Denna bostad erbjuder dig allt du behöver för ett perfekt par getaway. Bel��get nära Bonita Beachs enda strandrestaurang och vattensportuthyrning (jetskidor, paddlebrädor, etc), ligger Copacabana-gästerna bara en kort promenad från lokala nattliv, restauranger och strandaktiviteter. Med nya ägare år 2018 har hemmet blivit möblerat med alla nya m��bler, s��ngkläder, sängkläder och tv. Det moderna öppna konceptet har ett välutrustat nytt kök med sub-zero och wolf appliances, matplats för 8 och stort vardagsrum med en ny 75 "HD Smart TV. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och eget badrum. En andra king size-sovrum och våningssäng för 4 delar ett badrum med hall tillgång. Det finns ytterligare ett halvt bad ligger utanför den täckta nedre uteplatsen för enkel åtkomst från stranden. Med en eldgrop, grill, massor av solstolar och solstolar, middag under tiki paraplyet, och promenader längs stranden, var beredd att spendera mycket tid i din backyard på stranden !. Du kommer snabbt inse varför många gäster bokar sin returresa till Copacabana innan de ens lämnar.

Beach Getaway

We absolutley enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and just as beautiful as the pictures. The communication and check in process was very easy too. We couldn't have picked a more perfect location. We would stay again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The property is wonderful. The view of the beach and ocean when you first enter and climb the stairs is breath taking. The house was well decorated and very comfortable. We planted ourselves in the rocking recliners facing the beach every night and watched the sunset. The location is perfect for access to the beach and several restaurants. All areas of the home were immaculate. We have already booked next year's stay!

Superb location, average house

The location right on the beach is superb. The house itself is average, a little worn out, and only surface clean. Considering the extremely high rental rate, I expected some welcoming amenities but was disappointed that the house lacked even one box of tissues, lotion, shampoo, body wash, kitchen wrap/containers/napkins, a welcome basket of coffee or wine - something that showed some thought and hospitality. Come prepared to have nothing supplied. The beach was great.

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this little paradise. This is a wonderful house with beautiful views. It is clean and lovely. Especially Jayme and Arlan were super nice and responsive. The owners have very good taste. Thank you to the owners for sharing their house with us 😊❤️

A Slice of Heaven!

This is the second year we have stayed at the Copacabana, and absolutely love it! Being on the beach is my happy place, and it doesn't get better than this. The view is spectacular, this house is cozy and clean, and the area is in an ideal location - close to Fort Meyers and Naples. Working with Collier Vacation Rentals has been great too. I receive quick responses to my emails, was able to check in early, and everything went smoothly. We wanted to support the local economy after the hurricane so visited places that have been rebuilt. It will take time for them to rebuild but its good to see the progress being made. Bonita Beach is lovely and one of my favorite places. We loved this house and the area so much we booked again next year - can't wait to return to paradise!

Beautiful

This home is wonderful. It is just as pictured. Everyone was excellent to work with and communication was excellent. Loved the walk to Docs each evening. Loved the option of watching the sunset from inside and have the same feeling as being on the beach. We had an amazing week.

Great Beach Home and Location

Loved staying at this home. The location was perfect and the home is beautiful and clean. Just the right size for us and we loved walking to Doc's on the Beach! We will be back!

Best Christmas Vacation Yet!

Collier Global staff was very responsive. High end gourmet kitchen! Awesome mattresses! We slept liked babies. Livingroom furniture was practical, plush and comfortable. Beach view and sunsets to remember, from main level wall to wall sliders. The floors withstand kids , pets and sand. Our grandkids loved the bunkroom with their own tv. Two minute walk to Doc's for pina coladas. Checkin and checkout were very easy. We hated to leave.

Peace @ the beach!

We loved our week of peace @ the beach! location was fantastic & easy to get to. Beach was very private and low key! Property manager was extremely responsive! The house is exactly as described with top knotch everything ! Our only complaint is the beds - new mattresses are desperately needed in both the master and the second bedroom. They are extremely uncomfortable with large divets when others have laid- not a good nights sleep. Other than that i cant complain - we loved every second! Note - there is construction going on nextdoor - but they were only there 1 day of our 7 day stay so didn't bother us! We definitely would rent again!

Gorgeous Views!

We had an awesome week stay here! The view was incredible and the house was very clean. That being said, there were a few thing we didn’t love so much about this property. I decided to put together a pros & cons list for anyone considering booking this property for their vacation. Pros: - The view - it was beautiful! - The sunsets were amazing! - Location (30 second walk to Doc’s) - The house itself was really nice and had a great layout - The furniture seemed new and was super comfortable - High end appliances (Sub Zero fridge, Wolf range) - Tons of beach supplies (chairs, towels, paddle boards, floats, etc.) - Property manager was very responsive - Little touches (makeup mirrors in bathrooms, power strips with USB in bedrooms, etc) Cons: - Construction next door (not their fault, but was still loud) - Basic supplies were lacking (only 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, no garbage bags or laundry supplies) - The house is worn and could use some love - baseboards were peeling, could use a fresh coat of paint, grout in the shower was a bit moldy, etc., and the main bathroom toilet seat had chips in it. - Kitchen and bathroom throw rugs were dirty - should be at least washed but ultimately replaced - Bath and beach towels were worn Ultimately, you can’t beat being right on the beach - we think the pros outweigh the cons and we booked again for next year!

Great Location

We had an awesome week stay. House was exactly as seen in pictures. Very clean. Lounge chairs, water toys, grill, bathroom on downstairs patio was great. Garage parking was nice. Location is close to grocery store, restaurants, nice area. Loved the view and walking right out to beach. Also, Doc's Beach house restaurant is within walking distance on beach. Would definitely stay at Copacabana again.

We gather each year for week at a different property. Fabulous beach situation. Building a home next door which can wreck the backyard environment. Kitchen is not stocked for cooking, but Wolf range is amazing . Was worth the fee . Thanks.

Gorgeous views!

I just want to start off by saying the views of the beach, from the home, cannot be beat! They were absolutely gorgeous. The beach is beautiful with its clear/calm water. We saw a dolphin in the water, and turtle & rabbit walking across the sand. The house was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The house was clean, but we did see a few very small cockroaches in the bathrooms. We called the property manager and they sent out an exterminator the very next day. That was appreciated. We ate every meal at the house and used all of the nice updated appliances, as well as, the BBQ grill. The only problem we had with kitchen was the lack of pots and pans. There were only 2 and they were all scratched up and burnt. Also, the garbage disposal most likely needs to be replaced because there was a bit of a funky smell that came up from it. Our last suggestion is for the bath towels to be replaced with new ones because the ones supplied looked dingy. Overall, we had a wonderful time and had the most relaxing vacation. We would definitely recommend this home to others!

Great Off Season GetAWay

The view is just amazing! Wish we could of stayed longer! Great location, and just perfect for a small family with a small pet. Between the view and the great layout, we really did enjoy our stay! Arlan was very attentive and responded with resolutions to best of his abilities. Even brought us a new vaccuum cleaner. We did go all week with NO WiFi so that was a minor inconvenience- hopfully that would be resolved for the next stay. Negative Note: There was a strong unpleasant rancid smell emanating from between the stove and sink area of the kitchen which never dissipated. Very off-putting. Hopefully they can figure out the issue. That was a constant presence during our stay. The beds are extremely comfortable the house is perfectly outfitted and nicely appointed. Note to the Owners: The place itself is definately showing its use. Cracked tile in the foyer. Missing door handle to the laundry room. The bed pillows need replaced, the couch is showing its age -not in the best condition. There could be some sprucing up. i.e. fresh paint through out and replacement of the pots and pans- very poor condition. Some other household items could be replaced as well i.e. the iron and there was no ironing board. Some if the beach chairs were broke and need replaced. Wish there was a deck off the upper level to really take in the beach experience. Overall the space is perfect to relax and unwind!🏖
