Välkommen till Anna Maria Island '' paradis utan attityd ''. Vår nyrenoverade enhet på marknivå ligger i byn Anna Maria på en lugn bostadsgata, en kort promenad till den socker vita sandstranden. Gratis vagnstopp, shopping, en mängd restauranger, båda fiskbryggor, öns samhällscentrum ligger inom gångavstånd.
Många lokala konserter, festivaler, konst- och hantverksshower och fyrverkerier beroende på säsongen på ditt besök.
Med Bradenton, Sarasota och Tampa så nära kan du vara så upptagen som du vill med oändliga aktiviteter eller tyst gå den vackra stranden, titta på delfinerna simma passera medan du väntar på den spektakulära solnedgången.
Vi har wifi-internet, obegränsad fjärrsamtal i USA och Kanada. Kakelgolv och vackra skärmad Lanai. Inhägnad i en stor trädgård med uteplats och kommer att överväga välskötta husdjur.

Great stay!

We had a lovely stay at this adorable beach cottage. It is well equipped with everything you’d need for the perfect beach day. Great location being walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The home was clean and comfy. Would stay again!

Two Night Anna Maria Stay

We enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria Island. The property was clean and matched the pictures. The property was near a very nice beach at the end of the road and close to restaurants and shopping. Cindy was a great host and made sure we had no issues during our stay.

Absolutely Perfect

My husband and I were on a family vacation with additional family staying in another VRBO. This home exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and very well furnished with everything you could need. It is a short 3 block walk from the beach and home provided beach chairs, coolers, and a wagon. It is within walking distance to all the little cafes and shops on the island. One of the best VRBO homes we've rented. If you are going to Anna Maria Island, we highly recommend this home!

We love the cottage, great location, convenient to the Bay for the sunrise and the Gulf for the sunsets. Also close to the bus stop to explore the island. You don't even need to drive. The cottage has everything you need for a short or long stay. We can't wait to go back.

Excellent location. House looks exactly like pics. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Short walk to beach. Restaurants within walking distance overall great location. Quiet area, easy checkin. Everything we needed was supplied in house. Would definitely stay again for a longer trip.

Comfy beach rental!

This darling cottage is in a great location if you love Anna Maria. It is an easy walk to the beach and bay as well as lots of great shopping and restaurants. The living area is super comfortable with lots of recliner choices. The unit is immaculate and the kitchen is well appointed.

Perfect location

We loved our stay here… the cottage was in the perfect location and walkable to everything. Beds were huge and comfy and kitchen had everything we could need. It was our first time to Anna Maria and hopefully we will be back soon. Would definitely stay here again!

Terrific place!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay!! The cottage is super clean and cute! Backyard sitting in the evenings is the best. The cottage has everything you need, just bring a bathing suit!! Beds are comfortable, we slept very well. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. This was my first trip to AMI but it won’t be my last and I’d definitely stay here again.

A Perfect Island Getaway!

We had the absolute best time staying at Cindy’s place on Anna Maria Island! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed from beach towels and chairs to a fully equipped kitchen. Every detail made it feel like a true home away from home.The location was ideal; just a short stroll to the beach, and close to cute shops, restaurants, and the free trolley stop. We loved spending our mornings on the porch with coffee and our evenings watching the breathtaking sunsets just a few minutes away.Cindy was a fantastic host; responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. You can tell she takes pride in her property and cares about her guests’ experience. Quick beach break

This cottage is just as described. New appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of towels, two king beds with excellent mattresses, and a large back yard with lounge chairs, a grill and comfy screened porch. Contact with and instructions from the hostess were outstanding. Easy walk to the beach and several excellent restaurants.
