En lyxig 3 svit hem med privat uppvärmd pool och spa på en expansiv halv tunnland med palmer och utsikt över bergen. Gourmet kök, stort vardagsrum och bekväma sviter är perfekta för upp till 6 gäster - även din pup! 5 minuters promenad till El Paseo för restauranger, affärer och nöjen. Vi kan ordna en förare om du vill åka runt området.

Den ljusfyllda entrén ser ut mot en vacker vattenfunktion och vidare till den glittrande poolen och bakgården. Det stora rummet du går in har 2 anpassade röda läder soffor med utsikt över poolen. Nästa är matsalen som sitter 6-8. Gourmet köket har en stor mitt ö med sink, granit bänkskivor, alla apparater och köksredskap. Det andra stora rummet har en stor läder sectional och mer sittplatser, stor TV med kabel och äpple-TV och en gas spis.

Den halvt tunnland gården har mogna landskapsarkitektur, utomhus vardagsrum / uteplats med luftfläkt och sittplatser, inbyggd grillö, uteservering med plats för 6. Privat pool och spa.

Befälhavaren svit har en king size-säng, gas spis, ett bibliotek med böcker och en separat dörr till poolen och spa. Svit 2 har en queen size-säng, TV, skrivbord och eget badrum med en extra djup badkar och dusch. Svit 3 har en queen size-säng, TV, skrivbord och ett eget badrum med dusch.

Great House and Location

We wanted to stay at a nice house within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. The Pinyon House met our requirements, exactly.

Outstanding hosts/Great House

Marta is a fabulous host--very responsive. House is quite large, great for our family. Excellent location. Our only issue was heating the pool---could not get it warm enough for us to swim. It is winter after all!

Palm Desert

The home is better than the photos. The check in and keys were easy to navigate. The location is near to shops and cafes. The tennis is 12 minute drive. The pool. And outdoor space is lovely. The rooms were well lit and the beds weee comfy. The pitched. And the outdoor grill made our family meals easy to prepare We would stay here again for sure!!!

Perfect Choice

We had a great 2 week stay, the house has great spaces and has everything you need to make it your home. Marta was fantastic to work with. The location is perfect for walking to Dinner, the Shops and Galleries. We hope to book it again next year.

Spectacular home and property. Walking distance to El Paseo and to everything you could possibly want. Marta and Frank were the best host that we’ve ever had. Highly recommended by Judi and myself. You won’t be disappointed.

Best rental

This is a beautiful home …. Not your typical rental, this is an extremely comfortable and luxurious home. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. One of the best equipped homes we have ever stayed in… appliances pots, pans, cutlery… you name it. Can’t have a better location in the area than El Paseo. We will be back.

Holidays at the Pinyon House

We greatly enjoyed our 40-plus day stay at the Pinyon house. The location is optimal with dining and shopping venues on El Paseo just four blocks away. The house itself is quite impressive, especially the enclosed back yard with its lovely spa and swimming pool. It is spaciously designed for entertaining, easily accommodating 14 party guests one evening. Despite its large footprint, the house only has three bedrooms, which in our case necessitated overflow bedding into one of the several lounge areas on several nights. There is a fourth bedroom in a separate casita, but the owners use that as their private office. Marta and her husband were gracious hosts and did everything in their power to make our stay enjoyable. We had a few mechanical problems during the first two weeks which were resolved as fast as they could be, considering we were there over the year-end holidays. It took us a couple of weeks before we mastered the spa control system the owners had recently installed, but after some reprogramming by the pool guy we figured it out. However, the heater needed four hours to heat up the spa and we never were able to heat the pool to a usable temperature. But of course we were there in January. If we could change one thing about the house we would request new beds, especially upgrading the guest rooms from queens to kings.

Marta was a great host !

Thank you , house was very clean , had new towels , and comfortable beds &furnishings. I was late and Marta was very welcoming with wine ,cheese and snacks. The pool was not working but she had someone on it immediately and was heated and ready ..she had everything you needed and in this crazy time it was not stressful!!! Thank you!

Thanksgiving Retreat

More than beautiful. I loved all the art installations. One thing that stood out for the decorator in me, is the fact that all the walls were not white, but softly different colors. I believe when people have really good art, it can stand out without the background being starkly whitel.

Impeccable home with all of the amenities!

My party and I had an absolute incredible time renting out this property for the weekend. Marta was absolutely amazing to work with. The entire property from indoors to almost an acre of backyard was pristine and perfect. The pool and spa were a great touch. Everything was top notch and working with Marta was seamless and easy from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again.

I have been renting my house for many years, both in the desert and in Aspen. Many of my guests return regularly and become friends.

The neighborhood is located walking distance to the best restaurants and shopping, banks, grocery. The street is quiet and is home to many full time residents who make wonderful neighbors. There is very little local traffic and people walk every day.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The backyard is stunning private and lovely. The gourmet kitchen has every gadget, sets of dishes and glasses, slow cooker, full spice drawer, coffee maker etc. The steam in the master shower is a perfect addition to your daily ritual. And again, the location is perfect!
