This is an absolutely beautiful home with gorgeous landscaping. All the amenities you would need for a stay. Our group enjoyed it. Even in the hot summer heat, we found it comfortable. Fans are provided that helped. Very well maintained home. Lots of areas to sit and enjoy the scenery and it is is located close to downtown, walking distance. Excellent property, would stay again.

Perfect for large group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A party of eight of us were wine tasting for the weekend and the house worked out perfectly. The house has many spaces to relax and is fun quirky. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing.

Big Beautiful Home!

Beautiful home, lots of space close to everything you may want to do in Paso Robles. The property management team was great to work with, they made the whole trip easy on my team. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay!

Great place to stay when visiting the area. The location is perfect and an easy walk to downtown. The kitchen is well stocked and able to host all of us to eat comfortably.

Great stay!

After the first propety I had selected became flooded due to rain, the Paso vacation rentals team quickly got us set up in this property. Entry was easy, check out was quick, and the property itself was lovely. We would return.

Great property with well equipped kitchen

It was perfect for 5 adult women traveling together. We had a great BBQ during our stay and cooking was a cinch in this kitchen. There was also a good assortment of spices and seasonings in the pantry. Lots of great outdoor spaces as well.

Comfortable home

The house was amazing! By far the easiest, most clean best amenities and best communication ever. If you come to Paso you so t go wrong staying here. We were a party of 5 but easily could sleep 10. Thank you and we look forward to staying g here again!!!

Cute cottage for a bachelorette weekend

I gave 4 stars for the check-in process only because the code didn’t work right away, but we called and they were able to change it on the spot. Other than that the stay was exactly what we wanted. Enough beds for 9 ladies and the perfect amount of lounge space. Only 15 min from wineries and a couple minutes from downtown. Prime location. Would def stay here again!

Wine Trip

Property was very comfortable; great living and dining rooms. The 3 bedrooms in the lower level can hear people walking on the main floor (kitchen, bedrooms, living room) as only drawback. Nice walk to downtown. Grill worked very well. Direct TV was a plus for watching college football!

Cute paso cottage

This house was perfect for a group of 9 of us. The property and amenities were perfect after a day of wine tasting. The neighborhood wasn’t quite what we expected but it was quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Great place in Paso

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was central to getting to the wineries we were there to see. House has AC on main floor but not basement. Fans were there to make it comfortable. Enjoyed eating area outside in evening, but there was definitely road noise below the house.

DO NOT RENT IN SUMMER

Even with air running upstairs was over 80 degrees and downstairs over 90. Three of the 5 bedrooms are downstairs. Management stopped responding when we asked to move. Checking reviews shows this has been a known problem for years. Half of the people left early and others had to sleep on couches upstairs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Property is in need of some routine maintenance and could use a deep clean and some paint.

Great house, amenities, and location!

We've stayed in many houses for vacations, and this was one of my favorites. The house itself had many rooms, beds, and bathrooms for us. The kitchen had lots of helpful supplies beyond eating and cook ware. Dining room has gorgeous view. Outside garden is beautiful, and our kids enjoyed playing outside. Ping pong table and hot tubs were great bonuses. Grill worked great. Although we didn't, this location is walkable to downtown. We had adults, teens, and younger kids. Everyone enjoyed!

Cal Poly Graduation Weekend

In general this house was a good experience for our group. The accessibility to hwy 101 and downtown Paso Robles is great. The house itself, while the right amount of beds and bathrooms is needing some refreshing. The carpets are stained, some of the patio furniture is tired and not clean as well as dead plants in pots. We hosted a few people for dinner one night and I was a little bit embarrassed. By the way, there’s a bit of an ant problem, by no fault of anyone.
