripping problem. My sister fell down the steps and pulled her arm out of her socket. Wanted you to know so you could fix it. Another problem was the silverware, their was only 3 teaspoons which did not work for us as there was 4 of us. We would have like to have more than 1 dish rag and 1 dish towel. Would have like a throw blanket as the nights do get cold. Next problem was the golf cart it steering wheel was more than I would say has some play in it. Could be dangerous if speed limit was not 12 miles an hour. Also wanted to tell you the sprinklers only work on one side and they are aimed at you back windows. Windows do not dry out, it will rot your wood. The manager was great, we had trouble with air conditioning and they came over quick and got some one to fix it. Neighborhood was great and lots of friendly people at the resort.

House Had Many Issues

When we arrived at the property the temperature in the house was 78°. The thermostat was set for 72 however it would not get any cooler than 78. The house was definitely warm. We had to call the property management company and somebody had to come out and fix the AC unit. They did not show up till 10:30 PM. Why this was not addressed before we got there I don’t know, it was obviously broken before we got there. On our first day we wanted to see the resort so we took a ride in the golf cart. It was going very slow, a lot slower than the other ones we seen driving around. We only made it to the beach and the wharf and barely made it back to the house doing only 12 miles an hour because the batteries were almost dead. We had to call the property managers once again regarding the golf cart and they came out but nothing could be done. We were not really able to use the golf cart because we were afraid that it would not make it back to the house and leave us stranded. My husband looked at the batteries and they were corroded. The house was clean but not extremely clean. It was run down and definitely needs some work. The bathroom downstairs door locks from the outside which is really bizarre, if a child were to accidentally lock the door and shut it, they would be stuck in the bathroom. The shower door in the master bath only opens one way which is inwards and blocks the shower valve, so it makes it hard to turn the shower on without being directly underneath it and getting wet There were holes that were patched and never painted. It is a great location and a beautiful area . Also one night when we went to leave and the front door would not lock so once again we had to call the property managers to come out and fix that. I would say overall we had a bad experience and many issues with this rental property. In reading other reviews it seems others had the same issues. I definitely feel this house is not worth what they are charging. Rent with caution.
