Röstade som ett tropiskt paradis, känns som att du ligger i ett trädhus.
Vakna till havsfåglarna i träden på det största och mest tropiska partiet i Anna Maria, bara några minuter till den vackraste stranden på Anna Maria
 "Bean Point". Gå mil från bucksidan till golfstränderna och restaurangerna.
Bara några minuters promenad till Anna Maria Pier och Rod & Reel Pier serverar färsk fisk, cocktails och fiske med all utrustning och bete som tillhandahålls.
Bara några steg till historiska Pine Ave. för pittoreska butiker, restauranger, cykel, kajak och hyra små motorfordon.

Alla tillhandahållna strandredskap. Små husdjur har en inhägnad gård att utforska.
Flygplatsupphämtning, städning och tvätttjänster tillhandahålls mot extra kostnad om så önskas. Meddela i förväg om du är intresserad av dessa extra tjänster.
Den separata svärmor är i bottenvåningen och har en tvättmaskin / torktumlare för gäster som bor 3 dagar eller längre, vänligen be i förväg så att hushållning kan lämna instruktioner. Jag planerar alltid mina "arbetsbesök" för att stanna i huvudhuset men mycket sällan måste jag stanna i min separata lägenhet före eller efter en avgång och checka in och ett par dagar kan överlappa varandra, igen, det är mycket sällsynt men ibland kan vara oundvikliga.
Jag kommer alltid att meddela gästerna i förväg om detta skulle hända.

Boho chic

Great location to be right around the corner from Pine Ave, easy access to all the shops and restaurants. We rented a golf cart that made it convenient to go everywhere on the Island. The place was somewhat dated with older furnishings, the rugs should all be replaced along with the sofa bed and chair. But the price was good for a short getaway. This was on the upper level which I did not see indicated on the listing and it made it a little difficult for my older mother but we all had a fabulous time. Great space for a family & we loved the outside porch for our morning coffee. Just know that it is very boho chic and could use some refreshing.

We enjoyed our stay in the house. The house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Its location was excellent with walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. There was ample parking. The owner's communication was excellent.

An Idyllic Getaway

The property itself is a lush, relaxing place perfect for spending time on the island. It is within easy walking distance of anything and everything you would want to come to Anna Maria for. I couldn’t imagine having a better experience!

Wonderful---

We absolutely loved staying here. The location is perfect. It was quiet, yet close to a lot of activity. The house was very clean and had all the amenities that we could need. Kim did a great job communicating and suggesting activities. We can't say enough about the open porch overlooking the yard. Sitting out there with a morning coffee or evening drink became our go to activity. If you are looking for a natural Florida oasis, this is it.

Great Stay

The house felt tucked away and private. The banyon tree is beautiful. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and beaches. Was just what we were looking for.

Perfect Birthday/Holiday Getaway

My family (6 adults) stayed here for 5 nights over the Christmas holiday. The spacious kitchen & large island that overlooks the living room was so perfect for gatherings. The porch was lovely for unwinding, grilling, reading, drinking coffee or tea, or listening to the island birds sing their beautiful songs. Beds were comfy, rooms spacious, strong water pressure with enough hot water for 6 of us. Great location for shopping or eating on Pine Street, early morning joe on the City Pier, or walking across the island to the Gulf. Our dogs absolutely LOVED the large, fenced yard. We had SO MUCH FUN at this perfect beach house which we affectionately called “ours”. It was love at first site the moment we walked in the door. I could easily live out the remainder of my years in this beautiful, happy place. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Quiet, Relaxing, Private Cottage on AMI

A midweek respite under large banyon trees. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed with all needed items. We utilized the beach chairs to watch a beautiful sunset on Bean Beach a brief walk away. Our sleep was restful and refreshing. Delicious homemade donuts and coffee just down the block. Check out Hurricane Jacks for dinner. The cottage is central to both the Gulf and Tampa Bay. We rented a golf cart for island travel - very convenient.

Weekend family gathering

Lovely house - upper floor surrounded by trees and greenery. Very private and quiet area - great location for restaurants, shops and the beach. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. We rented a golf cart which was delivered to the house - great for traveling around the island. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is a beautiful home

We had a great stay. The house looked even better in person than online! It was so close to everything. Golf carts were a little pricy, but the closest one to Crescent Drive does off military/police discounts. We loved that we could walk to the beach. There is a canal that we got to see a manatee swimming in. There are two close piers within driving distance, and the golf carts come in handy for those short drives and parking. We would definitely recommend this house.

Very private!

We wanted a quiet place to just relax and this house did not disappoint us! Our little dog loved the fenced yard! We originally were going with friends who canceled on us but there would have been plenty of room. The rooms were spacious with everything we needed for the weekend. Thank you Kim!

Great house and great location

Loved the house, communication with the host was excellent very fast to reply. The house was very comfortable even though i don't think can sleep 8. I would say 6 2 king beds and the sofa sleeper. But we are very happy with our stay. Would definitely come back.

Banyan tree house

Quaint cottage style tree house feel in a peaceful neighborhood. Great location, and vibe for not being on the water. Because it is 2nd floor, just be prepared for stairs bringing in, and removing your stay items. Renting a golf cart for getting around the island added to the stay.

Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops on Pine Ave, Anna Maria Pier and beach

Property is very private and cozy. However it needs maintenance, main AC system cannot maintain a comfortable environment. Therefore owner provided spot cooling units throughout including bedrooms which were very loud and uncomfortable to sleep. All the units could not be used at the same time, power overload would trip circuit breaker. Also we had to empty out the containers that catch the water from the spot coolers. The Banyan tree advertised is beautiful but the overall landscaping was not. Trees, shrubbery, plants and lawn were overgrown and not well manicured. Would have like to have use of a washer and dryer which was not accessable. Dissapointed.

2 Night Weekend Trip

Had a great time here on a Friday/Saturday night trip. The place is in a great location, very short walk to the Beach. We were able to make use of the cart and beach gear too! Beautiful shaded yard and nice deck for relaxing outside. Only minor downside was mosquitos were very bad, there was some standing water around the property with mosquito larvae in it.
