PUAMANA PREMIER 2 SOVRUM GARDENHET 153-6, 3 BADRUM OCH SOMAR 7 ..
Mindre än 200 FT till havet. Det är en av de största två sovrum enheter med 1.368 sq ft. Puamana är ett privat gated community med 32 hektar grönskande tropiska trädgårdar, öppna ytor och privat strand vid havet (över 3/4 miles), surfing, plantage-era klubbhus och valskådning på vintern. Tre pooler och en vid havet. Tennisbana. . Alla byggnader är en historia utom 2 sovrum som är 2 våningar. Bara färdig helt ombyggnad av insidorna och allt är nytt .. Luftkonditioneringsapparater i lägre nivå och båda övre sovrummen; temp inställd på 72 grader. Tre TV-apparater med en i varje sovrum. Sovrum Kung säng, drottning & tvilling i det andra sovrummet, mjuk sovhytt huvudnivå. Blue Ray Player, Stereo, WI-FI, AC-system satt till 71 .. Tillagd 20'X15 "däck utanför sovrummet. Säker i sovrummet. Klubbhuset erbjuder ett kortrum, läsrum och utlåningsbibliotek. Övningsrum tillgängligt till extra daglig kostnad. Moderens natur förändrar ständigt sanden under stormar, så jag vet aldrig hur mycket det kommer att finnas där när jag kommer. Lekplats och gängsatser. Bästa väder på Maui. Jag har en hårtork i varje badrum. Det finns fyra solstolar, sex boogiebrädor och grill i förvaringsrummet på lanai. Tillåt en hund med mitt godkännande och en avgift och logi ökar. Excellent stay!!

Perfect location. Beautiful condo. The bedding and towels had some stains but aside from that everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again. Love that it had 3 full bathrooms.

Family Time in Maui

Great Resort

Loved mile of sandy beach. Very large unit with 3 full bath. Very quite and private with lots of land, plants and no buildings over 2 story,. Great pool right on ocean for sun sets.

So sad to leave

We are not regular travelers to Hawaii, so this trip was highly anticipated. The location was less than a mile walk into Lahaina, but very peaceful. The pools were fabulous. The property was exactly as described.

Pretty spot close to Lahaina

This is a nice unit close to Lahaina. We had a minor issue checking in with security, but it was quickly resolved. Other than that, we had a great time visiting. Thank you for sharing your place.

Great place for family. 3 swimming pools and loved one right on the ocean. Lots of land, building all one story except for 2 bedroom units. Unit excellent inside and had everything I needed. Mile of ocean while there was all sand.

Lots of room!

We stayed at this property for a girls trip. The layout of the condo is great for a group. Lots of room, comfortable beds, great kitchen and seating areas. The location is about a 30 minute walk to downtown Lahaina where there is lots to see and do. There really is no beach at this property so we drove to find sand. The pools are small with few chairs and the one overlooking the ocean is the quiet pool. Spectacular sunsets can be seen with just a short walk to the shoreline! Loved our stay!

Maui life at Puamana

This property is very nice, well kept and stocked . The toy storage off the patio has lots of great amenities. BBQ is good but now propane is empty. Ants in upstairs bathroom and kitchen. One flickering light in a bedroom. Over all we loved this unit and the location near the water. Friends who stopped by loved it too. Great place to stay.

Perfect Family Getaway

Loved the place! Right next to the beach, nice swimming pool next to ocean. Close to downtown for shopping and great places to eat. The place is very clean and roomy. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Maui Getaway

We had a perfect stay at this property! The location was wonderful on the island and the beach next door to our condo was gorgeous! There was only a small problem with the water heater, but we were able to get it fixed immediately. We loved our time here and made forever memories!

Paradise called Puamana

This property is beyond amazing!! This was our first time here and it definitely won’t be our last time. The location to Lahaina is perfect, just a short walk to town. The unit we stayed in was exactly as stated by the owner. The grounds are beautiful and completely safe for families of all types!!

Fantastic Stay

This property was perfect for our family of 7! The location was perfect for our 10 day Maui family vacation. It was central to everything we wanted to do. The beach was perfect, there were plenty of toys and chairs for beach time. The home was clean, and had plenty of towels. The home was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare breakfast at home each morning and a cooler available for us to pack lunches for our days away from the property. We would highly recommend this home and we will return in the future.

Love this place!

My family and I spent 8 days here and it was perfect! Check in was extremely easy and everyone we came into contact with were very nice. The condo was very clean, roomy, and well stocked with many items we would need during our stay. It was just a short walk to either the beach or pool. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and interacting with the chickens, frogs, and lizards. Someone in a previous review complained about the chickens but there are no roosters and the hens are very small and don’t even cluck. They make little peeping sounds and my kids loved feeding them. We were glad they were there. They were a delightful touch. If you don’t want them around just don’t feed them. The beds were quite comfortable. There were 6 of us and we had run to spare. Even the sleeper sofas downstairs were comfortable. The family next door were very friendly as well as the lady at the office when we registered our vehicle. Great experience from the beginning to the end. We will definitely try to book with Marilyn in the future. Mahalo for helping us have an amazing vacation!

Good Value

We had a wonderful time in our favorite Puamana! This unit is a little tired, but offered all basic needs at a good price! But I was surprised to see that chickens have roosted in the area very noisy roosters Difficult to leave doors open to hear the surf ! Roosters hens and chicks walking all over the patio trying to get in, certainly wouldn’t eat out there too bad. Puamana needs to rehome the chickens!
