Vackert berg hem ligger pÄ Prospect Mountain. Massor av integritet, men nÀra nog kan du gÄ till stan. Vardagsrummet har en moss rock, vedeldad spis med HD / LCD / DVD ovanför, kung sovrum, bad med hyllor och accenter, fullt utrustat kök med gas och granit bÀnkskivor. Stor 12x26 dÀck med Hot Tub och stora Continental Divide utsikt.

UtgÄngen nedre planen har loggbelagd entré, drottning sovrum, bad, allrum med en drottning och en tvilling bÀddsoffa. Uteplatsdörrar till ett 12x26 dÀck med utemöbler. Vilda djur upplever hemmet, och den privata miljön ger en avkopplande bortgÄng. Fantastiska vyer frÄn bÄde inuti och utanför hemmet, bubbelbadet och omrÄdet runt hemmet. InstÀllningen har massor av trÀd, stor utkropp av stenar och stenar, för en sann vistelse i bergen, men inte för lÄngt frÄn roligt, shopping, restauranger, vandring och de flesta aktiviteter i staden och parken.

This was the perfect rental home for myself and three family members on our first visit to Estes Park. The home was very clean, comfortable and the perfect location for proximity to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck with a lovely view, comfortable furniture and wonderful hot tub. On our last afternoon, we saw 3 deer grazing in the yard which was an added bonus. Our host was very kind and responsive.

Tucked in corner just outside 'Fun City' (which you cannot hear from the house), this hillside location has really only two neighbors and they're both so far uphill/downhill as to be irrelevant.Lovely views, somewhat dated structure that has been clearly been the recipient of a lot of love and attention by the owners. Great, great, great! We loved it.

Our stay was fantastic in Estes Park. The views from the upper porch were worth the price alone. My boys enjoyed the hot tub nightly. The space was comfortable to sit and read a book or just chat. Plenty of space for all 4 of us and all was very clean. We took advantage of the washer and dryer before leaving town. Linda was helpful in everything we may have needed. Definitely would recommend this location for visitors to Estes Park.

The cabin had a nice secluded feel that allowed for a real mental reset. The deck and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. Linda communicated exceptionally well. Saw everything from elk to black bear right from the deck (he got curiousvabout the trash cans late a couple nights). The book inside was full of helpful information as well. It was centrally located so it was easy to get downtown or head another direction for a day without going out of your way. The house was clean and comfortable. I would recomend it.

A Perfect Mountain Getaway

This was a perfect balance of a mountain retreat with close proximity to town amd RMNP. The property was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. I spent alot of time on the beautiful deck absorbing the amazing views amd wildlife. Linda was a fantastic host, very responsive and available. I will be back!!!

Great location

Check in was easy and Linda was great to work with. The location is close to town and the house was perfect for us. We did the jeep tour with Wildside 4x4, razor ATV rental with Backbone Adventure, and horseback rides with Gateway Stables. We hiked, Bear Lake, Lily Lake, Nymph, and Sprague. Would recommend going early morning to beat the rush and see wildlife. We were lucky enough to see 5 moose with little ones at Sprague. Hope to return in the future.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The beauty of the mountains, the small town atmosphere, wonderful weather (most of the time)! We think it's PERFECT!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The location is so unique. Close to everything-yet so nice and private. You can walk into town in a couple of minutes and come back home to the mountain setting amidst the boulders, outcroppings, and large pines. And the views..............simply awesome. From the Mummy Range to the north, and then the Continental Divide sweeping the south and west. Wildlife frequents the property, which is a real delight. Hot tub is especially relaxing while looking at the mountains.
