Lyxig studio lägenhet i Oldtown Downtown Napa

Jag har designat och byggt en ny, elegant och rymlig studio för mina speciella gäster som har ett rymligt rum med en justerbar king size-säng, 50 "Samsung smart TV med ljudbar (massor av kabelnät, HBO, Showtime, Hulu, Amazon ), effektivitet kök med mikrovågsugn, en särskild uteplats med separat grill (mer speciella bekvämligheter kommer att läggas till) och helt nytt badrum med rymlig vit kakel dusch. Studion Lägenheten är separat från den privata uppe våningen. Platsen är en enkel och trevlig promenad till centrala restauranger, vinprovning barer och nattklubbar. Närmaste restaurang, Red Rock Cafe, ligger tvärs över gatan. Pasta Prego, en annan populär plats för lokalbefolkningen, ligger bara några kvarter bort. Tvättservice erbjuds gästerna med en längre vistelse. Jag rekommenderar gärna restauranger, sevärdheter att se och roliga saker, men också respekt för din integritet. Jag kommer att kunna erbjuda en egen uteplats med grill för ditt exklusiva nöje eftersom det inte finns matlagning i lägenheten. Övriga möbler kommer att läggas till inom en snar framtid. Detta är ett lugnt område nära Napa nattliv. Det handlar om en 1/4 till 1/2 mil trevlig promenad till de första läckra restaurangerna: Pizza Azzurro, Gran Electrica *, Pasta Prego, på Main Street där lokalbefolkningen äter! Om du inte tycker om att gå, är Red Rock Cafe (stor grill) en annan lokal favorit, bara tvärs över gatan.

Perfect Stay!

The actual room is lovely-super clean, very comfortable, and has charming decor. Leslie is a delight-so welcoming and friendly and her side kick Zsa-Zsa is the cutest and friendliest dog I have ever met. The walk to downtown is about .8 of a mile on a really pretty street. We appreciated getting the steps in. I cannot wait to come back!

Cozy Wine Country Retreat

Perfect Anniversary Trip Stay!

If you’re looking for a lovely, clean and well appointed apartment a few minutes from fantastic restaurants and right off the Napa Valley wine trail, look no further. As other guests have mentioned, we were greeted with a beautiful glass of wine which was the perfect way to kick off our anniversary trip. Lesley was amazing- available for any question we had and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and perfect. Awesome to have access to laundry. Bed and comforter were amazing. Highly recommend!!

Great location, GREAT host, great suite!!

Lesley is one of the nicest VRBO hosts I've ever dealt with. She bends over backwards to make her guests feel welcome and cared for. Her studio is impeccably furnished and well-equipped. And the location can't be beat, near the center of Napa. Perfect for a single or a couple. My only complaint is personal, as the bed was a bit soft for my bad back, but not egregiously so. It wouldn't keep me from staying there again.

I've retired and now inn keeping and painting occupies my days. I am working on my future studio, converting the garage into and ADU. There is so much music here in the valley from pop to rock, jazz, classical etc.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I purchased my home September of 2016 and moved in November 1 of the same year. I began construction (rather deconstruction) in March of 2017. The downstairs was crudely finished as a master bedroom that required total renovation down to the studs and floor. Everything is new and i tried to think of every amenity that my guests would like.
This is a quiet neighborhood close to the nightlife of Napa. It is about a 1/4 to 1/2 mile pleasant walk to the first delicious restaurants: Pizza Azzurro, Gran Electrica*, Pasta Prego, on Main Street where the locals eat! If you don't feel like walking, the Red Rock Cafe (great barbecue) another local favorite, is just across the street.
