Tack för att du tittade på vår lista! Vår lägenhet på bottenvåningen har 2 sovrum, 2 badrum och en bäddsoffa. 6 sovplatser. Det är DIREKT OCEANFRONT & BEACHFRONT med fantastisk utsikt !!! Privat havsutsikt uteplats! Denna enhet är immaculate och ägande stolthet är uppenbar hela tiden. Maalaea by är en pärla med sitt centrala läge och dess fantastiska handelsvindar. De ger en sval bris som håller temperaturen precis rätt.

Vackert anlagda grunder med pool och grill. All stress du har kommer att smälta bort. Koppla av i poolen och njut av havsutsikten medan du kopplar av i Mauis solen.

Perfekt centralt läge för att utforska ön! Eller ta en dag för att bara koppla av för att få en glimt av gröna havssköldpaddor som rullar i bränningen eller bobbingar upp för luft, till och med solar sig på stranden. Under vintermånaderna (november-april) kommer du att ha en främre rad för att bryta valar när de kommer tillbaka till öarna för att föda, sköta och leka med sina ungar!

I slutet av vår cul-de-sac ligger Sugar Beach, 2-3 minuters promenad från enheten. Sugar Beach har den längsta sandstranden på Maui. 5 miles avskild sand att gå, springa och bada. Sugar Beach är mycket avskilt och har knappast någonsin folkmassor. Sockerstranden är skyddad från vägen av de fågelfyllda dammarna i Kealia Wildlife Refuge. Det är så fantastiskt att gå denna strand och bokstavligen känna att du har allt för dig själv!

En 5 minuters promenad i motsatt riktning tar dig till Maalaea Harbor där du hittar en liten livsmedelsbutik, gym, deli, restauranger och Maui Ocean Center (Mauis turistattraktion # 1), Pacific Whale Foundation, minigolf, shopping och de flesta av havsaktiviteter som finns på Maui (valskådning, kryssningar vid solnedgången middag, djuphavsfiske och snorklingsturer). Centralt beläget Maalaea gör det enkelt att komma överallt på ön. Cirka 15 minuter från flygplatsen, en 5 minuters bilresa söderut och du är i Kihei och lite längre, orterna Wailea. Tjugo minuter västerut ligger den gamla valfartygsbyen Lahaina med många butiker och magnifika Banyan Tree! Du kunde inte vara på en bättre plats för att utforska allt Maui har att erbjuda!

Close to pool and beach

Really enjoyed our family stay. The host provided a lot of essentials to make our stay comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed the short walk to the pool and beach. We loved grilling outside. Would stay here again. Thank you for making our vacation memorable.

Awesome location

Beautiful beach only steps away. The marina is within walking distance as well as the harbor shops, aquarium, and restaurants. The place was very clean, very spacious. There were 8 of us, and were very comfortable. Really recommend waking up early for a walk on the beach or down to the harbor. The sunrise is stunning.

loved maui

Loved our visit to maui. Great amenities, location was nice and central to everything. Freezer seal was broken, had to make sure it was in place each time we opened freezer. Was disappointed to find out there was a fee after 6 people which was not disclosed in listing. (listing said 8 people) Host did make this right. While one bathroom needs some updating it is a great location and worth the stay. Thank you again to our host.

A little known piece of paradise

This condo, and its location, was perfect. The grounds and the swimming pool were meticulously attended to everyday. The state park and beach are a short walk and provides great snorkeling, swimming and an opportunity to observe & swim with sea turtles. Nearby Maalaea Harbor has an aquarium, shopping, and three excellent restaurants. It is where you arrange whale watching, snorkeling and sunset cruises. The kitchen was recently remodeled with beautiful countertops and a large washer and dryer. The furniture was very comfortable and the dining area had a large table for eating or game playing. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels on Maui and would chose to return to Kanaii A Nalu.

Great location

The property was in a good location on the beach with great views and centrally located. The unit is comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom place. While everything was clean, overall the carpet and furniture were just very worn with multiple stains on the carpet and sofa. It definitely isn't "immaculate" as the description would suggest but it was perfectly fine for what it was and as a reasonable price point. It was nice having beach towels and chairs which was very convenient. The hosts were very communicative and kind - we appreciated their flexiblity and compassion.

Lovely Location

This property is a wonderful sanctuary right in central Maui. Lots of elder folks here, not the best fit for small / young families (elderly locals not too keen on the little ones) but the apartment / location is amazing and the folks running the VRBO were AMAZING

This was a great location! We loved being right on the beach and it was central to most things to do on the island. Great communication with hosts and everything went smoothly!! Would stay here again!

Nice and quiet! Away from tourists.

We liked the feel of being away from all the tourists. We enjoyed the quiet private type feel. There were some roaches as soon as we checked in the house! We. let the owners know right away. He said they had just had the place sprayed and would contact the building manager. My husband went and bought bug spray and he sprayed the whole area i around the condo. We didn’t see anymore during our stay. Very close to the beach and beautiful views!

Really nice location

The complex location was perfect for us. We wanted quiet walkable area with easy access to all areas of island. The unit was comfortable for four a bit tight for six adults. The only AC unit is in main living area, so in order to cool down bedrooms and keep humidity bearable it was super chill in living room. We had a bit of a learning curve with refrigerator; warning follow the instructions left and have someone look at it each night or you will wake up to a puddle and warm food! The pool was really nice as is the property. We saw whales from the lawn! The unit is fully accessible for easy wheelchair or scooter entry. The grounds have curb cuts and ADA parking spots. Sounds from children and roosters were loud in courtyard but the Homeowner Association was strict about noise levels and pool behavior which we really appreciated. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a wonderful week!

Excellent property

Very functional and clean unit. It was nice to be located in an area that made for quick sight seeing of different areas of the island. It was a short drive to kihei, Lahaina, Paia, and Wailea. We never walked to the harbor but it was less than a mile with a few restaurants and some cute shops. The hosts were very pleasant to communicate with and checked in with us upon arrival and during the stay as well. The unit also had a pack n play which I didn’t see on the listing so it made for even easier sleeping arrangements than we had expected for our kids. The pool was very clean and never crowded. The beach access was down a couple properties but great for digging in the sand or dipping feet in the waves. The whales were visible from the courtyard. So cool! Parking was always very easy. Having access to the beach towels and chairs right at the unit as well as some shared kids beach toys available near the pool made for a very family friendly visit. We would happily stay again. It was a great place, especially for the price!
