Varje morgon med båda våra villor kan du njuta av en kort promenad till att äta underbart färska bakade bakverk, bröd och rostad kaffe i den lokala antikvitetsbutiken och bageriet precis vid Magnolia och Gulf Drive. Promenera ner Pine Ave. och steg tillbaka i tiden med pittoreska butiksfronter och kaféer och verandor med alla gungstolar. Upplev några av de bästa kust shoppar runt. Längs Pine Ave., Spring Ave eller Magnolia har du snabb tillgång till västra sidan av ön med 7 mil från en vit sandstrand eller öster, bara en kort promenad till viken på ön och spendera tid på historisk stadsbrygga medan du fiskar eller tittar på Sunshine Skyway-bron. När du är på Pine kan du också uppleva det pittoreska centrumet för glass, restauranger, teater och shopping.

För utomhussportentusiaster finns det fiske, båt kajakpaddling, parasailing, ekoturer, cykling, segway-uthyrning, surfing, jetski, NEV- och golfvagnshyra, golf, och mycket mer.

Just as it's pictured!

The house was just as it was pictured & very clean! So close to everything in town & the beach. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, but not bad. This was our first trip to AMI, so we did not know much about the area or beach access. We quickly learned that we liked the beach access on Elm better than the one on Pine because the beach was a little less crowded. It was a slightly longer walk, but worth it. All in all, great house in a great location & we would definitely consider staying here again!

Great stay

We enjoyed this property very much. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We loved the location with the great walk ability to Pine Avenue with shopping and restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. The property was very clean and tidy and we appreciated that the owner had a small Christmas tree for us to enjoy since our stay was a few days before Christmas. The fenced in back yard was so nice to enjoy in the evenings. We would love to stay again soon!

Northshore Beach House

We arrived to a beautiful house. Clean and perfect location. Close to the beach and shops. Well stocked kitchen for cooking in. Beautiful outdoor area on both sides of property. Grill was a staple for us. Great communication. Would highly recommend!

Jan escape from the cold

Our stay at this property was just about perfect. The location is great, just a few blocks from the beach, near the general store, the city pier and trolley stops. The rental was as described, clean and well maintained. My communications with the owners were helpful and I plan to return. I can't think of a single place we visited on the island that we would not return to.

Cute rental!

We loved the location. The property was cute and the outside area was nice to relax in! The beds were all really firm which made it difficult to sleep so I don’t think we would book this rental again but it was nice for a few nights! FYI this rental doesn’t provide toiletries. There was some shampoo/conditioner but no body wash so would recommend bringing your own if you stay here!

AMI Gem

This lovely duplex is now our beach home away from home. The location is ideal - convenient to shopping & dining, just a short walk to the pristine beach in one direction, the city pier in the other. The home is tastefully & comfortably furnished & decorated - always clean & inviting. Nice front patio area & backyard veranda off master. We lack for nothing while we're here & it's now our first choice for our girl's getaways.

Hidden Gem on AMI

I staying in this cute bungalow for Atlanta's Spring Break weekend. Great location - steps from shopping/restaurants and the beach. Furnishings both inside and out are comfortable and stylish. House comes with everything you need for the kitchen and has basics in the pantry. My one drawback is that it is a smaller home and having 4 teenagers up late hanging out in the living room meant I needed a sound machine to drown them out. With that said - I would definitely stay here again. Also, one last comment - the hosts are wonderful! You can tell this is their family's home - not just some rental with a property management company handling stuff.

The BEST of ALL!

This was our third time staying in this home. I can't say enough about it!! I 100% recommend this home. It is close to everything. Takes minutes to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants yet it is private and quiet. You can't beat the location. Our friends rent other houses on the island and they all agree that we have found the gem, the best one! The house is immaculate and tastefully decorated. I love the kitchen because we cook a lot. It has everything I need! I love the outdoor seating and grill. The beds are very comfortable, too. There is an private outdoor shower that my kids LOVE (not shown in pics). We have already booked this property again for our forth time. I don't even bother looking around because I can't think of anything else I would want more than this home has to offer.

Great Spot!

We rented both sides and had a great vacation. Michelle was so easy to communicate with. The check and check out went very smooth. The place was very clean and the location cant be beat. Both families had a fabulous time. Michelle provided Beach Towels which were great and a few beach sand chairs. There was a Beach cart on the 3 bedroom side which was great to bring all your stuff to the beach. The walk to the beach is very short only 1 block away. Like Michelle says in the description she offers a few beach chairs but they have a rental place 1 block away that you can rent chairs and umbrellas etc at. We rented a golf cart for the week but this location is within walking distance to the beach and all the shops and restaurants so you wouldn’t have to get a golf cart or rental car unless you wanted to go to the other side of the island or off island to golf etc. Overall a fantastic time here.

A+!! Perfect vacation home!!

We stayed in this unit as a family of 4 over spring break. All of our expectations were exceeded. The house was immaculate and I am very picky so that should say a lot! It's very tastefully decorated. Beds were wonderful, towels were bright white and very plush. Everything we needed for cooking was there and we loved having a grill and outdoor seating options as well. The location was PERFECT!!!! We walked to the beach every day and it is only a 4-5 minute walk so we would walk back to the house for lunch and then back to the beach! We were able to walk or bike everywhere. Seriously, the location was outstanding, so close to all the shops and restaurants. I have nothing negative to say about this unit. The owner was wonderful to work with. We already have it booked again for next year. This unit is a A+ in our book! Can't wait to return!

In addition to running our vacation rental Michelle is a local successful Realtor on Anna Maria Island at Duncan Real Estate, a mom, a local resource for her customers , and recently after Hurricane Helene and Milton hit she now also loves helping people coordinate their property remodels and decor. I enjoy helping to create a lifestyle for my customers so they can also enjoy our amazing tropical sunsets and be a part of a small quaint coastal community. She also finds time to enjoy the beach and watch a few sunsets and volunteer locally.

We chose this property because of its charm and location. Since we lived and work on the island, we knew we could own and operate our very own vacation rental on Anna Maria Island. We also knew that it was a sound investment for ourselves and enjoy being able to share a little bit of this paradise we have found with everyone.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The property is unique in its location. We are open and are welcoming our guests back after our remodel from the hurricanes . This home is sitting at the historic north end of Anna Maria. We are in the heart of the village of Anna Maria just steps away from Pine Ave. shopping and dining district. You are literally at the best end of the island and walking distance from everything local that you would want to enjoy and experience. Although having a vehicle is nice it is not necessary as there is a trolley that runs north and south on the island to all the necessary conveniences the island has to offer.
