Närmare stranden och du flyter i den! Alla bekvämligheter inkluderade - detta lyxiga strandhus har allt du kan tänka dig. Vi är på gångavstånd från allt och vi är direkt på stranden. Din egen privata cabana-område med solstolar, privat badtunna, grill, fullt kök med alla fästen, allt du behöver, så packa lätt! Vi har alla baby bekvämligheter tillgängliga! Ring bara och låt oss veta vad du behöver och det väntar på dig när du anländer. En vistelse och detta kommer att vara ditt hem hemifrån! Vi har så många saker att göra här att vi inte kan namnge dem alla. Fiske, snorkling, dykning, skalning, strandbarer och klubbar, golf ... säger du det, vi är nära det! Vi är på gångavstånd från nästan allt, ligger direkt på stranden och ligger bara 12 hus norr om Doc's Beach House (restaurang, vattensporter, vattenskoter, etc. ...)

Great place for a family gathering

We stayed with our family and loved the location right on the beach and close to great restaurants and things to do. A manatee swam right by us along the beach! The house is a perfect beach home with lots to do including the hot tub, beach loungers, umbrellas, kayaks and paddle boards. Cindi is an amazing host and clearly has put a lot of work and love into this home.

Wonderful Experience

Loved this location and property. So nice to truly walk right outside and be at the beach. Property had plenty of chairs and beach toys. Very pleased! My family and I gather each November to celebrate my mom’s birthday and the host, Cindy went above and beyond. She accommodated every need and even left a plant and a balloon for a surprise! Amazing personal touches in the property. Would stay again!

The house is situated on an easy beautiful stretch of beach, it has everything anyone needs. She was super accommodating of us and our kids. Recommend staying here!

Very relaxing & beautiful scenery

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and plenty of seating in the living space. It was fun to go out on the paddle boards first thing in the morning when the gulf was calm. It was a relaxing vacation with plenty of things to do in the area.

Fantastic on the beach location!

Cindy was an amazing host, checked on us during the stay. Lots of amenities including paddle boards, boogie boards, kayaks etc on property, included in rental. Hot tub on the patio overlooking the beach. Had a great time with our kids!

Weekend Getaway

The property and host were both wonderful. The house was exactly as the pictures showed. We were a bit disappointed the jacuzzi was no longer on the property but it was a lovely trip and we would definitely stay here again!

Beach house literally on the beach!!!

This was a really fun stay, the location of the Beachhouse couldn’t be any better, as soon as you step out of the door of the beach house you’re on the beach and on the sand. Check in and check out was very easy. We love the big windows with an amazing view of the beach.

Perfect family beach house

It was great to be able to pack light with 6 people, but still have everything we needed to enjoy the beach because the property had it all. Location is the best and makes the vacation so easy as everyone can do what they want. Cynthia checked in multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed.

Great location on a beautiful beach!

Cyndi was a great host! She was always available and proactively communicated about the property. The house was very clean and we enjoyed a beautiful week on the beach! There were lots of great amenities for enjoying the beach - including chairs, towels, umbrellas, sand toys, floats, surf boards and kayaks. There was also a lot of great shade under the patio.

Beautiful ocean view

This propery has the most amazing views. You'll literally walk right onto the beach. The interior has recently been renovated due to the Hurricane of 2022, so all beds and linens are new. It has a very colorful motive and the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. It's in a very quiet area.

Paradise on earth

First of all Cynthia the owner is fantastic The House is on the beach , with a jacuzzi . When u rent the first floor you Will have some shade It Is Marvellous to eat on the sand and see the sunset every evening 100 mèters away there is a beach restaurant

Great beach escape

We traveled as a family with our two young children and it was so nice to have a place literally on the beach. No waiting for elevators or lugging beach toys. This property has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Lovely neighborhood, nice amenities, looking forward to visiting again!

The house was great. The location was spectacular! Walk outside and toes are in the sand. Cindy was sweet and hospitable. She really made us feel at home. Beautiful sunsets every night over the water.

Beautiful place, literally right on sand in paradise! There is literally unlimited beach supplies as well (paddle boards, kayaks, chairs, umbrellas etc). We had kids w us and Cyndy (owner) was amazing in every aspect, provided everything we needed and more! She was awesome. We will be back for sure!

"Living the dream!"

This was what my mom said just about everyday when we visited this darling VRBO right on the beach in Bonita Springs. We rented the bottom floor of this beachfront home which was perfect for the two of us. The decor is classic Florida with bright welcoming colors. The kitchen was recently updated. The space was just perfect. Cindy, our host, could not have been more accommodating and we are already planning our next trip. Cindy thought of everything and made our stay so special! Thank you Cindy for sharing this beautiful home with us!
