Bara en 20 minuters promenad till Moraine Park, RMNP och 2,5 miles från downtown Estes Park, gör en vistelse på Aspen Brook det bästa av båda världarna! This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely cabin. It has a creek-river view. It is furnished with everything you need. We will book here again when we come back this way.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. My husband and I stayed in an upstairs bedroom and had our own bath. However the stairs became a problem for us. We are older and it becane a chore to climb those stairs. I feel this cabin would be better for younger people. Other than the stairs we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as described. Very clean and well kept. No complaints. Tucked away and very secluded, which is what we were looking for. The creek out front was delightful. Would definitely book with them again for our next Estes trip.

Just great! Comfortable living space, clean, view/sound of the river right across from the deck. It had all the little things we could need (ie small coffee grinder when all we brought was whole-bean). Owners were responsive when I forgot the access code. Not sure what else we could have needed. Truly great stay!

This cabin was a wonderful place to stay for our family of five. It is an excellent location near Rocky Mountain National Park and the town of Estes Park. It is cozy and clean, and we loved being right by the river.

Great location in Estes Park

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is on the edge of Estes Park - a river running by the property but also short drive to downtown - best of both worlds! Cabin was clean. Communication with owner was great. We had a fun time!

Lovely cabin, perfect location!

The cabin was just what we needed. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with necessities. Loved sitting on the deck listening to the water in stream and enjoying the cool temperatures. Communication with property manager was easy with quick response. We had no problems or issues.

Perfect stay

The listing was accurate but we were delighted to find they had undersold it! Everything was spotless, fully stocked with kitchen and bath amenities. The beds were so comfortable and the outdoor deck has a beautiful view of the river. The location could not be better, just minutes from the park entrance, shopping and restaurants; however, when you're there, you feel like you are in the middle of nature surrounded by trees and mountains. Communication with the host was easy and check in and out a breeze. We had a fabulous stay and I highly recommend this Clean and Cozy cabin!

Evergreen Stay

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the Evergreen. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We saw wild life every morning, the sound of the river was peaceful, entrance to RMNP was only a few minutes away, and it is quiet all day long. We definitely plan to visit again!

Cozy!

While it slept everyone fine it was a bit tight quarters. There's nothing misleading about the home. I was just used to the last place we had up there that was huge by comparison. Great little spot and wonderful babbling brook.

Fall break for family from Indiana

The entire process of booking through stay was amazing. We had to reschedule our stay once and Tamara was amazing helping us as I panicked. My husband kept commenting how perfect the house was for our family. It’s literally minutes from the entrance to RMNP and great small trails by the YMCA. We saw several elk in the neighborhood and it was just minutes from downtown. All amenities were covered. It was a wonderful stay.

Great Location & cabin!

The cabin was in a great location… out away from all the hubbub but convenient to RMNP & Estes Park. Tamara was super in communicating & making sure we had made ourselves at home & didn’t need anything. The kitchen had the necessities along with extras, including spices, ziplocks, soap, etc. Was perfect for my husband, grown son & I to have a wonderful time.

Tamara and James love working with people and have owned their own businesses in Estes since 1986. James is a professional photographer, Tamara manages the businesses and loves to make folks feel at home.

The Evergreen Cabin has so much to offer. It is close to the Big Thompson River running though Aspen Brook's property, so it's perfect for those who love to fish. The comfy 3 bedroom, 2 bath layout gives ample space and has lots of little extras like a wood burning fireplace, river facing deck with a natural gas grill and has a lot of repeat guests coming back for their mountain fix every year!

Managing this home at Aspen Brook is a dream come true. Star gazing is amazing since there are no street lights to obstruct views and the river facing deck is perfect for the summer nights.
